半导体激光线阵(LDB)在制作和封装过程中会发生弯曲,从而引起发光弯曲,即"smile",这影响其在抽运固体激光和外腔半导体激光阵列线宽窄化中的使用.利用平凸柱面镜在一定程度上可矫正半导体激光线阵的"smile".通过几何光学方法对平凸柱面镜矫正半导体激光线阵的"smile"进行理论分析,利用不同焦距平凸柱面镜对不同半导体激光线阵的"smile"进行矫正,并通过ORIGIN软件对"smile"的矫正进行模拟,其结果与实验相吻合.结果显示,抛物线状"smile"矫正效果很好,相对矫正量高达90%,选择合适小焦距平凸柱面镜对"smile"矫正较明显且模拟误差小,修正透镜焦距参数可减小误差. 相似文献

A Hemoglobin‐CdTe‐CaCO3@polyelectrolyte 3D architecture is synthesized by a stepwise layer‐by‐layer method and is further used to fabricate an electrochemistry biosensor. While the calcium carbonate (CaCO3) microsphere acts as an effective host for the loading of cadmium telluride (CdTe) quantum dots due to its channel‐like structure, the polyelectrolyte layers further increase the loading amount and help in the formation of a thick and uniform quantum‐dot “shell”, which not only improves the stability of the spheres in water, but also contributes to the fast and effective direct electron transfer between the protein redox center and the macroscopic electrode. The materials are characterized and compared, and the possible mechanism for the direct electrochemistry phenomenon is hypothesized. Our work not only provides a facile and effective route for the preparation of quantum‐dot‐loaded spheres, but also sets an example of how the structure of functional materials can be tuned and related to their applications. AIN thin films were deposited on c-,a-and r-plane sapphire substrates by the magnetron sputtering technique.The in-fluence of high-temperature thermal annealing (HTTA) on the structural,optical properties as well as surface stoichiometry were comprehensively investigated.The significant narrowing of the (0002) diffraction peak to as low as 68 arcsec of AIN after HTTA implies a reduction of tilt component inside the AIN thin films,and consequently much-reduced dislocation densities.This is also supported by the appearance of E2(high) Raman peak and better Al-N stoichiometry after HTTA.Furthermore,the in-creased absorption edge after HTTA suggests a reduction of point defects acting as the absorption centers.It is concluded that HTTA is a universal post-treatment technique in improving the crystalline quality of sputtered AIN regardless of sapphire orienta-tion. 相似文献

Aging and re‐poling induced enhancement of piezoelectricity are found in (K,Na)NbO3 (KNN)‐based lead‐free piezoelectric ceramics. For a compositionally optimized Li‐doped composition, its piezoelectric coefficient d33 can be increased up to 324 pC N?1 even from a considerably high value (190 pC N?1) by means of a re‐poling treatment after room‐temperature aging. Such a high d33 value is only reachable in KNN ceramics with complicated modifications using Ta and Sb dopants. High‐angle X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals apparent changes in the crystallographic orientations related to a 90° domain switching before and after the aging and re‐poling process. A possible mechanism considering both defect migration and rotation of spontaneous polarization explains the experimental results. The present study provides a general approach towards piezoelectric response enhancement in KNN‐based piezoelectric ceramics. 相似文献

Analytical applications in online social networks can be generalized as the influence evaluation problem, which targets at finding most influential users. Nowadays social influence evaluation is still an open and challenging issue. Most influence evaluation models focus on the single dimensional evaluation factor but fail to research on the multi-dimensional factors. In this paper, we propose a novel influence evaluation model: the temporal topic influence (TTI) evaluation model, which is a time-aware, content-aware and structure-aware evaluation model. For the aim of multi-dimensional evaluation, we incorporate multi-dimensional measure factors into our model, including the time factor, the topological information and the topic distribution information, etc. We propose a novel concept of user gravitational ability which is inspired by Newton’s law of universal gravitation. It can integrate multi-dimensional factors in an appropriate way. Our experiments are conducted on the Sina Weibo data set. Through the experimental analysis, we prove TTI model can calculate users’ influences effectively and efficiently. The TTI model can distinguish the value of users’ influences. And the TTI model identifies the top-k influential users with higher quality. We also validate the effect of time and topic measure factors in the influence evaluation process. 相似文献

To realize the feature of small size and high selectivity, a microstrip miniature fractal quasi-elliptic bandpass filter (BPF) with two transmission zeros (TZs) near each skirt is investigated in this paper. The TZs are created by source-load coupling between the input and output E-shaped feeding structures. By using a dual-mode Minkowski fractal shorted stub loaded open-loop resonator, the proposed BPF achieved a size reduction of 97.5% compared with the conventional square dual-mode loop BPF. Even mode analysis is adopted to characterize the Minkowski structure. The frequency responses of the current BPF were simulated and measured with good agreement. 相似文献
