Analysis and design of combined distributed-feedback/Fabry-Perotstructures for surface-emitting semiconductor lasers

We propose combined distributed-feedback/Fabry-Perot (DFB/FP) structures for surface-emitting semiconductor lasers. The analysis is based on coupled-wave equations modified for surface-emitting lasers. The proposed structures, which exhibit enhanced resonance due to a matching between the gain and field distributions resulting in a reduced threshold compared with simple FP structures, are formed by placing the DFB structure between two DBR mirrors of an FP resonant cavity and introducing phase layers between the DFB region and the mirrors. It was found that the periodic-gain structures are a special case of the combined DFB/FP structures in which the index coupling effect is assumed to be negligible due to a small fill factor or a small refractive-index difference. The effect of complex (gain and index) coupling on the design and the threshold characteristics of the structures is clearly illustrated. Some important design considerations that were neglected in the previous papers are addressed

本文探讨了电视电话／会议电视的Ｈ，２６１建议中低码率时（ｐ＝２）数码率缓存器的控制问题，提出一种既有宏观预分配又有微观分割的控制策略（简称ＧＡＬＳ），并用测试图像序列进行了计算机模拟。将本文方法与ＲＭ８中有关策略作了比较，实验结果表明图像的主观质量有所改善。     

对遂昌金矿采场结构参数的探讨

对于遂昌金矿合理的采场结构参数，目前没有理想的确定方法。本文联系上盘围岩的构造裂隙，矿房的支护形式等提出采场稳定跨度判断指标。经４０个采场的检验，值信度达９７．５％。     

激光激活化学反应分离同位素反应池参数确定及其影响

在气体分子运动论、碰撞理论、流体力学和光化学反应、热化学反应及高斯光束理论基础上建立了位于激光器腔内外的反应池的设计尺寸同各相关参量和同位素产物产率、同位素分离系数间的关系，并给出了一些计算结果。     

凝析气井井筒动态预测方法

利用垂直管流公式,结合流体相平衡热力学闪蒸计算,运用状态方程模拟,给出凝析气井井筒动态预测新方法.根据该方法.结合油藏数值模拟计算的结果,可准确地预测不同生产时期凝析气井的井筒动态.     

A light intensity function suitable for multimode fiber-opticsensors

Intensity distribution functions on the image plane are derived under the assumption that a multimode optic fiber is illuminated by a light source which can be approximated by infinite uniangular beams carrying equal power. The application of the theory to a Lambertian source is discussed. Experimental results, based on the observation of the light intensity distribution imaged on an opaque screen and collected by a digital camera, are presented. The theoretical and experimental data are compared to verify that the intensity function is an accurate model for describing the realistic approach to sensor design. The limitations of the uniangular and uniform intensity distribution models are discussed on the basis of theoretical and experimental results     

Study on high-strength composite portland cement with a larger amount of industrial wastes

It is one of important measures for the sustainable development of cement industry to utilize industrial wastes. High-strength composite portland cement with a large amount of granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS), fly ash and limestone was prepared by separate grinding method, optimizing gypsum and using activators. The total amounts of blending materials are between 45% and 65% and the strength grades of cements reach 525 or even 625 according to Chinese national standard for composite portland cement. Besides setting time and strength, the hydration heat, drying shrinkage and sulfate resistance were also determined.     

周期性业务流通过ATM复用器的时延抖动分析

ＡＴＭ通信网中需要传送多种业务，其中有一类是具有连续比特流的业务，这种业务的发送信元到达时间是周期性的，本文分析了一种周期性信元流通过ＡＴＭ复用器的排队模型，得出信元流排队时延的概率分布，时延抖动的自相关函数的功率谱。
