以单水氢氧化锂和四氧化三锰为原料,用固相法制备出锂离子筛锰酸锂,改变n(锂)/n(锰)之后,用同样的方法制备出另一物质Li1.33Mn1.67O4,经硝酸洗涤脱锂后制备了锂离子筛MnO2·0.4H2O。测定了酸洗时前驱体的锂洗脱率、锰溶损率,研究了锂离子筛MnO2·0.4H2O的饱和吸附量、稳定性、pH滴定曲线。结果表明,前驱体Li1.33Mn1.67O4经硝酸二次酸洗后,锂洗脱率和锰溶损率分别为62.7%和6.0%。在含0.1 mol/L氢氧化钠和10 mmol/L氯化锂的溶液中,经固相法制备的锂离子筛MnO2·0.4H2O对锂离子的饱和吸附量达到24.6 mg/g,并且具有较好的稳定性,pH滴定曲线表明锂离子筛对锂离子具有很好的选择性。 相似文献

The maintaining of the chemical composition and electrical insulativity of SrTaO2N ceramics was investigated during sintering and annealing, using powders prepared by the nitridation of Sr2Ta2O7. Due to the low thermal stability of SrTaO2N, the partial loss of SrO and nitrogen induced the formation of a TaO0.9 impurity after heat‐treating at above 1100°C. The sintering additive SrCO3 and postannealing in NH3 were employed to compensate for the loss of SrO and nitrogen to obtain ceramics with the original chemical composition. The as‐sintered SrTaO2N ceramics with various relative density (RD) were annealed in NH3 to observe the recovery of color and electrical insulativity. It was found that the inner part of the well‐sintered samples with RD = 95.1% could not be recovered by annealing, and continued to exhibit semiconducting behavior and a black color. On the other hand, for the as‐sintered SrTaO2N ceramics with RD < 84%, both the nitrogen content and electrically insulating behavior were completely recovered after annealing. The postannealed SrTaO2N ceramics (RD = 83.3%) possessed a relatively large dielectric constant of 450 with a low dielectric loss of less than 0.1 at 100 Hz, almost independent of frequency and temperature. 相似文献

In previous studies, we reported the linear and nonlinear rheological properties of three‐component composites consisting of acrylic polymer (AP), epoxy resin (EP), and various SiO2 contents (AP/EP/SiO2) in the molten state. In this study, the dynamic mechanical properties of AP/EP/SiO2 composites with different particle sizes (0.5 and 8 μm) were investigated in the glass‐transition region. The EP consisted of three kinds of EP components. The α relaxation due to the glass transition shifted to a higher temperature with an increase in the volume fraction (?) for the AP/EP/SiO2 composites having a particle size of 0.5 μm, but the α relaxation scarcely shifted for the composite having a particle size of 8 μm as a general result. This result suggested that the SiO2 nanoparticles that were 0.5 μm in size adsorbed a lot of the low‐glass‐transition‐temperature (Tg) component because of their large surface area. The AP/SiO2 composites did not exhibit a shift in Tg; this indicated that the composite did not adsorb any component. The modulus in the glassy state (E′g) exhibited a very weak &phis; dependence for the AP/EP/SiO2 composites having particle sizes of 0.5 and 8 μm, although E′g of the AP/SiO2 composites increased with &phis;. The AP/EP/SiO2 composites exhibited a peculiar dynamic mechanical behavior, although the AP/SiO2 composites showed the behavior of general two‐component composites. Scanning electron microscopic observations indicated that some components in the EP were adsorbed on the surface of the SiO2 particles. The chain stiffness and local chain conformation of atactic poly(α-methylene-γ-butyrolactone) (PMBL), which is a side chain cyclic structural analog of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), with a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) ranging from 2.8 × 103 to 2.6 × 106 in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and γ-butyrolactone (GBL) were characterized by size exclusion chromatography with a multi-angle light-scattering detector (SEC-MALS) and synchrotron radiation small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). Based on the Kratky-Porod worm-like chain model, the scattering functions and the Mw dependence of z-average root-mean-square radius of gyration <S2>z1/2 yielded the Kuhn segment lengths λ−1, the diameter of the PMBL chains d, and the excluded-volume strengths in DMF and GBL. The local conformation of atactic PMBL in DMF and GBL were slightly larger than those of atactic PMMA, due to the presence of the conformationally rigid lactone ring structure. 相似文献

