High power mid-infrared optically pumped PbSe/PbSrSe multiple-quantum-well vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser operation at 325 K

A high power, mid-infrared (/spl lambda/=3.8 /spl mu/m) lead-salt vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) operating at 325 K is demonstrated. The laser emission is generated in a half-wavelength microcavity consisting of seven pairs of PbSe/PbSrSe multiple-quantum-wells embedded in two mirrors and optically pumped with 5 ns laser pulses.

我国移动通信制造业在2G上晚了十年，未能取得相应的市场份额。但在3G领域，已经逐渐同步业界先进水平。如何改变现有市场格局，我国移动通信业面临全新的机会和重大的挑战，本就我国WCDMA系统产业化现状做了简要论述。     

^125I,^131I诱发小鼠精子畸形发生率比较

本文选用 ICR 雄性小鼠,经腹腔分别注射不同剂量的~(125)I 及~(131)I,观察并比较它们对小鼠精子畸形发生率的影响及染毒后睾丸中放射性活度的变化。实验结果表明:(1)~(125)I 染毒后4—5周,0、185、370和555 kBq 各组精子畸形发生率分别为9.00‰、9.57‰、11.6‰及13.9‰;~(131)I 染毒后4—5周,上述各组精子畸形发生率分别为8.50‰、12.5‰、14.7‰和15.5‰;在相同注入量下,~(125)I 与~(131)I 诱发小鼠精子畸形发生率的差异各组均不显著(X~2检验,p>0.05)。(2)~(125)I、~(131)I 染毒后2h 至7天内,两者在睾丸中的放射性活度及变化规律相似,即在染毒后2h 达最高值,每克睾丸中~(125)I 和~(131)I 的放射性活度分别占初始注入量(370 kBq)的0.72％和0.50％,然后迅速下降,至一周时,仅分别占初始注入量的0.035％和0.011％。     

Thermal decomposition and micropore formation in PEK,PEEK and PES

At strain rates greater than about 10 the deformation of polymers is an adiabatic process which can lead to the generation of very high localized temperatures. These may be well in excess of the temperatures required for thermal decomposition of the polymer to occur. It is speculated that gaseous products arising from such decomposition may act as the source of microcavities and craze initiators. Experiments are described in which the thermal decomposition reaction parameters of polyetherketone, polyetheretherketone, and polysulphone are measured using differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis, and the decomposition products analysed by mass spectrometry. The results indicate that the proposed mechanism could act as a source of micropores with total pore volumes amounting to several per cent of the material volume.     

Luminescence Characterization of Mg Doped Y2O2S:Ti Long Afterglow Phosphor

Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti (0≤x≤0.10) phosphors with long afterglow were synthesized by solid state reaction route. The photoluminescence spectra, decay curves, thermoluminescent spectra and chromaticity coordinate curves were investigated. The results show that the luminescence intensity of Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti (0≤x≤0.10) phosphors decrease gradually with increasing Mg2 ion content, and the shape of luminescence spectra and chromaticity coordinate change as well. Furthermore, two thermoluminescent peaks in single Ti-doped Y2O2S sample are found at 91.8 and 221.5 ℃, respectively. Nevertheless, significant different spectra were found for the Mg, Ti co-doped Y2O2S samples that three thermoluminescence peaks appear at 52.3, 141.7 and 226.8 ℃, respectively. These results indicate that the co-doped Mg ion changes the inherent trap depth of single Ti-doped Y2O2S:Ti phosphor, and induces simultaneously a new trap level in the Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti phosphor. Based on the analysis of thermoluminescent spectra, photoluminescent spectra, decay curve and crystal structure defect, it was proposed that the varied structure defect and introduced new trap level by the doped Mg2 ions should be responsible for reducing luminescence intensity and varying color in the Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti phosphor.     

剂量率对聚四氟乙烯辐射裂解的影响

本文研究了在以电子加速器的电子射线为辐射源时,剂量率对PTFE辐射裂解的影响。在剂量相同的条件下,剂量率从1.44×10~4 rad/s增至5.75×10~4 rad/s,裂解效率提高3.3倍。剂量率和各断裂参数(单位剂量裂解度a_0,G(s)值等)均成线性关系。当裂解度一定时,剂量率与剂量成反变关系。
