Block copolymer consisting of polyfluorene and polytriarylamine with benzothiadiazole moiety at the junction is prepared in order to obtain an orange emitting polymer via Suzuki‐Miyaura followed by Buchwald‐Hartwig coupling reactions. Electroluminescent device fabricated with resulting block copolymer exhibit only orange emission, although slight blue emission is observed in the fluorescent spectrum for the thin film, indicating that benzothiadiazole part plays a role of an effective trap site. Devices based on polyfluorene homopolymer doped with block copolymer (10 wt %) or an orange emitting model compound at the corresponding content of benzotiadiazole unit are also fabricated. The device with the model compound exhibits orange emission with Commission Internationale de l'Éclairage (CIE) coordinate of (0.58, 0.42), whereas that with block copolymer pale orange with the coordinate of (0.44, 0.38). This fact is probably due to the preferential distribution of block copolymer at the vicinity of anode via hydrophilic interaction of trioxyethylene side chains with poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate). © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. High‐resolution synchrotron powder X‐ray diffraction (XRD) experiments were conducted to clarify the transformation of sillimanite to mullite (mullitization) and determine the mullitization temperature (Tc). We were able to distinguish sillimanite and mullite in the XRD patterns, despite their very similar crystallographic parameters, and to detect the appearance of small mullite peaks among sillimanite peaks. Analysis of the Johnson‐Mehl‐Avrami (JMA) equation for mullitization ratio (ζ) revealed that at temperatures T≥1240°C the mullitization had the same kinetics. The activation energy E at T≥1240°C obtained from the Arrhenius plot was 679.8 kJ mol?1. In analysis using a time‐temperature‐transformation diagram for mullitization, a mullitization curve of ζ=1% can be described as where t is time, n is a reaction‐mechanism‐dependent parameter determined as 0.324 by JMA‐analysis, k0 is the frequency factor, EA is the activation energy for atomic diffusion, and represents the activation energy for nucleation. The results of fitting the data to this equation were Tc=1199°C, A=3.9×106 kJ mol?1 K?2, EA=605 kJ mol?1, and k0=3.65×1015. We conclude that the boundary between sillimanite and mullite+SiO2 in the phase diagram is ~1200°C.  相似文献

Metabolic syndrome is associated with an increased risk of colorectal cancer. This study investigated the impact of hypertension, a component of metabolic syndrome, on azoxymethane (AOM)-induced colorectal carcinogenesis using SHRSP/Izm (SHRSP) non-diabetic/hypertensive rats and SHRSP.Z-Leprfa/IzmDmcr (SHRSP-ZF) diabetic/hypertensive rats. Male 6-week-old SHRSP, SHRSP-ZF, and control non-diabetic/normotensive Wister Kyoto/Izm (WKY) rats were given 2 weekly intraperitoneal injections of AOM (20 mg/kg body weight). Two weeks after the last injection of AOM, the SHRSP and SHRSP-ZF rats became hypertensive compared to the control WKY rats. Serum levels of angiotensin-II, the active product of the renin-angiotensin system, were elevated in both SHRSP and SHRSP-ZF rats, but only the SHRSP-ZF rats developed insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, and hyperleptinemia and exhibited an increase in adipose tissue. The development of AOM-induced colonic preneoplastic lesions and aberrant crypts foci, was significantly accelerated in both SHRSP and SHRSP-ZF hypertensive rats, compared to WKY normotensive rats. Furthermore, induction of oxidative stress and exacerbation of inflammation were observed in the colonic mucosa and systemically in SHRSP and SHRSP-ZF rats. Our findings suggest that hypertension plays a role in the early stage of colorectal carcinogenesis by inducing oxidative stress and chronic inflammation, which might be associated with activation of the renin-angiotensin system.  相似文献

