电镀塑料制品对结构设计及成形工艺的要求

为保证电镀塑料制品的质量,提出了符合电镀要求的塑料制品设计原则,并且指出在注塑成形时,对塑料经过充分干燥,采用较高的注塑温度,较低的注射压力和较慢的注射速度,是使镀层获得良好结合强度的先决条件。     

Structural Studies of DNA–Cationic Lipid Complexes Confined in Lithographically Patterned Microchannel Arrays

We have used lithographically patterned microchannel arrays with channel widths ranging from 1 to 20 m, fabricated using electron beam lithography and reactive ion etching, in structural studies of DNA–cationic lipid complexes in confinement. Various techniques have been developed for loading these DNA–membrane complexes into the microchannels or to form the complexes in situ by sequentially depositing DNA and lipid solutions into the microchannels. Optical microscopy studies indicate that such complex formation is strongly influenced by the periodic channel structure even at channel widths much larger than the persistent length of the DNA molecules. Preliminary x-ray diffraction experiments conducted at Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (SSRL) yielded only a weak signal from the lipid bilayers in the complexes. The use of a microfocused x-ray beam produced by the newly developed Bragg–Fresnel optics at a third-generation synchrotron facility may dramatically increase the signal-to-noise ratio and allow observation of orientational as well as positional ordering of DNA molecules induced by the microchannels. Structural control of the DNA–membrane complexes has a broad range of potential applications in gene probe technology and as mesoscopic biomolecular composites.     

电机三维温度场新的有限元计算模型

提出了一种新的适合于电机温度场计算的圆柱坐标系下的有限元模型。通过数值计算结果与解析计算结果的实例对比,证明了本方法的正确性与有效性。最后应用本文提出的模型,对ＳＦ１２５－９６／１５６０型发电机的定子铁芯三维温度场进行了计算,并与实测结果作了比较,计算精度满足工程计算的要求。     

大型汽轮发电机瞬态参数的计算

本文利用瞬态电磁场有限元法计算汽轮发电机空载时发生三相突然短路的绕组电流曲线,然后对电流曲线的数值结果进行分解,拟合,得到电机的瞬态参数,该方法有效地考虑了电机齿槽结构和饱和现象。     

磷炉停炉方法对比探讨

本文对四种停炉方法的利弊进行了分析。作重叙述了“满弧跳”停炉法,通过分析,认为满弧跳停炉法更具科学性和可靠性。     

In situ laser surface coating of TiC metal-matrix composite layer

Surface alloys are of great interest for improving the mechanical and/or chemical properties of the near-surface region on metallic materials. A new method, in situ laser surface coating of metal-matrix composite, is described, by which to produce a surface composite layer. Using this process, -Ni-TiC _x composite surface layers were achieved on mild steel; they exhibited increased hardness, and in situ formed TiC_x particles, 0.5–0.8 m in size, were homogeneously distributed in the top half of the matrix layer.     

Fabrication of fluidic chips with 1-D nanochannels on PMMA substrates by photoresist-free UV-lithography and UV-assisted low-temperature bonding

A novel method for fabricating nano- or submicro-fluidic PMMA chips using photoresist-free UV-lithography and UV-assisted low-temperature bonding was developed. The nano- or submicro-channels were fabricated by exposing the PMMA substrate to the UV-light through a mask for a certain time. The PMMA substrate with channels and another flat PMMA cover sheet were pretreated with the UV-light for 2 h before they were brought together in running water. The bonding was carried out under a pressure of (1.19 ± 0.12) × 10⁵ Pa and at a temperature of 45°C for 35 min. The chips bonded in this way could bear a tensile of 6.71 ± 2.50 MPa, and the deformation of the bonded channel was about 13%. A hybrid micro- and nano-fluidic PMMA chip fabricated with the developed method was demonstrated for the test of the electrokinetically driven ion enrichment and ion depletion.     

一种电池供电的采煤机启动预警电路设计

介绍了一种电池供电的采煤机启动预警电路的软、硬件设计方案,电路调试方法,调试过程中出现的问题及优化方法。该电路采用12 V充电电池作为系统电源,由MSP430F149单片机控制采煤机机身上电的预警过程,并且实时监控电池电量;如果单片机检测到的电池电压低于程序预设的低电压阈值,则驱动LED发出闪烁提醒信号,提醒用户给系统电池充电;整个电路在不用时处于低功耗模式,以延长使用时间。经过调试及优化,该电路程序运行正确,静态功耗仅为0.2 mA,满足低功耗设计要求。     

基于AUTOSAR架构的通信系统的研究与实现

AUTOSAR是汽车开放系统体系结构,已成为汽车电子软件的工业标准,在汽车电子控制器系统开发过程中具有重要地位,其中AUTOSAR COM通信规范为汽车电子通信系统的构建提供了依据和参考;介绍了AUTOSAR体系架构,对AUTOSAR COM规范基于信号的通信机制及其特有的传输模式切换系统进行了研究,并实现了一种基于AUTOSAR架构的通信系统,试验结果表明该系统能够提供基本通信服务,且符合AUTOSAR COM规范。
