Stress relaxation and dynamic mechanical behavior of phenolphthalein poly(ether ketone) (PEK-C) have been investigated. Using Ferry's reduction method, the master curve was obtained. From the experimental results, we found that the WLF equation is not appropriate in the lower-temperature range (T < Tg). The relaxation spectrum was calculated according to the first approximation method proposed by Schwarzl and Staverman. In addition to the α-transition region, a second transition zone is revealed at low temperature. Effects of filler on microstructure and toughening behavior of cyanate ester (CE)/bentonite (BT) nanocomposites with different content of BT have been studied by positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, dynamic mechanical analysis, etc. The interesting results found by PALS indicate that the size and concentration of the free volume holes and the apparent free volume fraction increased with increasing the content of BT, which indicates that adding nano‐layers to thermosetting materials can lead to the high crosslinking density structure “looser.” The experimental results reveal that the increases in size of free volume holes and apparent free volume fraction are related to the increasing conversion of cure reaction. On the other hand, the mechanism of toughening (by adding the nano‐clay to the thermosetting material) has been discussed by combining free volume and interfacial property. It is shown that, for the high crosslinking thermosetting material‐based nanocomposites, both the property of free volume and dispersion state of nano‐layers are the two key factors in determining toughening property. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 再生骨料的物理力学性质是影响其运用范围、再生混凝土性能的本质因素。通过对公路废弃混凝土所制成的再生骨料和天然骨料同时进行物理力学性能试验研究,获得了骨料的表观密度、吸水率、压碎值、磨耗损失和针片状颗粒含量值。通过对再生骨料和天然骨料的试验结果进行对比分析发现,再生骨料除了针片状颗粒含量值会略优于天然骨料,其他四种物理力学性质均比天然骨料差,但两者的差异性不大。 相似文献

Recently, many local-feature based methods have been proposed for feature learning to obtain a better high-level representation of human behavior. Most of the previous research ignores the structural information existing among local features in the same video sequences, while it is an important clue to distinguish ambiguous actions. To address this issue, we propose a Laplacian group sparse coding for human behavior representation. Unlike traditional methods such as sparse coding, our approach prefers to encode a group of relevant features simultaneously and meanwhile allow as less atoms as possible to participate in the approximation so that video-level sparsity is guaranteed. By incorporating Laplacian regularization the method is capable to ensure the similar approximation of closely related local features and the structural information is successfully preserved. Thus, a compact but discriminative human behavior representation is achieved. Besides, the objective of our model is solved with a closed-form solution, which reduces the computational cost significantly. Promising results on several popular benchmark datasets prove the efficiency and effectiveness of our approach. 相似文献

The paper studies a 3D fingerprint reconstruction technique based on multi-view touchless fingerprint images. This technique offers a solution for 3D fingerprint image generation and application when only multi-view 2D images are available. However, the difficulties and stresses of 3D fingerprint reconstruction are the establishment of feature correspondences based on 2D touchless fingerprint images and the estimation of the finger shape model. In this paper, several popular used features, such as scale invariant feature transformation (SIFT) feature, ridge feature and minutiae, are employed for correspondences establishment. To extract these fingerprint features accurately, an improved fingerprint enhancement method has been proposed by polishing orientation and ridge frequency maps according to the characteristics of 2D touchless fingerprint images. Therefore, correspondences can be established by adopting hierarchical fingerprint matching approaches. Through an analysis of 440 3D point cloud finger data (220 fingers, 2 pictures each) collected by a 3D scanning technique, i.e., the structured light illumination (SLI) method, the finger shape model is estimated. It is found that the binary quadratic function is more suitable for the finger shape model than the other mixed model tested in this paper. In our experiments, the reconstruction accuracy is illustrated by constructing a cylinder. Furthermore, results obtained from different fingerprint feature correspondences are analyzed and compared to show which features are more suitable for 3D fingerprint images generation. 相似文献
