In this paper, a new practical robust control scheme is proposed and investigated for the cable‐driven manipulators under lumped uncertainties. There are three parts in the proposed method, ie, a time‐delay estimation (TDE) part, a modified super‐twisting algorithm (STA) part, and a fractional‐order nonsingular terminal sliding mode (FONTSM) error dynamics part. The TDE uses intentionally time‐delayed system signals to estimate the lumped dynamics of the system and ensures an attractive model‐free control structure. The STA is applied to guarantee high performance and chattering suppression simultaneously in the reaching phase. The FONTSM error dynamics is utilized to obtain fast convergence and strong robustness in the sliding mode phase. Thanks to the above three parts, the proposed control scheme is model free and can ensure high control performance under lumped uncertainties. The stability considering the FONTSM error dynamics and modified STA scheme is analyzed. Comparative simulation and experiments were conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness and superiorities of the newly proposed control scheme. Corresponding experimental results show that our newly proposed control scheme can provide more than 20% improvement of the steady control accuracy under three different reference trajectories. 相似文献

Hadoop分布式文件系统(Hadoop Distributed File System,HDFS)是一种适合在通用硬件上运行的低成本、高度容错性的分布式文件系统,能提供高吞吐量的数据访问,适合针对大规模数据集上的应用。然而,HDFS中还面临一些性能优化问题,如负载均衡不足。虽然Hadoop系统自带的负载均衡器可以实现均衡调整,但需要用户预先给出静态的阈值。为了解决阈值的固定性和主观性,通过对磁盘空间使用率、CPU利用率、内存利用率、磁盘I/O占用率、网络带宽占用率等参数的分析评估优化,形成对阈值的计算表达式,并通过理论分析和仿真实验对阈值的计算和负载均衡进行验证。实验结果表明,相比较Hadoop静态的输入阈值的算法,该方法达到了更好的平衡效果,提高了计算资源的利用率。 相似文献

This paper discusses a typical STEP-compliant manufacturing environment, which effectively integrates two systems. The first generates native data that retain the information needed to machine a part on a particular machine tool, whereas the second carries out optimization for machining parameters using the dispatched information from the first system. The related research work is divided into four areas, feature generation, macro process planning, micro process planning, and machining execution. The main part of the paper is devoted to reviewing the most recent research publications. The publications have been organized into the four areas as mentioned above. The discussion section that follows looks at the STEP-compliant research from the perspectives of industrial adoption, feature recognition for process planning, challenges in STEP-enabled inspection and STEP-NC controllers. 相似文献

In this paper, PIMNT/epoxy 1-3 composites with different volume fractions were prepared by the dice-and-fill method for application in ultrasonic transducers. The theoretical and experimental properties at different volume fractions and the temperature stability of the electromechanical property were investigated. The highest electromechanical coupling factor k(t) was obtained as 0.833 with the volume fraction of 0.58 and k(t) changed little below the Curie temperature of the single crystal. Afterward, an angle-beam transverse wave ultrasonic transducer using the fabricated composite was designed and manufactured based on the simulation of the KLM model and commercial software. The assembled prototype transducer showed large improvement in two-way insertion loss, relative bandwidth at -6 dB, surplus sensitivity, and axial resolution, which were -24.3 dB, 107%, 85 dB, and 28 dB, respectively, compared with a commercial PZT-based composite transducer. 相似文献

Circularly polarized light (CPL) detection has sparked the booming interest for versatile chiral-optoelectronic and spintronic devices. For practical device applications, a large asymmetry factor is required to distinguish the handedness of incent light. However, for most chiral CPL active candidates, the difference in optical density or absorption anisotropy is quite subtle under CPL illumination, resulting in a relatively low asymmetry factor (usually ≤ 0.2). Up to date, it remains extremely challenging to achieve CPL response in the achiral crystals. Inch-size achiral perovskite-type crystals of (IBA)2(EA)2Pb3I10 (IBA = 4-isopropylbenzylammonium, EA = ethylammonium), which holds a promise to distinguish CPL with a large asymmetry factor up to ≈0.56 at 405 nm is presented here. This figure-of-merit is comparable or even superior than most of those chiral counterparts. Further First-principles calculations disclose such CPL-active behaviors of (IBA)2(EA)2Pb3I10 are associated with the splitting of its band spin-degeneracy, induced by the breaking of inversion symmetry and spin-orbital coupling (SOC) effects. As far as it is known, the structural origin of CPL-activities of (IBA)2(EA)2Pb3I10 is completely distinctive from the conventional chiral family, which paves a promising pathway to explore new candidates toward high-performance CPL detection. 相似文献

JMJD8 is a protein from the JMJD family that only has the JmjC domain. Studies on the function of JMJD8 indicate that JMJD8 is involved in signaling pathways, including AKT/NF-κB, and thus affects cell proliferation and development. Here, we reported the activity of JMJD8 as a non-histone demethylase. We investigated the demethylation of JMJD8 on trimethylated lysine of AKT1 in vivo and in vitro using trimethylated AKT1 short peptide and AKT1 protein, and we tracked the regulation of JMJD8 on AKT1 activity at the cellular level. The results showed that JMJD8, a mini lysine demethylase, altered AKT1 protein function via changing its degree of methylation. 相似文献
