The dark current in the active-pixel-sensor (APS) cell of a CMOS imager is known to be mainly generated in the regions of bird's beak after the local oxidation of silicon process as well as the surface damage caused by the implantation of high doping concentration. Furthermore, shallow and deep pn-junctions can improve the photo-sensitivity for light of short and long wavelengths, respectively. In this paper, two new photodiode structures using p-substrate and lightly-doped sensor implant SN- as pn-junction photodiode with the regions of bird's beak embraced by SN- and p-field implants, respectively, are proposed and analyzed to reduce dark current and enhance the overall spectral response. 5 /spl mu/m/spl times/5 /spl mu/m APS cells fabricated in a 0.35-/spl mu/m single-poly-triple-metal (1P3M) 3.3-V CMOS process are designed by using the proposed photodiode structures. As shown from the experimental results, the two proposed photodiode structures of 5 /spl mu/m/spl times/5 /spl mu/m APS cells have lower dark currents of 30.6 mV/s and 35.2 mV/s at the reverse-biased voltage of 2 V and higher spectral response, as compared to the conventional structure and other photodiode structures. A generalized advective–diffusive equation for describing electrolytic solute transport in fine-grained soil (clay) membranes is presented. Clarification is made between the current theory and the widely cited coupled-flow theory by Yeung and Mitchell. Results of recently published experimental data are evaluated to demonstrate that the effective diffusion coefficient associated with Fick’s first law is not an appropriate independent material property for solute transport considerations in membrane soil. Three independent and experimentally attainable material properties are identified, specifically: osmotic efficiency, membrane diffusion coefficient, and hydraulic conductivity. The europium complex, Eu3 -1,10-phenanthroline (Phen) -acrylic acid (AA) was prepared and its structural formula is Eu(Phen) (AA)3. The high luminescence rare earth polymer materials were obtained by the copolymerization of europium complex with methyl methacrylate using AIBN as an initiator. The copolymer structure and properties were characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis, RF spectra and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). Results indicate that block copolymer is synthesized. Fluorescent property shows that Eu copolymer emits rare earth fluorescence and the emission intensity increases with the rise in Eu content and reaches a maximum value. 相似文献

Non-linear properties of a generic hydraulic engine mount (HEM) are identified and characterized by experiment and simulation approaches. The experimental methods for obtaining static and dynamic performances of the HEM are presented. The characteristics of two configurations of the take-apart HEMs (one is with an inertia track and a free decoupler and the other one is only with an inertia track) and their rubber springs are studied. The relations between static stiffness of an HEM and its rubber springs in three orthogonal directions are investigated. The influences of preload, excitation amplitudes and frequencies on the dynamic stiffness of an HEM are verified. The effects of the free decoupler on dynamic characteristics of the HEM are studied by comparisons of the test results of the two HEMs. The dynamic fluid pressure and the temperature in the upper chamber of an HEM are measured under different excitation conditions. A fully coupled fluid-structure interaction (FSI) and finite element analysis (FEA) model for simulation of HEMs is developed in this paper, which can be used to simulate the static and dynamic performances of the HEMs with only stress versus strain relations of the rubber materials, the fluid physical parameters and the HEMs sizes. The simulated results of one HEM with the proposed model are given, and the results match well with the measured data, or in coincidence with the working mechanisms of HEMs. 相似文献

Since electronic data interchange (EDI) is one of the most important components in electronic commerce and since Extensible Markup Language (XML) provides Internet developers with a powerful vehicle for exchanging messages, XML/EDI has received much attention from almost all well‐known international enterprises and is believed to be the next generation EDI. However, since XML allows developers to design their own elements and attributes, it is almost certain businesses will receive XML documents with unknown elements. Generally, human intervention is required to solve the problem. Therefore, it is indispensable to design an efficient scheme to resolve the unknown elements. In this paper, we propose a ReScUE XML/EDI model such that transformation templates will be generated automatically for documents with unknown elements, and the documents will be converted into expected format. Abstract— The influence of regional background on the visibility of sharpness differences has been investigated by blurring various still images to different extents. The assessment of sharpness has been performed both in China by Chinese people and in the Netherlands by European people. The results showed that both Chinese characters and Roman text were clearly more critical image material for judging sharpness than natural images. Independent on whether the image contained Chinese characters or Roman text, the visibility threshold for a difference in sharpness was the same for both the Chinese and European people. When related to a diagonal step response, the threshold on average equaled an angular resolution of 5 arcsec. 相似文献
