The effect of compressive deformation testedabove the M_s temperature on the martensitemorphology in Fe-Ni-C alloys has been studied.Inthe Fe-30Ni-0.12C alloy,the M_s temperature is-50℃ The cylindrical specimens werecompressively deformed at -40℃.The strain rateswere 10,20,30 and 40%.X-ray analysis andmetallographic examination showed that nostrain-induced martensite was found.After quench-ing to -53℃,some thin plates and unusualmorphologies of lenticular martensites with bentand/or broken mid-ribs were observed.In theFe-30Ni-0.34C alloy,the M_s temperature is-120℃.Compressive deformation with differentstrain rates were carried out at room temperature.After quenching to the liquid nitrogen temperature,some bent thin plate matensites(unbroken)occur-red.The transformed twins in bent plate were alsobent and nearly parallel to the γ-α'interfaces.Orientation relationship between austenite and bentmartensite has been examined by means of trans-mission electron microscope.It was proved thatthese unusual morphologies are inherent in thecompressive pre-deformed austenite. 相似文献

The objective of this study was to develop new nanofiltration (NF) membranes capable of providing significantly greater water permeability and higher rejection of water contaminants compared to state-of-the-art NF membranes. The active layer of the new NF membranes is prepared with rigid star amphiphiles (RSAs) synthesized as part of this study. Performance characterization for a first generation of RSA membranes in a bench-scale apparatus reveals that most of the new membranes provide water permeability of 1.3-3.1 times that of two commercial NF membranes with polyamide active layers while providing comparable rejection of the organic contaminant surrogate Rhodamine WT. However, the rejection of arsenious acid (H3AsO3) by most new NF membranes was found to be lower than that by the two commercial NF membranes tested. Future research efforts of this study will focus on exploring if H3AsO3 rejection could be significantly increased, without negatively affecting water permeability and organic contaminant rejection, by addition of various chemical groups to RSA hydrophobic cores and hydrophilic branches, and by RSA cross-linking. 相似文献

在“双碳”总目标的引领下,新能源进入高速发展阶段,但其随机性和不稳定性给电网带来影响,需要配备大规模可灵活性调节的储能进行保障。抽水蓄能作为电力系统的主要调节电源,在促进新能源消纳、调峰、储能等方面发挥着重要作用;而综合评价抽蓄电站服务电网的能力,对于引导抽蓄电站合理运行和布局,以更好地发挥其作用具有重要意义。传统的抽水蓄能评价模型无法量化评价抽蓄的储能和促双碳的作用,该文提出了一种考虑调峰与储能特性的抽蓄电站服务电网综合评价方法。针对抽水蓄能调峰和储能的特点及其对双碳的促进作用,提出相关指标,建立抽蓄电站综合评价指标体系;由属性层次模型确定各层次指标的权重,引入物元可拓理论构建考虑调峰与储能特性的抽蓄电站服务电网综合评价模型;通过实例对所采用的综合评价模型进行验证分析。研究结果量化了抽蓄电站的储能和促双碳作用,可为“双碳”背景下抽水蓄能的综合评价提供支撑。 相似文献

根据油罐清洁环境和工作要求,以满足防护性为前提,通过功能性结构设计达到服装的合体性与舒适性.利用现有面料设计制作新型油罐清洁连体作业服,特别是腰部、膝部等大幅活动部位以及衣袖裤脚的收口处.通过人体工效学实验检验,5 cm最大打开量的腰部弹性折裥可使新型服装在直立或直身下蹲时保持合体性,轻度弯腰达2.5 cm平均打开量,弯腰抱膝等大幅动作时拉伸服装达4.6 cm的平均量.脚口和袖口的三角插片与拉链收口设计同常规橡筋收口服装在该处的皮肤覆盖程度无显著差异,并可提高舒适性.新型连体服装在所有的实验设计部位的人体活动限制均小于现有连体服,使人体肢体活动更加灵活.为提供集功能性、防护性与合体性、舒适性为一体的油罐清洁连体作业服提供参考. 相似文献

To investigate the distribution of clothing air gap layers, clothes with the same pattern but different fabrics were put on a standard scan model. The [TC]2 NX-16 three-dimensional (3D) body scanning technique was used to collect point cloud data and the overall 3D visualization model of clothing air gaps was represented in a novel way through computer graphics processing. The volumes of air gap space were calculated. The main fabric mechanical properties were investigated and the relationship among them was analyzed by stepwise regression. The results demonstrated a close relationship between clothing air gap space and fabric mechanical properties. The volumes of air gap space were significantly positively correlated with stiffness-bending length and warp density and significantly negatively correlated with drape-crest angle uniformity. The conclusion could play a role in predicting and controlling the clothing design process, especially the material design process of clothing. 相似文献

本文根据激光衍射粒子分析仪在各种不同实验条件下测得大量柴油机喷雾数据,对测量中应用的几种粒度分布模型(函数)做了比较研究,发现对于柴油机喷雾测量,独立分布效果最好。但若欲用经验分布预测未知喷雾特性,则R-R分布较好。文中还对实验数据做了统计,给出了R-R分布的分布参数的数值范围及其在数据组中的出现频数。 相似文献
