In order to assess various design concepts and choose a kind of covering cap design scheme which can meet the requirements of airworthiness standard and ensure the safety of fuel tank. Using finite element software ANSYS/LS- DYNA, the impact process of covering cap of aircraft fuel tank by projectile were simulated, in which dynamical characteristics of simple single covering cap and gland double-layer covering cap impacted by titanium alloy projectile and rubber projectile were studied, as well as factor effects on simple single covering cap and gland double-layer covering cap under impact region, impact angle and impact energy were also studied. Though the comparison of critical damage velocity and element deleted number of the covering caps, it shows that the external covering cap has a good protection effect on internal covering cap. The regions close to boundary are vulnerable to appear impact damage with titanium alloy projectile while the regions close to center is vulnerable to occur damage with rubber projectile. Equivalent strain in covering cap is very little when impact angle is less than 15°. Element deleted number in covering cap reaches the maximum when impact angle is between 60°and 65°by titanium alloy projectile. While the bigger the impact angle and the more serious damage of the covering cap will be when rubber projectile impact composite covering cap. The energy needed for occurring damage on external covering cap and internal covering cap is less than and higher than that when single covering cap occur damage, respectively. 采用全量子理论对单块非平面环形腔Nd:YAG激光器的强度噪声特性进行了研究,通过理论分析和仿真发现,单块非平面环形腔激光器的弛豫振荡主要由真空起伏、偶极起伏和内腔损耗引起,抽运噪声和自发辐射对弛豫振荡的影响相对较小。同时,从理论上对强度噪声的光电负反馈抑制进行了分析和仿真,为实验上噪声抑制电路的设计提供了一定的理论基础。参考此理论电路,设计了可以获得较好的相位超前和低噪声宽带宽增益放大的噪声抑制电路,在实验上获得了良好的噪声抑制效果。当弛豫振荡峰为311kHz时,弛豫振荡峰处的强度噪声被抑制了39dB,在整个频谱范围内获得了低于-115dB/Hz的噪声水平。 相似文献

Ultrathin MoS2 nanosheets were vertically anchored on the reduced graphene oxide (MoS2/rGO) via hydrothermal method. To further engineering the surface conductivity, ultrathin polypyrrol (PPy) layer was coated on the MoS2/rGO composite via in situ polymerization to form a bi-continuous conductive network with a sandwich-like structure. The graphene nanosheets and the PPy coating can facilitate the electrons transfer rate, while the ultrathin MoS2 nanosheets can enhance the utilization efficiency of the active materials. The obtained MoS2/rGO-10 composite exhibits high reversible specific capacity (970?mAh?g?1 at 0.1?A?g?1) and rate capability (capacity retention of 64% at 3.2?A?g?1). Moreover, the PPy@MoS2/rGO hybrids reveal lower specific capacity but better rate capability, and a “trade-off” effect between electrons and ions transfer resistance was observed. Safety Assessment of Aircraft Fuel Tank Access Cover under the Impact Load by Tire Fragments 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
According to relevant airworthiness standards, the aircraft fuel tank access cover must withstand the impact by tire fragments, and minimize the penetration and deformation, which is critical for flight safety. To assess the safety of an aircraft fuel tank access cover subjected to tire fragments, a study of dynamic response was presented in this paper using the Finite element(FE) software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. To obtain the reliable mechanical characteristics of tire tread rubber, a series of material tests have been conducted. Then the proposed rubber material model is validated by comparing the numerical simulations with the experimental results of aluminium alloy plate impact. The simulation results indicate that the rubber fragment and alloy plate will undergo the largest deformation when impact angle is equal to 90°. Finally, the proposed FE model and modelling approaches are extended to the numerical simulation of a full-scale aircraft fuel tank access cover impact. The numerical simulations are carried out with impact velocity of 71.1 m/s and impact angle of 40.5°. The simulation results indicate that the aluminium alloy by precision casting is more likely to rupture, and the middle region of the access cover is vulnerable to fragment impact. This research proposes a reliable rubber model applying to various strain rates. Considering the influence of impact regions, the dynamic response and various failure patterns of fuel tank access cover are acquired. Optimum design is a key approach to make full use of potential advantages of a parallel manipulator. The optimum design of multi-parameter parallel manipulators(more than three design parameters), such as Stewart manipulator, relies on analysis based and algorithm based optimum design methods, which fall to be accurate or intuitive. To solve this problem and achieve both accurate and intuition, atlas based optimum design of a general Stewart parallel manipulator is established, with rational selection of design parameters. Based on the defined spherical usable workspace(SUW), primary kinematic performance indices of the Stewart manipulator, involving workspace and condition number are introduced and analyzed. Then, corresponding performance atlases are drawn with the established non-dimensional design space, and impact of joint distribution angles on the manipulator performance is analyzed and illustrated. At last, an example on atlas based optimum design of the Stewart manipulator is accomplished to illustrate the optimum design process, considering the end-effector posture. Deduced atlases can be flexibly applied to both quantitative and qualitative analysis to get the desired optimal design for the Stewart manipulator with respect to related performance requirements.
