In recent years competitive pressure in mobile markets has increased remarkably. New business models and thus new actors have entered the market. This contribution analyzes the reconfiguration of value structures and strategies in mobile markets. For this purpose, mobile network operators?? service portfolio is analyzed on the basis of a worldwide survey, and the relevant current and future value creation activities are identified with consideration of additional actors and influence factors. On that basis, roles are developed, linked with regard to value flows and combined to a reference model for the mobile market value net. Subsequently, scenario planning is used to develop a set of criteria for the construction of corresponding future scenarios and the application of the reference model is demonstrated with such a scenario.  相似文献

The Staphylococcus hyicus lipase is an acyl hydrolase with broadsubstrate specificity including neutral glycerides and phospholipids.To obtain further insight into the mechanism of action of thisenzyme, we tested several sulfonyl fluorides as active site-directedinhibitors. The enzyme is resistant to the well-known serineprotease/esterase inhibitor phenylmethanesulfonyl fluoride (PMSF),but is rapidly inactivated by hexadecylsulfonyl fluoride. Thekinetics of inactivation were studied in Triton X-100 micelles.Inactivation is fast and the rate of inactivation is constantover the pH range where this lipase is active. Metal ions likeCa2+ and Sr2+ do not appreciably influence the rate of inactivation,although the enzymatic activity is significantly increased,suggesting a structural role for these ions. The S.hyicus lipasecontains a consensus sequence G-H/Y-S-X-G. Substitution by site-directedmutagenesis of this serine (Ser369) by a cysteine resulted ina mutant with only 0.2% residual activity. The activity of thismutant could not be inhibited with water-soluble sulfhydrylreagents either in the presence or absence of Triton X-100 micelles.In the presence of Triton X-100 micelles, inactivation of themutant occurred with 4-nitrophenylhexadecyl disulfide (t1/2= 125 min) while the wild-type enzyme does not react at all.We conclude that Ser369 is the active site residue and thatin water this residue is inaccessible. Only after interfacialactivation Ser369 (or Cys369) becomes exposed and reacts withirreversible inhibitors.  相似文献

Many everyday activities depend on the capacity to organize and smoothly execute motor sequences. The authors tested the hypothesis that a sequencing deficit is associated with schizophrenia. They used a new method to distinguish between lower and higher order mechanisms for the impairment. The 1st task involved triggered sequences in which sensory information from 1 movement was the cue for initiation of the following movement. Results showed that the motor sequences were performed as fluently in patients as in controls. The 2nd and 3rd tasks involved sequences in which the entire movement sequence could be preplanned. Patients executed the sequences less fluently than controls but only under the condition where action sequences were required. Furthermore, the patients' fluency deficit increased with sequence complexity. The high discrimination power of Task 3 gave the authors a means to control for a potential psychometric confound involving differential discriminating power and to argue in favor of a specific higher order motor fluency deficit in patients with schizophrenia. It is suggested that basic lower order mechanisms that integrate sensory information with outgoing motor commands are preserved in schizophrenia, whereas higher order integrative mechanisms that are required for the smooth coordination of motor sequences are impaired. A series of woven fabric laminar composite plates and narrow strips were fabricated from a variety of pitch-based pristine and bromine intercalated graphite fibers in an attempt to determine the influence of the weave on the electrical and thermal conduction. It was found generally that these materials can be treated as if they are homogeneous plates. The rule of mixtures describes the resistivity of the composite fairly well if it is realized that only the component of the fibers normal to the equipotential surface will conduct current. When the composite is narrow with respect to the fiber weave, however, there is a marked angular dependence of the resistance which was well modeled by assuming that the current follows only along the fibers (and not across them in a transverse direction), and that the contact resistance among the fibers in the composite is negligible. The thermal conductivity of composites made from less conductive fibers more closely followed the rule of mixtures than that of the high conductivity fibers, though this is thought to be an artifact of the measurement technique. Electrical and thermal anisotropy could be induced in a particular region of the structure by weaving together high and low conductivity fibers in different directions, though this must be done throughout all of the layers of the structure as interlaminar conduction precludes having only the top layer carry the anisotropy. The anisotropy in the thermal conductivity is considerably less than either that predicted by the rule of mixtures or the electrical resistivity.  相似文献

Photocatalytic nitric oxide (NO) decomposition and reduction reactions, using carbon monoxide (CO) as a reducing gas, have been investigated over Degussa P25 titanium dioxide photocatalysts, using a continuous flow reactor. The effects of thermal pretreatment temperature and reaction gas composition on the activity and selectivity of the decomposition and reduction reactions have been evaluated. Prepared materials were characterised by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 physisorption, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and findings from these techniques were used to explain the observed photocatalytic properties. XRD and TEM results indicated that for the pretreatment temperatures used (70, 120, 200, 450 and 600 °C) there was no appreciable change in the phase composition and the original composition of ca. 77 vol.% anatase and 23 vol.% rutile was maintained even after treatment at 600 °C. It was found that the photocatalytic activity for both the decomposition and reduction reactions decreased with increasing pretreatment temperature. This was attributed to the removal of surface hydroxyl species that act as active sites for reaction. For the decomposition reactions the only products observed were nitrogen and nitrous oxide and the selectivity for nitrogen formation remained constant (ca. 23%) regardless of the pretreatment temperature. The presence of CO in the reaction gas had a dramatic effect on the selectivity of the reactions with nitrogen selectivities as high as 65% being observed. It was found that as the CO/NO ratio increased the selectivity for nitrogen formation increased.  相似文献
