本文根据压力传感器（静态）国家计量检定规程，对压力传感器静态检定装置进行误差分析，得出该装置的测量不确定度。最后，通过实例说明实际测量不确定度与理论分析相符合。     

CO2激光器线偏振光输出腔内起偏器的研究

混合InGaAs光电二极管阵列ETX128FPA是16384元InGaAs焦平面阵列,供1.0～1.7μm波段内的近红外成象使用。这种128×128元的二维光电二极管阵列是使用钢冲击结合技术把InGaAs材料结合到高级的CMOS倍增管上而制成的。     

Implementation of a vector quantization codebook design technique based on a competitive learning artificial neural network

We describe an implementation of a vector quantization codebook design algorithm based on the frequencysensitive competitive learning artificial neural network. The implementation, designed for use on high-performance computers, employs both multitasking and vectorization techniques. A C version of the algorithm tested on a CRAY Y-MP8/864 is discussed. We show how the implementation can be used to perform vector quantization, and demonstrate its use in compressing digital video image data. Two images are used, with various size codebooks, to test the performance of the implementation. The results show that the supercomputer techniques employed have significantly decreased the total execution time without affecting vector quantization performance.This work was supported by a Cray University Research Award and by NASA Lewis research grant number NAG3-1164.     

台阶形陆架上孤立波传播的数值模拟

为了研究孤立波在带有陡升台地的陆架上的传播,用MAC方法求解了二维纳维尔-斯托克斯方程。本文在以下几点,改进了东京大学提出的修正的网格标记法:1.给出交错网格的新的标号系统;2.推导出自由表面上非规则星的新的压力迭代公式;3.对流函数、压力和速度使用了三值悬旗;4.把一维Burgers方程的部分守恒形式扩展用于二维N-S方程。这些使得程序更简单和精确。计算结果证卖,物理上很好地解释了孤立波的传播,入射波分成了反射波和透射波,然后开始分裂、破碎。 本文计算结果与线性波理论的结果很一致,但后者不能给出波运动的过程。

糖化酶制剂辐照性能研究

研究了工业糖化酶制剂经辐照处理后各项性能的变化。结果表明,经2kGy以下剂量的γ射线处理后,可提高其贮存稳定性,改善卫生品质,不影响其正常使用。

Binding of cadmium,copper, and zinc to humic substances originating from municipal solid waste compost

The application of municipal solid waste (MSW) compost increases both the trace metal loading and the organic matter in the soil. To characterize the quality and metal-binding capacity of the compost OM, we extracted humic acid (HA) and fulvic acid (FA) from mature MSW compost and analyzed them for elemental composition, acid-titratable functional groups, total metal content, and structural components (by ¹³C NMR). HA constituted 67% of all extracted humic substances and differed significantly from HAs of cultivated lands: The compost HA exhibited smaller molecular size, a higher N content, and lower aromaticity due to large amounts of saturated aliphatic components. Metal complexation studies of the extracted HA and FA were performed by equilibrium dialysis titration. The complexing capacity (CC) was highest for Cu: CC_HA = 3357 and CC_FA = 5221 μmol Cu g⁻¹ of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) at pH 5. Zn and Cd were bound (at pH 7) in smaller concentrations: CC_HA(Zn) = 2167, CC_FA(Zn) = 2809, CC_HA(Cd) = 2386, and CC_FA(Cd) = 2468 μmol metal g⁻¹ of DOC. Stability constants for binding on the strongest sites (pK_int) were determined as pK_intHA = 6.6 and pK_intFA = 7.3 for Cu at pH 5; and pK_intHA = 8.0 and pK_intFA = 6.4 for Cd at pH 7. Since these measured parameters fall within the ranges of values obtained for soil humic substances, we conclude that in soils with little organic matter, compost addition will significantly increase the amount of highly reactive organic complexing agents for trace metals in the soil.     

Synchronized chaotic optical communications at high bit rates

Basic issues regarding synchronized chaotic optical communications at high bit rates using semiconductor lasers are considered. Recent experimental results on broadband, high-frequency, phase-locked chaos synchronization, and message encoding-decoding at 2.5 Gb/s are presented. System performance at a bit rate of 10 Gb/s is numerically studied for the application of three encryption schemes, namely chaos shift keying, chaos masking, and additive chaos modulation, to three chaotic semiconductor laser systems, namely the optical injection system, the optical feedback system, and the optoelectronic feedback system. By causing synchronization error in the forms of synchronization deviation and desynchronization bursts, the channel noise and the laser noise both have significant effects on the system performance at high bit rates. Among the three laser systems, the optoelectronic feedback system has the best performance while the optical feedback system has the worst. Among the three encryption schemes, only the performance of additive chaos modulation with low-noise lasers is acceptable at high bit rates.
