在随钻扩眼的过程中,扩眼器球座的冲蚀较为严重,尤其是球座旁通孔附近。基于冲蚀理论与固液两相流理论,结合DPM离散相模型对扩眼器球座进行冲蚀模拟分析,研究不同因素对扩眼器球座冲蚀的影响规律。此外,利用正交试验方法,研究各参数对冲蚀磨损的影响程度,并优化扩眼器球座结构。通过极差和方差分析可知:影响球座冲蚀磨损的因素依次为流量>含砂比>颗粒直径,最优工艺参数组合为:流量35 L/s、含砂比3%、黏度0.028 Pa·s、颗粒直径0.25 mm、颗粒密度1 500 kg/m3,此时球座的冲蚀率最小,为4.52×10-6kg/(m2·s)。为了减少扩眼器球座的冲蚀,对球座进行结构优化,优化后球座旁通孔角度为顺时针倾斜45°、圆角半径为7 mm、个数为6,相比优化前的球座冲蚀率降低了24%。 相似文献

数据中心采用光网络传输模式有利于提高系统的灵活性和拓展性,进而降低整体的能耗水平,但在实践中发现光网络资源存在分配不合理、应用效率较低等问题,不利于数据中心应对流量增加、宽带资源紧张等挑战。通过机器学习建立流量分类算法模型,并将其设计为流量分类器,使其融入光网络的流量传输环节,实现流量自动分类。借助遗传算法模型重构光网络的拓扑结构,从而优化传输路径。通过以上两项措施改进光网络的资源分配方式,并借助软件模拟检验算法模型的性能,结果显示经过以上算法处理的光网络缩短了传输路径的长度,提高了网络资源的利用率。 相似文献

Small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) are 30–200 nm nanovesicles enriched with unique cargoes of nucleic acids, lipids, and proteins. sEVs are released by all cell types and have emerged as a critical mediator of cell-to-cell communication. Although many studies have dealt with the role of sEVs in health and disease, the exact mechanism of sEVs biogenesis and uptake remain unexplored due to the lack of suitable imaging technologies. For sEVs functional studies, imaging has long relied on conventional fluorescence microscopy that has only 200–300 nm resolution, thereby generating blurred images. To break this resolution limit, recent developments in super-resolution microscopy techniques, specifically single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM), expanded the understanding of subcellular details at the few nanometer level. SMLM success relies on the use of appropriate fluorophores with excellent blinking properties. In this review, the basic principle of SMLM is highlighted and the state of the art of SMLM use in sEV biology is summarized. Next, how SMLM techniques implemented for cell imaging can be translated to sEV imaging is discussed by applying different labeling strategies to study sEV biogenesis and their biomolecular interaction with the distant recipient cells. 相似文献

某高硫金矿中金矿物与黄铁矿紧密共生,金矿物和黄铁矿平均粒径分别为3.58和32.80μm,嵌布粒度较细,在实际生产中精矿品位和回收率均不理想。为进一步提高精矿品位和回收率,针对该矿特点,确定黄铁矿为浮选目标矿物,通过系统条件试验和精选试验得到了最优浮选工艺流程和参数,继而开展开路试验和闭路试验,得到的浮选指标并不理想。基于中矿中黄铁矿多是连生体的判断,对浮选中矿进行再磨处理,获得了精矿金品位17.4 g/t、金回收率80.66%的满意指标。同时,结合“超细磨”、“碱浸预处理”工艺,对浮选精矿进行浸出试验,得到金浸出率77%的满意指标,为生产现场提供了具有指导意义的技术方案。 相似文献

Possessing the largest surface area of mucosa in the body, the gastrointestinal (GI) tract can easily sufferfrom inflammatory damage under various adverse external exposures, resulting in the occurrence of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS) usually lead to local mucosal injury, accelerate the formation of niduses, andamplify the inflammatory and immune response. Antioxidant therapy, therefore, is considered as a potential strategy against IBDs. Herein, a series of novel dihydromyricetin-based nanoassemblies with excellent antioxidant activities and high dispersion in GI tract as oral preparations are developed for the targeted IBD treatment. By changing raw materials, the current strategy can be well extended to the preparation of other insoluble natural flavonoid compound-based nanoassemblies. The well-designed dihydromyricetin-PEG 1000-based nanoassemblies (DMY-1000 NAs) with high stability and great ROS scavenging capacity in the harsh environment of GI tract hold an admirable targeted capability toward the intestinal inflamed lesions. Therefore, these biocompatible DMY-1000 NAs show promising therapeutic effects for typical IBDs including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease in murine models. The rate of KCl recovery by froth flotation using low-grade carnallite is 70%–85%. Herein, a novel frother, dipropylene glycol butyl ether (DPNB), was prepared to increase the flotation efficiency of KCl recovery systems. DPNB could be applied at only half the dosage of the conventional frother methyl isobutyl carbinol (MIBC) and achieve a KCl recovery rate of 94.8%–98.6% with a high KCl grade (63.2%–66.5%). To date, these results are the best reported for pneumatic flotation. DPNB had a 10% higher maximum dynamic stability factor compared with MIBC; moreover, the apparent entrainment velocity of DPNB was half that of MIBC. The molecular structure of DPNB had hydroxyl and ether groups, which promoted interactions with water, thereby contributing to its excellent froth stability. DPNB is environment friendly owing to its low volatility and, thus, a promising frother for the green and highly efficient flotation of KCl/NaCl. 相似文献
