Text editors designed for interactive use on visual display units offer significant advantages, particularly in simplicity of use, but non-visual editors can provide facilities which are difficult to incorporate into a VDU editor without undermining these advantages. This paper describes a text editing system which offers both a visual and non-visual mode of use, via two user interfaces to a common set of editing primitives, and allows the user to switch freely between modes during the course of an edit. The visual editing interface consists of a set of single-key control functions which require no unusual VDU characteristics, while non-visual editing is provided by a set of context editing commands which both duplicate these control functions and offer extra facilities, particularly for repetitive editing. 相似文献

Improvement of flavour compound synthesis in a mixed culture system at high temperature by solid‐state fermentation 下载免费PDF全文
In order to enhance the synthesis of flavour compounds in solid‐state fermentation (SSF) at a high temperature, Bacillus subtilis XJ‐013 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae Z‐06 were used as a mixed culture with Monascus HQ‐3. The culture temperature was enhanced from 37°C to 56°C by the synergetic effect, and the synthesis of esterase was enhanced from 85.43 U/g to 129.65 U/g in the mixed culture system (over 50% higher than that of the culture using a single strain). This resulted in the synthesis of favourable flavour compounds in the solid‐state fermentation. These results signified that a mixed culture of Monascus and S. cerevisiae was favourable for enzyme production. The mixed culture of Monascus and B. subtilis resulted in a high culture temperature that promoted flavour compound synthesis in the solid‐state fermentation system dramatically. Evaluation on collaborative manufacturing network (CMN) structure characteristics has important implications for network operations such as production decision-making, product recovery, creating consensus. Several recent studies suggest that augmenting network structure with nodes’ attributes can provide a more fine-grained understanding of the network. However, there have been few studies to provide a systematic understanding of these effects in a CMN at scale. This gap is bridged using an industrial printing machinery CMN data-set collected on a web-based producing and outsourcing service platform. Novel phenomena with respect to both interaction and attribute metrics across and within the CMNs are observed. Moreover, although many studies employ either interaction or attribute data to study the relative roles of manufacturers in a CMN, relatively little is known about the relationship between these two types of data. This study explores this relationship by comparing two defined metrics (i.e. relational capability and node capability), which evaluate the manufacturers’ interactions and attributes, respectively. We examine to what extent the two metrics of manufacturers correlate with each other, and how possible dissimilarities and similarities can be explained based on the collected industrial CMN data-set. The insights thereby provide a better basis for efficient operations decision-making in CMN. 相似文献
