3-乙酰基-2-芳基-5-（2-碘苯基）-1，3，4-嗯二唑啉化合物的合成与表征

2-碘苯甲酰肼与八种芳醛反应得到相应的酰腙(1 a~1h),后与乙酸酐脱水环化合成3-乙酰基-2-芳基-5-(2-碘苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑啉化合物(2 a~2h),通过元素分析、IR、1H NMR和MS对化合物2 a~2h的结构进行了表征。     

2-氨基嘧啶合成工艺的研究

介绍了2氨基嘧啶的制备方法,并通过正交法研究了多种因素对总收率的影响,得到了较佳的工艺条件。实验结果表明,丙二酸二乙酯与胍物质量的比为1.1∶1,三氯氧磷与胍物质量的比为1.2∶1,锌粉与胍物质量的比0.23∶1,三次回流反应总时间为15h,总收率最高为76.2%。     

室温硫化硅橡胶粘接用胶粘剂的研究

研究了室温硫化硅橡胶生、熟片与不同材料(钢、合金铝、碳纤维／酚醛复合材料)粘接用胶粘剂及表面处理剂的合成方法和使用方法,较好地解决了硅橡胶熟片的粘接问题,粘接试件在室温下的剪切强度达到3.0MPa以上。     

电容器行业用橡胶制品及其发展趋势

分析了应用于电容器行业中橡胶塞和橡胶盖板的国内现状，通过实验对比了国内外产品的差距，分析了进口和国产板材的logR-T曲线图。指出了应用于电容器行业的橡胶制品的要求，主要是提高橡胶塞的耐高温，耐热老化性能，提高橡胶复合盖板在高温下的绝缘性。     

助剂对嗪草酸甲酯的增效作用

在温室条件下研究了13种助剂对嗪草酸甲酯防除曼陀罗和稗草的增效作用。结果表明无机盐助剂中的硫酸铵、表面活性剂中的有机硅Silwet618、油类助剂中的油酸异丁酯有较好的增效作用。     

杂色云芝漆酶的分离、纯化和酶学特性研究

杂色云芝发酵液,经超滤、DEAE-Sephadex A250柱层析两步分离、纯化出两型漆酶。以愈创木酚与酶带在适当条件下反应呈棕红色谱带鉴定出漆酶谱带。两型漆酶分别命名为LacA和LacB。经测定两漆酶亚基的分子量分别为66.0kDa和30.7kDa;等电点pI分别为4.79和5.18;LacA的最适作用温度是40℃,LacB为50℃;保温2h, LacA的半失活温度为60℃,LacB为90℃;LacA和LacB催化愈创木酚的酶活最适pH值均为4.0; 二者的稳定pH值也都在2.5~5.5之间。LacA催化氧化愈创木酚的Km和Vmax分别为286.5molL-1和292.4nmol mL-1 min-1;LacB催化氧化愈创木酚的Km和Vmax分别为813.0mol L-1和127.4nmol mL-1 min-1。     

Synthesis and properties of poly(aryl ether sulfone ether ketone ketone) (PESEKK)

4,4′‐bis(Phenoxy)diphenyl sulfone (DPODPS) was synthesized by reaction of phenol with bis(4‐chlorophenyl) sulfone in tetramethylene sulfone in the presence of NaOH. Two poly(aryl ether sulfone ether ketone ketone)s (PESKKs) with high molecular weight were prepared by low temperature solution polycondensation of DPODPS and terephthaloyl chloride (TPC) or isophthaloyl chloride (IPC), respectively, in 1,2‐dichloroethane and in the presence of aluminum chloride (AlCl₃) and N‐methylpyrrolidone (NMP). The resulting polymers were characterized by various analytical techniques, such as FT‐IR, ¹H‐NMR, DSC, TG, and WAXD. The results show that the T_g and T_d of PESEKKs are much higher, but its T_m is lower than those of PEKK. The other results indicate that PESEKKs exhibit excellent thermostabilities at 300 ± 10°C. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 96: 489–493, 2005     

高矣物的特性对双水相相图和头孢氨苄及7-ADCA分配行为的影响

A series of ethylene oxide(EO)-propylene oxide (PO) random co-polymers (EOPO) were used to form aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS) with ammonium sulfate.Effects of EOPO′s properties on the phase separation behaviors and on the partition of cephalexin and 7-aminodesacetoxicephalosporanic acid(7-ADCA) in ATPS were investigated.Both the molar mass and molar ratio of EO to PO of EOPO could greatly influence partition behaviors of cephalexin and 7-ADCA as well as the binodal curve of ATPS. With the increase of molar mass of co-polymer or the decrease of molar ratio of EO to PO,the critical point of ATPS decreased,the binodal curve became more asymmetry,and both cephalexin and 7-ADCA followed the same tendency to partition into the polymer-poor bottom phase.The experimental results shows that it is feasible to partition cephalexin and 7-ADCA in either the polymer-rich top phase or the polymer-poor bottom phase by choosing a specific phase-forming EOPO.

SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2-Hβ固体超强酸催化合成乙酸正丁酯

采用均匀沉淀法制备的SO24-/TiO2-Hβ复合型固体超强酸催化剂应用于乙酸正丁酯的合成中,得出最佳合成条件为反应时间4h,原料正丁醇与乙酸的摩尔配比1.3∶1,催化剂用量为乙酸用量的3%,乙酸正丁酯的收率95.6%。
