Compact Al2O3‐MgO·Al2O3‐CaO·6Al2O3 (AMC) composite was obtained by melting technology using industrial alumina, light‐burned magnesia, and quick lime as raw materials based on the Al2O3‐MgO‐CaO ternary phase diagram. The results show that the phases of MgO·Al2O3 and Al2O3 are formed as the main framework with plate‐like CaO·6Al2O3 crystals mainly discontinuously embedded in MgO·Al2O3. The bulk density of AMC composite is up to 3.42 g/cm3, equivalent to 90.5% of the theoretical density. The synthesized compact AMC composite in the work also exhibits better slag penetration resistance than the castable based on tabular corundum due to the formation of liquid phase.  相似文献

We previously found that the p97 cofactor, p47, significantly decreased the potency of some ATP‐competitive p97 inhibitors such as ML240 [2‐(2‐amino‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl)‐N‐benzyl‐8‐methoxyquinazolin‐4‐amine] and ML241 [2‐(2H‐benzo[b][1,4]oxazin‐4(3H)‐yl)‐N‐benzyl‐5,6,7,8 tetrahydroquinazolin‐4‐amine]. In this study, we aimed to evaluate inhibitor potencies against two additional p97 cofactor complexes, p97–p37 and p97–Npl4–Ufd1. We focused on these two cofactor complexes, because the protein sequence of p37 is 50 % identical to that of p47, and the Npl4–Ufd1 heterodimer (NU) is the most‐studied p97 cofactor complex. We screened 200 p97 inhibitor analogues for their ability to inhibit the ATPase activity of p97 alone and of p97–p37 and p97–NU complexes. In contrast to the effect of p47, p37 and NU did not significantly change the potencies of most of the compounds. These results highlight differences among p97 cofactors in influencing p97 conformation and effects of inhibitors on p97 complexes, as compared to p97 alone. Continued efforts are needed to advance the development of complex‐specific p97 inhibitors.  相似文献

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is the leading cause of end-stage renal disease in diabetes mellitus. Oxidative stress, insulin resistance and pro-inflammatory cytokines have been shown to play an important role in pathogeneses of renal damage on type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Inonotus obliquus (IO) is a white rot fungus that belongs to the family Hymenochaetaceae; it has been used as an edible mushroom and exhibits many biological activities including anti-tumor, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-hyperglycemic properties. Especially the water-soluble Inonotus obliquus polysaccharides (IOPs) have been previously reported to significantly inhibit LPS-induced inflammatory cytokines in mice and protect from streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. In order to identify the nephroprotective effects of low molecular weight of IOP fraction (LIOP), from the fruiting bodies of Inonotus obliquus, high-fat diet (HFD) plus STZ-induced type 2-like diabetic nephropathy C57BL/6 mice were investigated in this study. Our data showed that eight weeks of administration of 10–100 kDa, LIOP (300 mg/kg) had progressively increased their sensitivity to glucose (less insulin tolerance), reduced triglyceride levels, elevated the HDL/LDL ratio and decreased urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(ACR) compared to the control group. By pathological and immunohistochemical examinations, it was indicated that LIOP can restore the integrity of the glomerular capsules and increase the numbers of glomerular mesangial cells, associated with decreased expression of TGF-β on renal cortex in mice. Consistently, three days of LIOP (100 μg/mL) incubation also provided protection against STZ + AGEs-induced glucotoxicity in renal tubular cells (LLC-PK1), while the levels of NF-κB and TGF-β expression significantly decreased in a dose-dependent manner. Our findings demonstrate that LIOP treatment could ameliorate glucolipotoxicity-induced renal fibrosis, possibly partly via the inhibition of NF-κB/TGF-β1 signaling pathway in diabetic nephropathy mice.  相似文献

