研究了不同螺旋直径螺旋管中泡状流的相界面参数(空泡份额、相界面浓度、气泡尺寸等)的截面分布特性。通过图像法标定了电导探针的测试精度,并通过合理地处理双头电导探针,得到了螺旋管中泡状流的空泡份额、相界面浓度和气泡数量频率的定量分布云图。为进一步量化地描述相界面参数的分布特征,采用统计方法定义了截面平均参数、相界面离散系数和气泡平均聚集坐标来表征其特性。实验结果表明,随着管道旋转直径的增大,气泡截面平均空泡份额有所下降,分布范围缩小,平均聚集坐标向上方和外侧移动,气泡尺寸整体上有所下降。  相似文献

For propene epoxidation with H2 and O2, the catalytic performance of Au/TS‐1 catalyst is extremely sensitive to preparation parameters of deposition‐precipitation (DP) method. In this work, effect of charging sequence in DP process on catalyst structure and catalytic performance of Au/TS‐1 catalyst is first investigated. For different charging sequences, the compositions of Au complexes (e.g., [AuCl(OH)3]?) and pore property of TS‐1 (i.e., with or without H2O prefilling micropores) could affect the transfer of Au complexes into the micropores, resulting in different Au locations and thus significantly different catalytic performance. Notably, when TS‐1 is first filled with H2O and then mixed with Au complexes, the reduced Au/TS‐1 catalyst could expose Au nanoparticles on the external surface of TS‐1 and show high stability. The results provide direct evidence showing that micropore blocking is the deactivation mechanism. In order to find a new approach for screening the photoactivated gas sensing materials with high sensitivity, a comparative study was carried out. With the simple technique of screen printing, TiO2 and ZnO were used to fabricate the UV light activated gas sensors which were applied at room temperature. To facilitate the simultaneous measurements of the current transients of the two materials, they were printed on the same alumina substrate. Compared with ZnO, TiO2 exhibited a superior performance to ethanol and formaldehyde gases. It was found that the responses of TiO2 increased with the concentration of test gas and amounted to 224 and 1700 to 100 ppm ethanol and formaldehyde gases, respectively, while the responses of ZnO to 100 ppm ethanol and formaldehyde gases were 0.14 and 1.5, respectively. The mechanism of such a huge difference between TiO2 and ZnO was discussed in detail. Furthermore, it is suggested that metal oxide semiconductor with lower photo-to-dark current ratio can achieve higher photoactivated gas sensitivity.  相似文献

This paper reported an approach to improve the interaction between glass fiber (GF) and polypropylene (PP) through interfacial crystallization. The experimental results showed that polar nucleating agents had strong interaction with GF and tended to deposit on the surface of GF through the dip‐coating method. Since the nucleating agents had good lattice matching with PP, the modified GF could promote the interfacial crystallization of PP to increase the interfacial interaction between GF and PP and improve the performance of PP/GF composites. However, at high processing temperature, the nucleating agents dissolved into the polymer melts, and the nucleation on the GF surface for PP crystallization decreased, impairing the interface compatibility and the final performance of the PP/GF composites. 用微波电子回旋共振化学气相沉积(MWECR CVD)系统制备了具有非晶/微晶两相结构的硅薄膜,研究了沉积温度和沉积压力等对制备微晶硅薄膜的结构和电学特性的影响.结果表明:较低的反应压和较高的衬底温度有利于获得非晶/微晶两相结构的硅薄膜,当反应压为0.7 Pa、衬底温度为170℃时,得到非晶/微晶两相结构的硅薄膜晶相体积比约为30%;具有这种晶相体积比的非晶/微晶两相结构的硅薄膜,μτ乘积值约为10-5量级左右,比不含微晶成分的氢化非晶硅样品的μτ乘积值大约2个量级,同时这种晶相体积比的非晶/微晶两相结构的硅薄膜的光敏性在103~104左右,其兼具很好的光电导稳定性和优良的光电特性,是制备非晶硅太阳电池的器件级本征层材料.  相似文献

An evaluation model for the rationality of the landscape design of urban rivers was established with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method so as to provide a foundation for updating the landscape design of urban rivers. The evaluation system was divided into four layers, including the target layer, the comprehensive layer, the element layer, and the index layer. Each layer was made of different indices. The evaluation standards for each index were also given in this paper. This evaluation model was proved tenable through its application to the landscape design rationality evaluation of the Weihe River in Xinxiang City of Henan Province. The results show that the water quality, space, activity, facility, community, width of vegetation, sense of beauty and water content are among the most influential factors and should be considered the main basis for evaluating the rationality of the landscape design of urban rivers.  相似文献
