阐述了攀钢1 450 mm热连轧机层流冷却控制新系统的开发与应用。该系统采用α机过程控制系统,通过预设定、在线前馈和自适应三大功能,对层流冷却模式、冷却速率和最终卷取温度进行控制,卷取温度控制精度较原系统有较大提高,±20℃的命中率由原来的88.6%提高到现在的96.4%。     

Analysis on the Logarithmic Model of Relationships

The logarithmic model is often used to describe the relationships between factors.It often gives good statistical characteristics.Yet,in the process of modeling of soil and water conservation,we find out that this“good”model cannot guarantee good result.In this paper we make an inquiry into the intrinsic reasons.It is shown that the logarithmic model has the property of enlarging or reducing model errors,and the disadvantages of the logarithmic model are analyzed.     

Probe into Key Techniques of Regional-Oriented 3D GIS On the key techniques of 3D GIS used for regional Geological Information System

Regional Geological Information System combines the multi-dimensional and dynamic spatial information into an integrated spatial information system. 3D geological modeling and its preprocessing or post-processing are the most difficult problems for constructing the system. Based on the current 3D GIS technique, some basic problems in establishing the system are discussed in this paper, including 3D spatial data model, 3D geological modeling, and visualization of 3D geological data. A kind of 3D vector data model based on boundary representation for geological object and its topology was developed in order to model and visualize complex geological structures. In addition, some key techniques are pointed out for further study.     

Effect of nitrocarburizing on sulphide layer during nitrocarburizing-sulphurating treatment

Compared with the single sulphurating treatment, the duplex treatment of nitrocarburizing-sulphurating can more effectively improve the properties of steel such as friction-reducing, wear resistance and anti-scuffing. Under the same processing parameters, the sulphide layers were fabricated on the surface of CrMoCu alloy cast iron by single ion-sulphurating treatment and nitrocarburizing-sulphurating duplex treatment, respectively. Through the analysis of the sulphide, the effect of the nitrocarburizing on the fabrication of the sulphide layer was investigated. And the result shows that the fabrication of sulphide layer is promoted by the nitrocarburizing treatment.
