本工作研究了卤素离子含量对卤磷酸钙固溶体中Bi离子的价态和发光性能的影响。荧光分析表明, 卤素磷酸钙中的Bi2+/Bi3+可以通过其F-/Cl-组分变化实现有效调控; 当卤素离子全部为Cl-离子时, 晶体中Bi2+全部消失。上述现象的主要原因在于, 当卤素离子为F或者Cl时, 晶体中与其邻近的Ca(2)位点可以被分裂为Ca(2)a 或Ca(2)b两种不同的格位, 而Ca(2)a位点则有利于实现Bi3+的自还原。上述研究结果可以为Bi离子在晶体中的价态调控提供指导。  相似文献

In order to study the chemical-mechanical polishing (CMP) characteristics of indium-tin oxide (ITO) thin film with a sufficient removal amount and a good planarity, the optimal CMP process conditions were determined by using a design of experiment (DOE) approach. The electrical and optical properties, such as current-voltage (I-V) curve and photoluminescence spectrum, were discussed in order to evaluate the possibility of the CMP application for an organic light emitting diode (OLED) device using an ITO film. The electrical I-V characteristics and optical properties of ITO thin film were improved after the CMP process using optimized process conditions compared to that of as-deposited thin film before the CMP process.  相似文献

Finer pitch wire bonding technology has been needed since chips have more and finer pitch I/Os. However, finer Au wires are more prone to Au-Al bond reliability and wire sweeping problems when molded with epoxy molding compound. One of the solutions for solving these problems is to add special alloying elements to Au bonding wires. In this study, Cu and Pd were added to Au bonding wire as alloying elements. These alloyed Au bonding wires—Au-1 wt.% Cu wire and Au-1 wt.% Pd wire—were bonded on Al pads and then subsequently aged at 175°C and 200°C. Cu and Pd additions to Au bonding wire slowed down interfacial reactions and crack formation due to the formation of a Cu-rich layer and a Pd-rich layer at the interface. Wire pull testing (WPT) after thermal aging showed that Cu and Pd addition enhanced bond reliability, and Cu was more effective for improving bond reliability than Pd. In addition, comparison between the results of observation of interfacial reactions and WPT proved that crack formation was an important factor to evaluate bond reliability.  相似文献

Female endocrinological symptoms, such as premature ovarian inefficiency (POI) are caused by diminished ovarian reserve and chemotherapy. The etiology of POI remains unknown, but this can lead to infertility. This has accelerated the search for master regulator genes or other molecules that contribute as enhancers or silencers. The impact of regulatory microRNAs (miRNAs) on POI has gained attention; however, their regulatory function in this condition is not well known. RNA sequencing was performed at four stages, 2-(2 W), 6-(6 W), 15-(15 W), and 20-(20 W) weeks, on ovarian tissue samples and 5058 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified. Gene expression and enrichment were analyzed based on the gene ontology and KEGG databases, and their association with other proteins was assessed using the STRING database. Gene set enrichment analysis was performed to identify the key target genes. The DEGs were most highly enriched in 6 W and 15 W groups. Figla, GDF9, Nobox, and Pou51 were significantly in-creased at 2 W compared with levels at 6 W and 20 W, whereas the expression of Foxo1, Inha, and Taf4b was significantly de-creased at 20 W. Ccnd2 and Igf1 expression was maintained at similar levels in each stage. In total, 27 genes were upregulated and 26 genes interacted with miRNAs; moreover, stage-specific upregulated and downregulated interactions were demonstrated. Increased and decreased miRNAs were identified at each stage in the ovaries. The constitutively expressed genes, Ccnd2 and Igf1, were identified as the major targets of many miRNAs (p < 0.05), and Fshr and Foxo3 interacted with miRNAs, namely mmu-miR-670-3p and mmu-miR-153-3p. miR-26a-5p interacted with Piwil2, and its target genes were downregulated in the 20 W mouse ovary. In this study, we aimed to identify key miRNAs and their target genes encompassing the reproductive span of mouse ovaries using mRNA and miRNA sequencing. These results indicated that gene sets are regulated in the reproductive stage-specific manner via interaction with miRNAs. Furthermore, consistent expression of Ccnd2 and Igf1 is considered crucial for the ovarian reserve and is regulated by many interactive miRNAs.  相似文献

Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is a frequently used plasticizer that may be linked to the development of endometriosis, a common gynecological disorder with a profound impact on quality of life. Despite its prevalence, vital access to treatment has often been hampered by a lack of understanding of its pathogenesis as well as reliable disease models. Recently, epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) has been suggested to have a significant role in endometriosis pathophysiology. In this study, we found that DEHP treatment enhanced proliferation, migration, and inflammatory responses, along with EMT and stemness induction in human endometrial and endometriotic cells. The selective transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) receptor type 1/2 inhibitor LY2109761 reversed the DEHP-induced cell proliferation and migration enhancement as well as the increased expression of crucial molecules involved in inflammation, EMT, and stemness, indicating that DEHP-triggered phenomena occur via the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway. Our study clearly defines the role of DEHP in the etiology and pathophysiological mechanisms of endometriosis and establishes an efficient disease model for endometriosis using a biomimetic 3D cell culture technique. Altogether, our data provide novel etiological and mechanistic insights into the role of DEHP in endometriosis pathogenesis, opening avenues for developing novel preventive and therapeutic strategies for endometriosis.  相似文献

The effects of different nuruk contents and fermentation methods (AV, vinegar fermented in an agitated culture; SV, vinegar fermented in a static culture) on organic acids and volatile compounds in brown rice vinegars were investigated. In the SV, the contents of acetic, oxalic, tartaric, and malic acids increased with hipher contents of nuruk. Acetic, tartaric, and malic acid contents were higher in the SV than those in the AV. Volatile compounds that can affect vinegar quality, including acetic acid, isoamyl acetate, phenethyl acetate, and phenethyl alcohol were present at high concentrations in the AV. With the increase in nuruk contents in the AV, acetic acid content decreased and isoamyl acetate and phenethyl acetate content increased. No significant differences in sensory scores were observed regarding the amount of nuruk and the type of fermentation. However, electronic-nose analysis showed its potential to effectively differentiate different samples.  相似文献

The combined approach of E-senses was undertaken to discriminate the taste and aroma profiles of aged vinegars, including Chinese Shanxi extra aged vinegar (EX, 5-8 years), Japanese black vinegar (BL, 1-5 years), and Italian balsamic vinegar (BA, 8-25 years). The principal component analysis plot for E-tongue revealed that EX, BL, and BA formed individual groups with clear distinctions. The volatile compounds detected in E-nose based on Kovats indices represented that a major component in all vinegars was matched to acetic acid, which showed a strong relationship with the aging period (R=0.8186?0.9998). The discriminant function analysis plot accompanied by the MS-E-nose indicated that more volatiles were produced during prolonged aging in cereal vinegar, whereas the aging process degraded volatile constituents in fruit vinegar. Categorization with respect to aging years was possible using both E-noses. The approach using E-senses indicated a better discrimination for distinguishing the complex sensory information in aged vinegars.  相似文献

The electron emission of position-controlled grown ZnO nanoflowers was investigated for application in cold cathode electron emission devices. ZnO nanoflower arrays, composed of several nanoneedles with sharp tips, were grown selectively on a conducting glass substrate using a chemical solution deposition method. The morphology and position of the ZnO nanoflowers were controlled by preparing polymethylmethacrylate submicron patterns using electron-beam lithography. Without the patterns, in contrast, vertical ZnO nanoneedles were randomly grown on the substrates with high density. Several samples prepared at the same conditions exhibited almost the same nanoflower morphology and field emission characteristics. Comparison of the field emission characteristics of the ZnO nanoflower arrays and ZnO nanoneedles showed that the arrays had excellent electron emission characteristics, with a low turn-on electric field of 0.13?V?μm(-1) at 0.1?μA?cm(-2) and a high emission current density of 0.8?mA?cm(-2) in an applied electric field of 9.0?V?μm(-1). Furthermore, light-emitting devices made using ZnO nanoflower arrays demonstrated strong light emission, and micropixels for display application were clearly displayed.  相似文献

将流量工程技术应用于网络规划(网络改进)以构建满足业务流量多QoS需求的高性能网络,这是传统网络改进通过设备扩容方法难以有效解决的NPC问题,并在此基础上提出基于流量工程的新型网络改进算法.算法采用网络连通扩充启发式算法保证拓扑约束,基于多QoS约束路由算法满足流量工程约束,并使用遗传算法策略全局寻求改进费用最小网络及容量分配.通过仿真研究表明,该算法构建的网络在满足各网络约束的同时,具有网络负载分配均衡,避免存在局域拥塞的较高网络运行性能.  相似文献