本工作研究了富CoCr含量的CoCrNi基中熵合金的高温力学性能及其变形机制。研究发现,经过热锻以及时效热处理,成分为Co33.3Cr30.6Ni26.1Al5Ti5 (at%)中熵合金在600~800℃的温度范围内具有优异的瞬时拉伸性能。特别是,在700℃条件下出现反常屈服,屈服强度高达为944 MPa,拉伸塑性为16%,优于大多数镍基以及钴基高温合金。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和三维原子探针(3D-APT)等手段,发现高体积分数的多主元γ′[(Ni,Co,Cr)3(Al,Ti)]相的有序强化以及晶界处生成的多主元富(Co,Cr)面心立方相(fcc)结构相引起的晶界强化是该合金在高温条件下实现强韧化的主要因素。  相似文献

A series of aromatic polyimides with pendent triphenylamine group were synthesized from equimolar mixtures of 4,4′-oxydianiline (ODA) and 4-(3,5-diaminobenzamido)triphenylamine (4), 4-(3,5-diaminobenzamido)-4′,4″-di-tert-butyltriphenylamine (t-Bu-4) or 4-(3,5-diaminobenzamido)-4′,4″-dimethoxytriphenylamine (MeO-4) with two aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydrides (DSDA or 6FDA) via a conventional two-step procedure that included a ring-opening polyaddition to give poly(amic acid)s, followed by chemical imidization. These polyimides exhibited good solubility in polar organic solvents and could be solution-cast into flexible and strong films. They showed excellent thermal stability, with Tg values in the range of 284–309 °C. The polyimides derived from diamines t-Bu-4 and MeO-4 exhibited reversible electrochemical oxidation, accompanied by strong color changes with high contrast ratio and electrochromic stability. For the polyimides derived from diamine 4, the coupling reaction between the triphenylamine radical cations occurred during the oxidative process forming a tetraphenylbenzidine structure, which resulted in an additional oxidation state and color change together with enhanced near-IR absorption at fully oxidized state.  相似文献

An inter-metal dielectric (IMD) is deposited between metal layers to provide isolation capability to a device and separate the different metal layers that are unnecessary in the conduction of electricity. Owing to the complicated input/response relationships of the IMD process, the void problem results in electric leakage and causes wafer scraping. In the current study, we combined neural networks, genetic algorithms (GAs) and the desirability function in order to optimise the parameter settings of the IMD process. Initially, a backpropagation (BP) neural network was developed to map the complex non-linear relationship between the process parameters and the corresponding responses. Moreover, the desirability function and GAs were employed to obtain the optimum operating parameters in respect to each response. The implementation of the proposed approach was carried out in a semiconductor manufacturing company in Taiwan, and the results illustrate the practicability of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this study, micro-scratch tests were conducted on diamond-coated tungsten-carbide substrates to investigate coating adhesion. During the scratch testing, high intensity acoustic emission (AE) signals can be clearly detected when the coating delamination occurs. It is also found that the tangential force increase gradually with the normal force, but fluctuates significantly when the critical load of coating delamination is reached. A three-dimensional (3D) finite element (FE) model with a cohesive-zone interface was developed to simulate the scratch process, and by comparing with the delamination critical load from the experiment, the interface characteristic length, the maximum strength and the fracture energy can be obtained. The preliminary results indicate that it is feasible to use the FE simulation combined with scratch tests to evaluate the coating interface behaviors.  相似文献

Regime-based approach recently becomes an important strategy while considering aquatic ecosystems in environmental flow management. The key element for supporting this strategy is long streamflow data which is usually not available for determining natural flow regimes. This study uses a back-propagation network to estimate ungauged natural flow regimes. A set of the upper reaches of Taiwan’s 42 flow stations with non-human control streamflow and at least 20 years daily flow data is used to quantify the natural flow regimes using 31 Indicators of Hydrologic Alteration (IHA). Watershed geomorphologic characteristic factors and rainfall parameters are used to classify homogeneous flow regime areas. The results show that there are three types of flow regimes from the flow stations, and each group of indicators in the IHA has different correlations with different geomorphologic characteristic factors and rainfall parameters. The results of using an artificial neural network model to estimate IHA show that the group average percent error fell from 21 % to 8 % and the average correlation coefficient was over 0.7, indicating that the model presented in this study is able to accurately estimate the natural flow regime in ungauged stations. Instead of predicting daily streamflow, this study estimates indicator values for ease of ecological water resources management.  相似文献
