Conventional refractory materials used for calcining ternary lithium-ion battery cathode materials, such as mullite, cordierite, and magnesia-alumina spinel, are vulnerable to attack by Li(NixCoyMn1−x−y)O2 (LNCM) materials and therefore have a short service life. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of refractory materials to LNCM materials, mullite-Al2TiO5 materials with different contents were synthesized in this paper by using calcined mullite powder, TiO2 powder, and La2O3 powder as raw materials, which were calcined at 1500–1600°C temperature, respectively. In this study, the potential of the materials for the preparation of LNCM materials was investigated in terms of its physical properties, resistance to the corrosion of LNCM materials, and resistance to thermal shock. The results showed that mullite-Al2TiO5 composites can be successfully synthesized at 1500–1600°C, and the physical properties of the materials met the production requirements. The prepared mullite-Al2TiO5 composites also exhibited better physical properties, good corrosion resistance, and proper thermal shock resistance compared with mullite refractories. 相似文献

In order to realize efficient and comprehensive utilization of kyanite tailings (KT) mullite insulating firebrick (M-IFB) with high strength and low thermal conductivity with spherical-low connectivity porous were success fully prepared by using KT and alumina as the main raw material. Control of the porosity and properties of mullite insulating firebrick can be easily and accurately achieved by adjusting the heat treatment temperature and the amount of forming agent. The compressive strengths, bulk density, thermal conductivities, liner change, and porosities ranged from 25.86–53.26 MPa, .58–1.61 g/cm3, .236–.599 W/(m·K), −1.01 to −.426 % and 66.89 to 78.63 %, respectively. The creep rate of M-IFB was compared with that of current insulating bricks after them used in the baking kiln of lithium ion battery cathode materials in the laboratory to simulate the environment. The results show that the M-IFB corrosion resistance was obviously superior to the current insulation bricks. The high porosity high strength mullite insulating firebrick prepared by this method is expected to be used in thermal insulation system of kiln to realize the comprehensive utilization of solid waste. 相似文献

采用挤出共混造粒、吹塑成型工艺制备了聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二酯(PBAT)/聚乳酸(PLA)全生物降解薄膜。研究了薄膜在紫外光老化过程中热性能和横纵向力学性能随老化时间的变化,并利用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对薄膜老化前后进行了表征。结果表明:在紫外光老化过程中,PBAT/PLA薄膜的横向拉伸强度和断裂拉伸应变均随着老化时间的延长不断减小,薄膜纵向拉伸强度和断裂标称应变随着老化时间的延长却先减小后增大,纵向的取向结晶结构有助于紫外光辐照交联的发生;紫外光老化更易发生在材料的无定型区,复合材料结晶度整体上不断增大。 相似文献

Kinetic Modeling of Texture and Color Changes During Thermal Treatment of Chicken Breast Meat 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Heat treatment is commonly applied as a primary method for ensuring the microbial safety of poultry meat and to enhance its palatability. Although texture and color of cooked chicken breast meat are important quality parameters for the consumers that need to be controlled during thermal processing, studies assessing the temperature-time-dependent quality changes during thermal treatment are lacking. This work aims to investigate the texture and color changes of chicken breast meat during thermal processing and to develop kinetic models that describe these changes. We studied the storage modulus changes of chicken breast meat as function of temperature. The storage modulus increases from 55 °C until leveling off in an equilibrium value above 80 °C, which was attributed to microstructure changes and described with a sigmoidal function. The changes in the texture (TPA) and color (CIE L * a * b * ) of chicken breast meat were measured as function of temperature and time. The texture and color parameters show a rise with heating time until reaching an equilibrium value, while the rate of change increased with temperature. Kinetic models that take the non-zero equilibrium into account were developed to describe the color (lightness) and texture (hardness, gumminess, and chewiness) changes with heating time and temperature. The kinetic models provide a deeper insight into the mechanisms of texture and color changes during thermal treatment. They can be used to predict the texture and color development of chicken breast meat during thermal processing and, thus, help to optimize the process. 相似文献

A new basal hadrosauriform dinosaur, Xuwulong yueluni gen. et sp. nov., is reported based on an articulated specimen including a complete cranium, almost complete axial skeleton, and complete left pelvic girdle. The specimen is recovered from the Early Cretaceous Yujingzi Basin in the Jiuquan area, Gansu Province of northwestern China. Xuwulong is among the most basal members of badrosauriform dinosaurs, and distinguisbed by its unique lower jaw in having a V-sbaped rostral end of the dentary in lateral view and a mandibular articular surface which levels with mid-height of the dentary ramus, as well as an enlarged and downturned prepubic process. Including Xuwulong, three basal hadrosauriforms have been discovered from the Early Cretaceous Xinminpu Group in the Mazongshan area, making it an important area to study the origin and early evolution of duck-billed dinosaurs. 相似文献
