Influence of isothermal aging onσprecipitation in super duplex stainless steel

The time-temperature-transformation (TTT) curve of the 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N duplex stainless steel was obtained with a Formastot-digital thermal dilatometer,and the influence of isothermal aging on σ precipitation was studied by metallographic observation,X-ray diffraction (XRD),and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The results show that the decomposition of ferrite phase is accompanied by the formation of σ phase at 750-1000℃,especially in the range of 800-900℃.The longer the aging time,the higher the amount of σ precipitation.The area fraction of various phases remains at a certain value upon the completion of ferrite deformation.The temperature of 850℃ is the most sensitive transaction temperature,the incubation time for the formation of o precipitation is less than 1 min,and aging for 20 min leads to the complete transformation of ferrite.The o phase is formed preferentially at the α/α/γ junction,and then grows along the α/α boundary in the matrix.     

AM60镁合金方向盘骨架压铸充型过程数值模拟

利用仿真软件FLOW-3D,对镁合金汽车方向盘骨架进行模拟.使用正交实验分析方法确定了压射速度、模具温度、浇注温度改变时压铸件产生缺陷百分比的变化.进行多组正交试验后,在优化的工艺参数下,观察液态镁合金充型及凝固过程中流场和温度场的分布情况,预测缺陷出现的部位,以寻求最佳的工艺参数,从而使铸造工艺和模具的设计得到了优化.模拟结果表明：最优的压射速度应为2.34m/s,模具初温为220℃,浇注温度为700℃,能达到最佳充型效果.     

Constitutive model for shape memory alloy torsion actuator

Shape memory alloy ( SMA) torsion actuator is one of the key approaches realizing adaptive wings in airplanes. In this paper,the actuator is made up of SMA wires and a thin-walled tube,in which the SMA wires are twisted and affixed around the surface of the tube at an angle referenced to the center axis of the tube. A thermo-mechanical constitutive model is developed to predict the thermo-mechanical behaviors of the SMA torsion actuator based on the knowledge of solid mechanics. The relationship between the torsion-angle and tem- perature is numerically calculated by using the thermo-mechanical constitutive model coupled with the SMA phase transformation model developed by Zhou and Yoon. The numerical results are compared with the relative experimental results finished by Xiong and Shen. Influences of the twist-angle of SMA wires and geometrical factors on the primary actuation performances of the SMA torsion actuator are also numerically investigated based on the thermo-mechanical constitutive model coupled with the SMA phase transformation model developed by Zhou and Yoon. Results show that the thermo-mechanical constitutive model can well predict the thermo-mechanical behaviors of the SMA torsion actuator.     

Luminescent properties dependence of water-soluble CdTe quantum dots on stabilizing agents and reaction time

The influence of stabilizing agents and reaction time on the luminescent properties of water-soluble CdTe quantum dots (QDs) was discussed. The thioglycolic acid (TGA)-CdTe ODs were characterized by TEM, XRD and FTIR. It is found that larger-size QDs can be synthesized more easily when L-cysteine (Cys) or golutathione (GSH) is chosen as stabilizing agent and TGA is proper to prepare highly luminescent QDs because of the effect between Cd²⁺ and sulfhydryl group. Furthermore, the absorption wavelength, full width at half maximum (FWHM), stokes shift, photoluminescence (PL) quantum yield and PL stability of TGA-CdTe are strongly dependent on reaction time, in which the absorption wavelength changes against reaction time with an exponential function. The TGA-CdTe QDs prepared at 2 h possess more excellent luminescent properties.     

Monitoring slope deformation using a 3-D laser image scanning system:a case study

An ILRIS-36D 3-D laser image scanning system was used to monitor the Anjialing strip mine slope on Pingshuo in Shanxi province.The basic working principles,performance indexes,features and data collection and processing methods are illustrated.The point cloud results are analyzed in detail.The rescale range analysis method was used to analyze the deformation characteristics of the slope.The results show that the trend of slope displacement is stable and that the degree of landslide danger is low.This work indicates that 3-D laser image scanning can supply multi-parameter,high precision real time data over long distances.These data can be used to study the distortion of the slope quickly and accurately.     

浅析职教集团实训基地的建设

职教集团组建后,其实训基地具有资金充足、共享畅通、规模较大等得天独厚的优势,职业教育资源得到进一步优化和合理配置。本文从职教集团实训基地建设原则出发,并对职教集团实训基地的建设模式、管理模式和师资建设三方面做了初步探讨。     

潜水泵电性能综合测试系统的开发

依照PLC与虚拟仪器相结合的设计思路,介绍了潜水泵电性能综合测试系统的功能和软、硬件构成.系统能完成耐压、匝间绝缘、冷态电阻、热保护及电参数等测试项目,测试方法符合国家标准.系统硬件主要由测试模块、PLC和工控机构成.系统软件以LabVIEW为开发平台,采用模块化形式,根据用户设定表自动分解生成程控步进行试验.测试结果可以曲线、图表等形式保存或输出,具有较强的灵活性和实用性.     

反相液相色谱法测定(反)-4-环已基-L-脯氨酸和(反)-4-苯基-L-脯氨酸

采用反相高效液相色谱法分离和测定(反)-4-环已基-L-脯氨酸和(反)-4-苯基-L-脯氨酸.在选定的色谱条件下,(反)-4-环已基-L-脯氨酸、(反)-4-苯基-L-脯氨酸和杂质之间具有较好的分离效果.该方法具有操作简单、快速、准确度和精密度较好,对同一(反)-4-环已基-L-脯氨酸试样多次测定,(反)-4-环已基-L-脯氨酸的日内、日间相对标准偏差(RSD)分别1.55%和0.09%;(反)-4-苯基-L-脯氨酸的日内、日间相对标准偏差(RSD)分别1.94%和1.79%.(反)-4-环已基-L-脯氨酸和(反)-4-苯基-L-脯氨酸的回收率分别为99.80%~100.40%和97.28%~100.00%.     

膜用功能单体5-氯磺酰异酞酰氯(CSIC)的合成研究

5-氯磺酰异酞酰氯是合成聚酰胺类反渗透膜、纳滤膜的重要功能单体.采用以3,5-二羧基苯磺酸钠为原料,五氯化磷为氯化剂,制备5-氯磺酰异酞酰氯(CSIC),最佳收率可达71.4%.通过对反应温度、反应时间和反应底物配比等影响因素的研究发现:常压下反应温度应控制在170～180℃;反应时间12.5 h后,结束反应;反应底物配比n(五氯化磷)∶n(3,5-二羧基苯磺酸钠)1∶1,则收率很低.随着n(五氯化磷)∶n(3,5-二羧基苯磺酸钠)增大,收率增高,当n(五氯化磷)∶n(3,5-二羧基苯磺酸钠)2.5∶1后,其增大对产品收率影响不大.     

一种基于DCT系数和Fourier描述子的人脸识别方法

研究了一种基于人脸细节信息和外形轮廓信息相结合的人脸识别方法.用DCT(离散余弦变换)系数集表示人脸细节信息,傅立叶描述子集表示人脸轮廓信息,用基于相似性的匹配方式将待测人脸的两种信息分别与数据库中的人脸进行匹配,并根据光照条件将两个匹配结果进行合理的融合作为最终的匹配结果.由于人脸外形比较稳定,并且傅立叶描述子对旋转不敏感,最重要的是,在匹配过程中创造性地利用了实时光照信息进行融合,因此,这种方法不仅稳定,还可以较好地弥补传统二维人脸识别系统极易受到光照、姿态等因素影响的这个缺点.
