V beta specificity of superantigen TSST-1 plus CD28 costimulation without APCs

Little has so far been known about the role of antigen-presenting cells (APCs) in the activation of T cells by superantigens. Recently several studies showed that superantigens could directly activate purified T cells in the presence of CD28 costimulation. Here we investigate V beta expression of T cells activated by the superantigen toxic shock syndrome toxin-1 (TSST-1), plus CD28 costimulation, in the absence of APCs. The aim of this study was to ask if TSST-1 activated purified T cells in the presence of CD28 costimulation with the same specificity as in the presence of APCs. We provide evidence that the specificity of TSST-1 to human V beta, in the presence of CD28 costimulation, is identical to that in the presence of APCs, with V beta 2 being significantly expanded. The results indicate that the main role of APCs in the superantigen-mediated T cell activation may be to provide T cells with CD28 costimulation.     

固载杂多酸催化剂气相催化合成乙酸丁酯的研究

在气固相反应体系中研究了酸处理膨润士固载的具有 Keggin结构的四种杂多酸在乙酸丁酯合成中的催化性能。实验结果表明 :同一载体负载不同杂多酸催化活性相似 ;不同载体负载的同一种杂多酸的催化活性与催化剂的表面酸性呈顺变关系。同时考察了反应温度 ,空速 ,酸 /醇比对催化活性的影响。在酸 /醇比为 1 ,温度为 1 2 0℃ ,空速为 3～ 5h- 1时 ,正丁醇和乙酸有较高的转化率 ,选择性接近 1 0 0 %。     

膛阻与小口径弹道炮弹道特性变化的分析

小口径弹道炮在使用初期,弹道特性值偏高,影响产品的验收和标准弹的鉴选.该文用膛阻理论解释弹道炮使用的各个时期的弹道特性变化,并介绍了“光膛”射击后,在弹道曲线下降段进行产品验收以及标准弹鉴选中的实际应用.     

Handling degenerate cases in exact geodesic computation on triangle meshes

The computation of exact geodesics on triangle meshes is a widely used operation in computer-aided design and computer graphics. Practical algorithms for computing such exact geodesics have been recently proposed by Surazhsky et al. [5]. By applying these geometric algorithms to real-world data, degenerate cases frequently appear. In this paper we classify and enumerate all the degenerate cases in a systematic way. Based on the classification, we present solutions to handle all the degenerate cases consistently and correctly. The common users may find the present techniques useful when they implement a robust code of computing exact geodesic paths on meshes.

利用模糊评判方法确定张东构造油藏储量计算的可靠程度

张巨河油田张东构造地处大港滩海交接处,海域部分探井少.目前用油藏描述方法计算的探明储量,其落实程度备受关注.储量落实程度的评价是一个多因素综合评判问题,而且这些因素还分属不同层次.模糊综合评判是应用较为广泛的模糊数学方法之一.该方法建立的综合评判涉及三个要素,即因素集、评判集和单因素评判,由此所构造的模糊评判关系是模糊综合评判的基础.本文用该方法对张东构造沙二段油藏的探明储量落实程度作了尝试性评价.     

Defects restoration during cooling and annealing in PTC type barium titanate ceramics

The PTC-type BaTiO₃ ceramics of similar microstructure are obtained by careful control of a sintering scheme. The defect chemistry of them is modified by varying the cooling rate and annealing conditons. In addition to applying Heywang and Jonker models for explaining the resistivity anomaly of these samples, the outward diffusion of oxygen vacancies (V_O), which left excess barium vacancies (V_Ba) behind, is proposed to be the formation mechanism of surface states. The formation of defect complex consisting of a V _O ^.. - _Ba pair is assumed to be the cause of small diffusivity of V_O in these materials. The phenomena, in which the slower cooling rate raises the resistivity of samples, is ascribed to the higher concentration of excess barium vacancies (V_Ba) contained in these samples. However, the maximum potential barrier height (_max) of the samples is the same, irrespective of the amount of surface state concentration (N _s) and is estimated to be _max = 0.66eV, from the In (_max)-1/T _max plot.
