Although many efforts have been made to regenerate the bone lesions, existing challenges can be mitigated through the development of tissue engineering scaffolds. However, the weak control on the microstructure of constructs, limitation in preparation of patient-specific and multilayered scaffolds, restriction in the fabrication of cell-laden matrixes, and challenges in preserving the drug/growth factors' efficacy in conventional methods have led to the development of bioprinting technology for regeneration of bone defects. So in this review, conventional 3D printers are classified, then the priority of the different types of bioprinting technologies for the preparation of the cell/growth factor-laden matrixes are focused. Besides, the bio-ink compositions, including polymeric/hybrid hydrogels and cell-based bio-inks are classified according to fundamental and recent studies. Herein, different effective parameters, such as viscosity, rheological properties, cross-linking methods, biodegradation biocompatibility, are considered. Finally, different types of cells and growth factors that can encapsulate in the bio-inks to promote bone repair are discussed, and both in vitro and in vivo achievement are considered. This review provides current and future perspectives of cell-laden bioprinting technologies. The restrictions and challenges are identified, and proper strategies for the development of cell-laden matrixes and high-performance printable bio-inks are proposed.  相似文献

The compound (4-fluorophenyl)(phenyl) phosphine oxide (4-FPO) was designed, synthesized, and used in the modification of epoxy resin (EP). The 4-FPO-modified EP was prepared by curing the reaction mixture of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) and 4-FPO in the presence of 4,4′-diaminodiphenylsulfone (DDS). Compared with the unmodified EP, the limiting oxygen index value of the EP/4-FPO-0.6 (4-FPO-modified EP with 0.6 wt% of phosphorus) increased to 31.6%, and the sample achieved UL-94 V-0 rating. The peak of the heat release rate, average of the heat release rate, and total heat release of EP/4-FPO-0.6 were reduced by 39, 24, and 19%, respectively. Mechanism study showed that the quenching effect in the gas and barrier effect in the condensed phase were responsible for the enhanced flame-retardant properties of the 4-FPO-modified EP. The results showed that hydrophobicity and dielectric properties of the modified EP were clearly improved.  相似文献

To improve the electrochemical lithium storage performance of molybdenum nitrides, Mo2N quantum dots@nitrogen-doped graphene oxide sponge (Mo2N-QDs@Ngs) was prepared by hydrothermal reaction, freeze-drying and calcination in H2/N2 mixture with ammonium molybdate ((NH4)Mo7O24·4H2O), hexamethylenetetramine (C6H12N4) and graphene oxide (GO) as raw materials. The effect of GO content on the electrochemical lithium storage performance was investigated. The transmission electron microscope (TEM) results show that the size of the prepared Mo2N quantum dots is about 2—5 nm, and the Mo2N quantum dots are uniformly distributed on the surface of nitrogen-doped graphene. The electrochemical test results show that when the GO content is 30%, the prepared Mo2N-QDs@Ngs-30 has the best electrochemical lithium storage performance, which has 699 mA·h·g-1 specific capacity at the current density of 0.1 A·g-1, and has 286 mA·h·g-1 specific capacity even at the current density of 2 A·g-1.  相似文献

The flat micro heat pipe array photovoltaic-thermal module was retrofitted into a photovoltaic-thermal evaporator, and then a novel solar energy and air dual-heat-source heat pump system was developed. The operation performance of the system operating in the solar energy mode (S) as well as the solar energy and air dual-heat-source mode (SA) was studied in detail. Studies have shown that: affected by solar radiation and ambient temperature, the role of ambient air in the dual heat source heating mode will switch between heat release and heat absorption, and the temperature difference between ambient temperature and backplane temperature fluctuates between -3.1—3.5℃; the SA mode was suitable for low solar radiation condition, and its thermal efficiency, comprehensive performance efficiency and COP were 56.7%, 81.7% and 2.38 respectively, which were 20.3%, 25.0% and 6.7% higher than that of the S mode; under the high solar radiation condition, the SA mode would accelerate the heat dissipation of the system, but it could improve the electrical performance of the system. According to the above characteristics, it would get the better operation performance operating in SA mode when the backplane temperature was lower than the ambient temperature as well as operating in S mode when the backplane temperature was higher than the ambient temperature.  相似文献

Self-diffusion coefficients of iron in molten Fe-C alloys have been measured by using the capillary method. In addition, the samples have been autoradiographed and sectioned to insure that no significant convection has occurred during the diffusion. The results can be represented by the equation D = 4.3×10?3 exp (—12.200/RT) for carbon = 4.6 pct and T = 1513° to 1633°K; and D = 1.0×10?2 exp (—15,700/RT) for carbon = 2.5 pct and T = 1613° to 1673°K. The D values are higher and the heat of activation for diffusion lower in alloys containing more carbon. Calculation based on the Einstein-Stokes equation indicates that the diffusing species is iron ion.  相似文献

Fe-50%Ni合金是一种典型的高磁导率和低矫顽力的软磁材料,有着广阔的应用前景.本次实验以羰基铁粉和羰基镍粉为原料粉末,采用注射成形方法制取Fe-50%Ni软磁合金,研究了高能球磨制备粉末对注射成形工艺以及材料性能的影响.研究结果表明与未经过高能球磨的混合粉末相比,高能球磨改变了原料粉末的粒度和粒度组成,提高了粉末的振实密度,进而提高了装载量.通过显微组织分析得知,高能球磨能使两种粉末发生塑性变形并冷焊合,形成了复合粉,促进了两种成分之间发生扩散和固态反应,同时还增加了粉末颗粒的能量,使颗粒表面活化,促进了烧结,提高了烧结材料的致密度.本实验最终获得了高性能的软磁合金材料磁导率41.27 mH/m,饱和磁感应强度1.498 T,矫顽力7.533 A/m.所得到的软磁材料性能优于相应传统粉末冶金方法获得的材料性能.  相似文献

We prepared zirconia thin films on (100) Si wafer by using a chemical solution deposition with a zirconium naphthenate as a starting material. The films were pyrolyzed at 500°C for 10 min and finally annealed for 30 min in air at 500°C. Amorphous films after annealing had no distinct structure and were uniform along the cross section line.In vitro formation of the calcium phosphate was evaluated by the field emission-scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.  相似文献

The importance of grain size refinement in enabling superplasticity is reviewed, and the current understanding of grain boundary characteristics is summarized. The application of orientation-imaging microscopy (OIM) methods to the processing response and the deformation and failure modes in superplastic aluminum alloys are illustrated through microtexture analysis and determination of grain boundary characteristics in selected commercial materials. Continuous and discontinuous recrystallization reactions exhibit distinct microtextures and grain boundary characteristics. The application of OIM and microtexture analysis to the evaluation of both deformation and failure mechanisms during superplastic forming is illustrated. This paper was presented at the International Symposium on Superplasticity and Superplastic Forming, sponsored by the Manufacturing Critical Sector at the ASM International AeroMat 2004 Conference and Exposition, June 8–9, 2004, in Seattle, WA. Different metallurgical processing, including the standard heat treatment, heat treatment without β aging, addition of high amount of Cr, and long-term isothermal exposure, was conducted on superalloy Inconel 783. For these processed materials, the tensile property and hardness at room temperature and stress relaxation behavior at 650 °C were examined. The testing results showed that isothermal exposure and heat treatment without β aging slightly enhanced the yield strength of alloy 783 at room temperature as well as all metallurgical processing in this study produced an identical stress relaxation behavior at 650 °C. The microstructure variation with different processing was analyzed using optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).  相似文献