为研究航空发动机球轴承的剥落规律,在4套球轴承外圈滚道表面预制不同数量和分布形式的压坑,模拟轴承实际剥落过程形成的麻坑或剥落坑,利用轴承试验器开展预制缺陷球轴承剥落试验。综合利用润滑油光谱分析、自动磨粒分析及铁谱分析方法对轴承试验润滑油中磨粒进行分析。结果表明:轴承剥落时产生的磨粒以疲劳磨粒为主,严重滑动磨粒和切削磨粒为辅,同时存在磨粒氧化现象;轴承剥落产生的球形磨粒主要在5 μm以下,少量分布在6~10 μm,个别在10 μm以上;轴承剥落过程中,磨粒总量和大尺寸磨粒数量出现明显增长。航空发动机球轴承的剥落机制为:预制凹坑边缘首先产生疲劳裂纹,然后因预制凹坑后方的一段区域内难以形成动压润滑,在交变接触应力作用下,外圈滚道表面或次表面出现疲劳裂纹,形成剥落区;滚道剥落区沿周向不断朝两侧扩展,并逐渐将预制凹坑区域覆盖,形成长条形的大面积剥落带,直至轴承最终失效。 相似文献

Viscosity is an important process variable that should be monitored and controlled to ensure the consistent and reliable production of graphite-fiber-reinforced composite parts by the autoclave/vacuum bag process. Unfortunately, no technique is currently known for the direct measurement of viscosity in this process. However, d.c. conductivity and a.c. phase lag appear to correlate quite well with viscosity, and either electrical property may be followed in order to indirectly monitor viscosity. As the method of measuring d.c. conductivity is so inexpensive, simple, and almost free of electrical interference compared to the method of measuring a.c. phase lag, it appears to be the method of first choice for application in an autoclave environment. 相似文献

The corn hull dietary fiber was decomposed into their components such as cellulose, hemicellulose-A, -B, -C, -other and lignin by the Siegel method, and their contents were 16%, 1%, 57%, 14% and 2%, respectivity. The components of ordinary corn fiber were insoluble in water, but several decomposed fractions were able to dissolved. The solubility in water of hemicellulose-B was well and of hemicellulose A was slightly, but other fractions were insoluble. Hemicellulose-A, -B, -C and -other fractions were made up of about 30% of arabinose and 50% of xylose. Uronic acid contents and solubility in water of each hemicellulose fraction were mutually related. 相似文献

Simple SummaryChondrosarcomas develop chemoresistance to standard anticancer drugs, making it difficult to control unresectable or metastatic chondrosarcomas. To improve the clinical outcomes of chondrosarcoma, new treatment approaches, such as molecule-targeting agents and immunotherapy, are needed. Recent research has revealed promising biomarkers and therapeutic targets for chondrosarcoma. In addition, several molecule-targeting agents have shown favorable antitumor activities in several clinical studies in patients with advanced sarcomas, including chondrosarcoma. This review summarizes recent basic studies on biomarkers and therapeutic targets and recent clinical studies on treating chondrosarcomas.AbstractDue to resistance to standard anticancer agents, it is difficult to control the disease progression in patients with metastatic or unresectable chondrosarcoma. Novel therapeutic approaches, such as molecule-targeting drugs and immunotherapy, are required to improve clinical outcomes in patients with advanced chondrosarcoma. Recent studies have suggested several promising biomarkers and therapeutic targets for chondrosarcoma, including IDH1/2 and COL2A1. Several molecule-targeting agents and immunotherapies have shown favorable antitumor activity in clinical studies in patients with advanced chondrosarcomas.
