基于改进的高阶循环累计量的载波估计算法研究

为了完成对MPSK (M=2,4)调制信号的载波估计,采用了周期图法与循环累积量结合的方法,获得了对MPSK调制信号载波精确的估计的效果,具有算法简单、估计精度高的特点.     

A Comprehensive Identification and Function Analysis of Serine/Arginine-Rich (SR) Proteins in Cotton (Gossypium spp.)

As one of the most important factors in alternative splicing (AS) events, serine/arginine-rich (SR) proteins not only participate in the growth and development of plants but also play pivotal roles in abiotic stresses. However, the research about SR proteins in cotton is still lacking. In this study, we performed an extensive comparative analysis of SR proteins and determined their phylogeny in the plant lineage. A total of 169 SR family members were identified from four Gossypium species, and these genes could be divided into eight distinct subfamilies. The domain, motif distribution and gene structure of cotton SR proteins are conserved within each subfamily. The expansion of SR genes is mainly contributed by WGD and allopolyploidization events in cotton. The selection pressure analysis showed that all the paralogous gene pairs were under purifying selection pressure. Many cis-elements responding to abiotic stress and phytohormones were identified in the upstream sequences of the GhSR genes. Expression profiling suggested that some GhSR genes may involve in the pathways of plant resistance to abiotic stresses. The WGCNA analysis showed that GhSCL-8 co-expressed with many abiotic responding related genes in a salt-responding network. The Y2H assays showed that GhSCL-8 could interact with GhSRs in other subfamilies. The subcellular location analysis showed that GhSCL-8 is expressed in the nucleus. The further VIGS assays showed that the silencing of GhSCL-8 could decrease salt tolerance in cotton. These results expand our knowledge of the evolution of the SR gene family in plants, and they will also contribute to the elucidation of the biological functions of SR genes in the future.     

Electronic word of mouth analysis for service experience

Since eWOM provides a rich source of objective information about products or services, it has become one of the major ways in which consumers collect information about items they are interested in buying. However, the problem of eWOM overload makes it difficult to effectively collect this information, and may have adverse effects on their actual purchase behavior. eWOM content is characterized by unstructured text formats, oversimplified expressions, and newly coined phrases (textspeak), and these all contribute to the challenges that arise when analyzing eWOM. This study thus proposes an eWOM analysis method for analyzing eWOM, which may lead to a more effective method for analyzing eWOM content, extracting both positive and negative appraisals, and help consumers in their decision making. At the same time, the method proposed in this study can also be utilized as a tool to assist companies in better understanding product or service appraisals, thus translating these opinions into business intelligence and as the basis for product/service improvements.     

基于模式空间处理的宽带测向算法

基于模式空间处理方法提出了一种不需要角度预估计的宽带空间谱估计算法,将总体最小二乘相干信号子空间算法(TLS-CSM)中的聚焦矩阵的构造方法和频率加权聚焦方法引入模式空间宽带空间谱估计算法中,结合了模式空间算法不需要角度预估计的优点和酉聚焦的无聚焦信噪比损失的特性,大大减小了聚焦过程中的信噪比损失,从而进一步提高了算法的性能。     

Prediction of temperature response in concrete in a natural climate environment

Natural weather changes due to diurnal and seasonal temperature and relative humidity cycles affect micro-environment of concrete; temperature and moisture content in the concrete fluctuates correspondingly with variations in the weather. This paper mainly discusses the temperature response in concrete. The temperature response of the concrete shows obvious hysteresis characteristics compared with the climate temperature variations due to the thermal properties of the concrete. The temperature in concrete is a main factor influencing concrete carbonization, chloride diffusion and the corrosion rate of steel bars in the concrete. To predict the temperature response in concrete in a natural climate environment, a model based on the behavior of the concrete’s thermal conduction was presented. A method for processing the climate temperature data was devised using the mathematical principle of extreme difference dissection; in this way, a temperature action spectrum can be formed. In view of the above mentioned studies, the corresponding temperature response in the concrete could be predicted. Comparisons between the prediction and the measurement of the temperature responses were carried out.

棒料径向夹紧精密剪切模

通过研究剪切模具对棒料剪切质量的影响因素,设计了一种适用于普通冲床的棒料精密剪切模具,该模具通过弹簧提供径向夹紧力,且径向夹紧机构与剪切刀具设在同一模具上.模具能够提高棒料剪切断面质量及下料效率,节约了生产成本.
