Ship draft measurement is of great significance for ensuring navigation safety and facilitating ship control. In this work, a self‐powered water level sensor based on a liquid–solid tubular triboelectric nanogenerator (LST‐TENG) is proposed and analyzed. The LST‐TENG is made of multiple copper electrodes uniformly distributed along a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tube. When water flows into the PTFE tube, it induces alternating flows of electrons between the main electrode and the distributed bottom electrodes. The obvious peaks in the derivative of open‐circuit voltage with respect to time are found to correspond with the electrode distribution. Then it can be utilized as a robust and sensitive indicator for detecting the water level as the number of obvious peaks in the derivative of open‐circuit voltage is directly related to the water level height. The ship draft is successfully detected using the LST‐TENG with an accuracy of 10 mm. It shows that the water level sensor has stable performance for liquid–solid interface monitoring. Therefore, this LST‐TENG is self‐powered, robust, and accurate for extensive applications in marine industry. 相似文献

Here, described are additional treatment strategies that make use of human mesenchymal stem cell (hMSC)‐based local immunotherapeutic agents for the treatment of solid tumors. Dibenzocyclooctyne‐poly(ethylene glycol)‐pheophorbide A conjugates are engineered for cell surface conjugation by copper‐free click chemistry and are subsequently conjugated to hMSC (hMSC‐DPP). hMSC‐DPP can recognize and migrate toward cancer lesions, where they secrete pro‐inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin (IL)‐6, IL‐8, and heat shock protein 70 in pursuance of photodynamic therapy‐mediated cell death. The secreted immune factors trigger interferon gamma, IL‐2, IL‐4, IL‐12, and granulocyte‐macrophage colony‐stimulating factor, resulting in the local accumulation of T cells, B cells, natural killer cells, and antigen presenting cells at the tumor site. Treatment with hMSC‐DPP induces the accumulation of cytokines at the cancer site and minimizes systemic immune‐based side effects. This strategy is expected to increase the vulnerability of cancer cells to immune cells and cytokines, thus aiding in the development of a robust treatment platform for cancer immunotherapy. 相似文献

Neuromorphic computing systems that are capable of parallel information storage and processing with high area and energy efficiencies, offer important opportunities for future storage systems and in‐memory computing. Here, it is shown that a carbon dots/silk protein (CDs/silk) blend can be used as a light‐tunable charge trapping medium to fabricate an electro‐photoactive transistor synapse. The synaptic device can be optically operated in volatile or nonvolatile modes, ensuring concomitant short‐term and long‐term neuroplasticity. The synaptic‐like behaviors are attributed to the photogating effect induced by trapped photogenerated electrons in the hybrid CDs/silk film which is confirmed with atomic force microscopy based electrical techniques. In addition, system‐level pattern recognition capability of the synaptic device is evaluated by a single‐layer perceptron model. The remote optical operation of neuromorphic architecture provides promising building blocks to complete bioinspired photonic computing paradigms. 相似文献

推荐系统可以方便地帮助人们做出决策,然而,目前很少有研究考虑到剔除不相关噪声用户的影响,保留少量核心用户做推荐。该文提出基于信任关系和兴趣相似度的核心用户抽取的新方法。首先计算所有用户对之间的信任度和兴趣相似度并且排序,然后根据用户在最近邻列表中出现的频率和位置权重两种策略选择候选核心用户集合,最后利用用户的推荐能力筛选出最终的核心用户并且做推荐。实验表明利用核心用户做推荐的有效性,并且证明了利用20%的核心用户做推荐,可以达到超过90%的准确性,而且利用核心用户做推荐能很好地抵御托攻击对推荐系统造成的负面影响。

This paper presents a high efficiency, high switching frequency DC–DC buck converter in AlGaAs/GaAs technology, targeting
integrated power amplifier modules for wireless communications. The switch mode, inductor load DC–DC converter adopts an interleaved
structure with negatively coupled inductors. Analysis of the effect of negative coupling on the steady state and transient
response of the converter is given. The coupling factor is selected to achieve a maximum power efficiency under a given duty
cycle with a minimum penalty on the current ripple performance. The DC–DC converter is implemented in 0.5 μm GaAs p-HEMT process
and occupies 2 × 2.1 mm2 without the output network. An 8.7 nH filter inductor is implemented in 65 μm thick top copper metal layer, and flip chip
bonded to the DC–DC converter board. The integrated inductor achieves a quality factor of 26 at 150 MHz. The proposed converter
converts 4.5 V input to 3.3 V output for 1 A load current under 150 MHz switching frequency with a measured power efficiency
of 84%, which is one of the highest efficiencies reported to date for similar current/voltage ratings. 相似文献

In this study, a simulation-based multi-objective design optimization methodology was developed for improving electronic packaging reliability. It was demonstrated using a generic model of an electronic package on a printed wiring board. The objective for the optimization was to improve the reliability of solder joints under both thermal cycling and bending by optimizing a group of design parameters. A parametric finite element model was developed using ANSYS for both load conditions. To improve the numerical efficiency of the optimization, a multi-quadric response surface method was implemented to approximate the response of finite element simulations for each loading condition. Subsequently, the multi-objective optimization of solder joint reliability was implemented using a Minmax principle on all response surfaces and a differential evolution algorithm as optimal search engine, which is capable of finding global minimum when local minima exist. Our study demonstrated that the reliability of the solder joints is significantly improved for this given generic model of electronic package. The proposed methodology can be effectively used in improving the reliability of electronic packages. 相似文献
