Wavelength and Waveband Assignment for Ring Networks Based on Parallel Multi‐granularity Hierarchical OADMs

In this paper we study the optimization issues of ring networks employing novel parallel multi‐granularity hierarchical optical add‐drop multiplexers (OADMs). In particular, we attempt to minimize the number of control elements for the off‐line case. We present an integer linear programming formulation to obtain the lower bound in optimization, and propose an efficient heuristic algorithm called global bandwidth resource assignment that is suitable for the design of large‐scale OADM networks.

Fatigue crack growth in SiC particulates reinforced Al matrix graded composite

The SiC/Al graded composite was fabricated by powder metallurgy processing and its fatigue crack growth behavior was studied. The volume percentage of SiC particulates was distributed from 5 to 30% layer by layer on the cross section. Since the aluminium was dissolved together, there was no evident interface between the two layers with different volume fraction of SiC particulates. Fatigue crack growth was in direction of from 5 to 30% SiC layers under sinusoidal wave-form. The retardation of fatigue crack growth was found when crack propagated from low volume fraction of SiC to high volume fraction of SiC. The crack deflection and branching between two layers were observed, which decreased crack growth rates. In view of crack tip driving force, the plasticity mismatch between the layers shielded crack tip driving force, i.e. decreased the effective J-integral at the tip of the crack as the plastic zone of the crack tip spread from the weaker material into the stronger material.     

阜阳地区石炭-二叠系煤系烃源岩特征

阜阳地区石炭-二叠系煤系地层发育，但由于勘探程度较低，对该区煤系地层烃源岩的生烃潜力认识不清，严重制约了该区的油气勘探。在已有资料的基础上，通过有机地球化学和有机岩石学方法并结合模拟实验，探讨了该区煤系烃源岩的生烃潜力。研究结果表明阜阳地区石炭-二叠系煤系烃源岩有机质丰度达到中等-好烃源岩标准，有机质类型以腐殖型为主，盆地模拟结果显示阜阳地区石炭-二叠系煤系地层油资源量为（30.47~152.33）×10⁶t，气资源量为（266.7～1333.7）×10⁸m³，展示阜阳地区石炭-二叠系煤系地层具有较好的生油气潜力。     

时频域自动识别与压制高频噪声

本文在分析张宇等及钱忠平等提出的高频噪声判别准则基础上,利用夏洪瑞等根据在窄档等频距小波分频之后识别、压制高频噪声的思路,提出在时频域将代表地震道主要能量的几个频带的平均振幅绝对值作为正常子波的平均振幅绝对值,以此来识别和压制高频噪声的异常振幅。实际处理结果表明,此法不仅可以压制高频谐振及高频突发噪声,而且可以保护弱地震反射信号不受损害。

Study on the inhibiting behavior of AMT on bronze in 5% citric acid solution

The corrosion behavior of bronze in the presence of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (AMT) has been investigated in 5% citric acid by electrochemical measurements such as potentiodynamic polarization method and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It has been revealed that AMT is a good inhibitor for bronze. Both cathodic process and anodic process on bronze treated with AMT were different from that on the bronze without AMT treatment. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis was carried out to characterize the protective film, which revealed that the composition of the protective film was polymeric Cu(I)-inhibitor complex. AMT acted as bidentate ligand through the aminic nitrogen atom and the closed ring nitrogen in the complex.     

High-performance MIM capacitor using ALD high-k HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate dielectrics

For the first time, we successfully fabricated and demonstrated high performance metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitors with HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate dielectric using atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique. Our data indicates that the laminate MIM capacitor can provide high capacitance density of 12.8 fF//spl mu/m/sup 2/ from 10 kHz up to 20 GHz, very low leakage current of 3.2 /spl times/ 10/sup -8/ A/cm/sup 2/ at 3.3 V, small linear voltage coefficient of capacitance of 240 ppm/V together with quadratic one of 1830 ppm/V/sup 2/, temperature coefficient of capacitance of 182 ppm//spl deg/C, and high breakdown field of /spl sim/6 MV/cm as well as promising reliability. As a result, the HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate is a very promising candidate for next generation MIM capacitor for radio frequency and mixed signal integrated circuit applications.     

用MATLAB进行三相交-交变频电源的仿真设计

三相交－交变频电源在低频拖动控制中有广泛的应用，通过晶闸管设计的静止式变频电源具有效率高，无噪声的优点，但却存在设计复杂、成本高，高速困难等缺点，而利用MATLAB软件中的Simlink仿真工具来实现三相交－交变频电源的仿真设计和分析，能做到省时，省成本，易于操作，在静止式变频电源设计中有很好的使用价值。采用MATLAB仿真工具完成了一个全数字控制的三相交－交变频电源的设计。