The progression of chronic liver disease differs by etiology. The aim of this study was to elucidate the difference in disease progression between chronic hepatitis C (CHC) and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by means of fibrosis markers, liver function, and hepatic tissue blood flow (TBF). Xenon computed tomography (Xe-CT) was performed in 139 patients with NAFLD and 152 patients with CHC (including liver cirrhosis (LC)). The cutoff values for fibrosis markers were compared between NAFLD and CHC, and correlations between hepatic TBF and liver function tests were examined at each fibrosis stage. The cutoff values for detection of the advanced fibrosis stage were lower in NAFLD than in CHC. Although portal venous TBF (PVTBF) correlated with liver function tests, PVTBF in initial LC caused by nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH-LC) was significantly lower than that in hepatitis C virus (C-LC) (p = 0.014). Conversely, the liver function tests in NASH-LC were higher than those in C-LC (p < 0.05). It is important to recognize the difference between NAFLD and CHC. We concluded that changes in hepatic blood flow occurred during the earliest stage of hepatic fibrosis in patients with NAFLD; therefore, patients with NAFLD need to be followed carefully.  相似文献

After the recent discovery of bacterial riboswitches, synthetic riboswitches have been engineered by using natural and artificial RNA aptamers. In contrast to natural riboswitches, the majority of synthetic riboswitches in bacteria reported to date are ON switches that activate gene expression in response to the aptamer ligand. In this study, we adopted a mechanism‐guided approach to design libraries predisposed to contain OFF riboswitches that respond to thiamine pyrophosphate (TPP). The first library design exploited a pseudo‐Shine‐Dalgarno (SD) sequence located near the 3′‐end of the TPP aptamer, which would be less accessible to the ribosome when the aptamer is bound to TPP. In the second library, an SD sequence was strategically placed in the aptamer's P1 stem, which is stabilized upon ligand binding. OFF riboswitches were obtained by dual genetic selection of these libraries. The results underscore the importance of effective library design to achieve desired riboswitch functions.  相似文献

Narrow gap welding with an oscillation laser beam is one of the effective processes for thick plate welding. To put this welding process into practical manufacturing, a groove-sensing system using image processing for narrow gap welding with an oscillation laser beam is used. This developed system uses still images of the weld zone taken by a coaxial CMOS camera. It can recognize the position of the groove wall by analysing the brightness distribution in the still image. It can then control the oscillation width and the laser-irradiated area by calculating the groove width and the groove centre position. Some narrow gap welding experiments were performed to evaluate the performance of the developed system. The results revealed that the developed system is effective for narrow gap welding with an oscillation laser beam. Using this system, the narrow gap groove can be welded even if the groove width has changed during the welding process.  相似文献

A gradually contacting punch for improving stretch flangeability of ultra-high strength steel sheets having small ductility was developed. In the gradually contacting punch, tensile stress around the corner edge of the sheet in stretch flanging is decreased by gradually pressing the edge of the sheet with the inclined bottom of the punch. The critical flange heights of bent 980 and 1180 MPa ultra-high strength steel sheets without fracture with the gradually contacting punch increased by 32% and 31%, respectively. In addition, the stroke limit of the press was avoided by 2-stage flanging consisting of peripheral bending and corner bending.  相似文献

A novel adaptive backstepping design for a class of nonlinearly parameterized systems with a triangular structure is proposed. Under the Lipschitz condition with respect to unknown parameters of the system, an effective adaptive controller is designed without the requirement on the compactness of the unknown parametric set. Especially, the proposed adaptive control enables the advantage of “tuning function concept”, which results in only one estimation law for the unknown parameters. Our simulation with induction motor model particularly shows the viability of the obtained results.  相似文献

The feasibility problem for constant scaling in output feedback control is considered. This is an inherently difficult problem since the set of feasible solutions is non-convex and may be disconnected. Nevertheless, we show that this problem can be reduced to the global minimization of a concave function over a convex set, or alternatively, to the global minimization of a convex program with an additional reverse convex constraint. Thus this feasibility problem belongs to the realm of d.c. optimization, a new field which has recently emerged as an active promising research direction in nonconvex global optimization. By exploiting the specific d.c. structure of the problem, several algorithms are proposed which at every iteration require solving only either convex or linear subproblems. Analogous algorithms with new characterizations are proposed for the bilinear matrix inequality (BMI) feasibility problem.  相似文献
