Lipid quality and fatty acid compositions of fish oils recovered from fish (Sea bass – Dicentrarchus labrax) waste silages produced with formic acid (FA) and five different LAB strains (Lactobacillus plantarum (LP), Pediococcus acidilactici (PA), Enterococcus gallinarum (EG), Lactobacillus brevis (LB) and Streptococcus spp. (ST)) were assessed to ensure for the usage for human consumption. Generally, it was observed that there were no significant differences between PUFA contents (23.27–23.64%). Peroxide (PV) (2.12 meq active O2/per kg of oil) and TBA values (1.07 mg malonaldehyde (MA) g?1 oil) of fish oils from acid silage were significantly higher than those of the fermented ones (1.14–1.91 meq active O2 kg?1, 0.67–0.81 mgMA g?1 oil, respectively). Anisidine values (AV) were determined in range of 8.04–11.14 for fermented silages and 13.08 from acid silage. The highest totox value (17.33 ± 0.88) was also detected in acid silage oil whereas fermented groups gave totox value in the range of 10.40–13.88. It can be concluded that the initial lipid quality of fermented fish waste silages was better than the initial lipid quality of acid fish waste silage. Therefore, fish oils recovered from fermented silages can be used as food additives or supplements for animal and human diets. 相似文献

These results were compared with those obtained in constant overpotential electrolysis. The cobalt doped perovskite cathode material LaNi1-xCoxO3-δ (x = 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) synthesized by cost effective high temperature decomposition is investigated as mixed ionic electronic conductor (MIEC) for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell (IT-SOFC). LaNiO3 is known for its high electronic conductivity and to introduce more oxygen vacancies for enhancing its ionic conductivity, Ni at B site is substituted by Co. XRD analysis showed perovskite structure for all samples with no additional phases, which was also confirmed by FTIR results. Microstructure analysis revealed well connected and porous structure for LaNi1-xCoxO3-δ (x = 0.6) compared to other compositions. The elemental analysis using EDX confirmed presence of lanthanum, nickel, and cobalt within all samples. No prominent weight loss was observed during TGA analysis. The highest value of conductivity was obtained for LaNi1-xCoxO3-δ (x = 0.6) due to its porous and networked structure of sub micrometric grains. The superior performance is attained for the cell based on LaNi1-xCoxO3-δ (x = 0.6) cathode with maximum power density of 0.45 Wcm?2 compared to other composition which can be attributed to its well connected and porous structure that caused enhanced electrochemical reaction at triple phase boundary (TPB). It was therefore deduced that LaNi1-xCoxO3-δ (x = 0.6) is promising composition to be used as MIEC cathode for IT-SOFC. 相似文献
Industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology, the subfield of psychology applied to the context of work, has been criticized for being dominated by U.S. authors because this dominance could prevent the generalizability of results and the enrichment of theories, paradigms, and approaches by researchers from other parts of the world. Previous estimates on the extent of the U.S. dominance are, however, likely restricted in scope, outdated, and likely biased by non-U.S. researchers who were socialized in the U.S. or received help by U.S. co-authors. As such, we measured the level of U.S. dominance by analyzing 5626 papers published from the top ten journals of the field of I/O psychology in the last eleven years and their authors. The results show that the U.S. dominance continues, although the internationalization of I/O psychology has steadily increased. An additional analysis of the gender distribution across our sample revealed that female first authorship is slightly more common among authors with no U.S. affiliation. We suggest several steps to further increase the level of internationalization.
A series of new recyclable chiral dicationic chromium(III) salen complexes 1 – 10 bearing different substituents, viz., hydrogen, methyl, tert‐butyl, triphenylphosphinomethyl, triethylaminomethyl, methylimidazolium, methylpyridinium, methyl‐N,N‐dimethylpyridinium at the 3,3′‐ and 5,5′‐ positions of the salen unit with (1S,2S)‐(+)‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane, (1S,2S)‐(−)‐1,2‐diphenyl‐1,2‐diaminoethane, and (S)‐(−)‐1,1′‐binaphthyl‐2,2′‐diamine collars have been synthesized and characterized by various physico‐chemical methods. These complexes were used as catalysts for the highly enantioselective aminolytic kinetic resolution of racemic trans‐epoxides with different anilines as nucleophiles at room temperature. With the use of catalyst 3 , anti‐β‐amino alcohols were obtained in excellent yields (>99% with respect to the nucleophile) and enantioselectivities (ee>99%) with the concomitant recovery of corresponding epoxides in high optical purity (ee up to >99%) and quantitative yields in 12 h. The catalyst 3 is recyclable in the aminolytic kinetic resolution process and worked well up to six cycles with retention of enantioselectivity. 相似文献

The crud formed on PWR fuel tends to contain “chimneys” penetrating down to the metal surface. This provides an opportunity for wick-boiling to occur. This is associated with the generation of very high concentrations (many tens of times the bulk values) of dissolved species within the crud, and associated significant increase in the local saturation temperature. These both have consequences for cladding corrosion, and the accumulation of boron in the crud contributes to the phenomenon termed “axial offset anomaly”. We present here detailed, coupled two-dimensional models of these processes, which allow the three linked phenomena, heat conduction, advection and diffusion of species in the water, and diffusion of the water itself, to be modeled and their aggregate effect to be seen. 相似文献
