研究了使用不同研磨液的Cu CMP工艺对超低介电常数(ULK)薄膜介电常数k值的影响.实验结果表明经过Cu CMP工艺,ULK薄膜的介电常数k均有不同程度的增加.XPS成分分析结果表明,ULK薄膜表面C含量的增加是造成介电常数k值升高的主要原因.这主要是由于CMP工艺中,化学品溶液进入多孔的ULK薄膜.而退火工艺可以使得化学品挥发,从而使ULK薄膜表面C含量降低,由此介电常数k基本上得以恢复.初步建立了Cu CMP工艺对介电常数k影响的物理模型.根据模型计算的k结果为2.75,与实测值2.8基本符合. 相似文献

This paper proposes an interband version of CALIC (context-based, adaptive, lossless image codec) which represents one of the best performing, practical and general purpose lossless image coding techniques known today. Interband coding techniques are needed for effective compression of multispectral images like color images and remotely sensed images. It is demonstrated that CALIC's techniques of context modeling of DPCM errors lend themselves easily to modeling of higher-order interband correlations that cannot be exploited by simple interband linear predictors alone. The proposed interband CALIC exploits both interband and intraband statistical redundancies, and obtains significant compression gains over its intrahand counterpart. On some types of multispectral images, interband CALIC can lead to a reduction in bit rate of more than 20% as compared to intraband CALIC. Interband CALIC only incurs a modest increase in computational cost as compared to intraband CALIC. 相似文献

Every nation rely on latest engineering technologies to foster in today’s technological era. Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is one of the latest emerging technologies being the center of interest of today’s researchers. All the researchers work hard to produce quick deliverables through Research and Development (RandD) and by applying different learning pedagogues. Currently, the learning pedagogues in Engineering RandD are Project Based Learning and Problem Based Learning (PBL). Based on these pedagogues, this paper propose and implements a hybrid pedagogy called Project Oriented PBL (PO-PBL) which is time effective and result oriented learning pedagogy. It has resulted in providing impetus to RandD in WSNs. Further the proposed pedagogy is divided into two paradigms namely PO-PBL Macro Model and PO-PBL Micro Model. We observed that PO-PBL Macro Model results in optimal number of deliverables in time restricted manner over large scale. High Range Resolution (HRR) -based Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) has attracted increasing attention due to a number of potential advantages over alternative radar techniques in moving target identification. Most current HRR-based ATR studies have been conducted using 1D HRR signatures. However, these 1D HRR signatures are generally plagued by scintillation effects, and thus demonstrate highly irregular behavior that dramatically degrades the performance and robustness of algorithms based on these signatures. In order to circumvent this difficulty, an alternative HRR radar data representation and processing technique is presented in this paper. This technique models and extracts the target characteristics directly, based on the 2D HRR raw data. In this paper, we first derive a general, but complex HRR radar model, and then simplify this model by instantiating a set of real-world radar and target parameters for the model. This simplification process produces two HRR radar models with different degrees of simplicity. After establishing this set of models, the typical HRR data processes, such as feature extraction and clutter suppression, are reduced to one problem, which is model-parameter estimation. Based upon the most simplified HRR model we proposed, we devise two model- parameter estimation algorithms. One is a scatterer extraction algorithm based on available 1D Parameter Estimation (1DPE), while the other is based on 2D discrete Fourier Transform (2DFT). In order to examine the performance of these two algorithms a set of simulations are conducted. The experimental results are presented, and the performance comparison between 1DPE and 2DFT is presented. 相似文献
