为了解决当前集装箱堆场信息采集水平不足和工作效率低下的问题,设计了一个基于超高频无源RFID技术的堆场信息采集系统,介绍了系统的构成和各部分的作用,给出了系统中一种符合ISO 18000-6B和ISO 18000-6C标准协议的读写器的硬件和软件的设计方法,并描述了上位机软件的设计方法;该系统成功实现了对进出堆场的车辆的实时监控和集装箱信息的实时采集与处理,投入使用后明显简化了操作流程,加快了集装箱的流通速度;测试和应用结果表明该系统满足了实际的应用要求。  相似文献

An improved domain decomposition method is proposed to compute aerodynamic derivatives of bridge deck based on commercial Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) code FLUENT. In this method, the computational region is discretized into rigid boundary layer mesh region, dynamic mesh region and static mesh region. A simplified formula used to control the body-fitted grid height is deduced from the standard wall function. Aerodynamic derivatives of a flat plate and two long span bridge decks are computed and compared with the theoretical values and the wind tunnel tests results. Numerical results show that several aerodynamic derivatives are influenced by the accessory structures of the bridge deck such as guardrails and inspecting vehicle rails, etc.  相似文献

Although the piezo-catalysis is promising for the environmental remediation and biomedicine, the piezo-catalytic properties of various piezoelectric materials are limited by low carrier concentrations and mobility, and rapid electron-hole pair recombination, and reported regulating strategies are quite complex and difficult. Herein, a new and simple strategy, integrating phase boundary engineering and defect engineering, to boost the piezo-catalytic activity of potassium sodium niobate ((K, Na)NbO3, KNN) based materials is innovatively proposed. Tur strategy is validated by exampling 0.96(K0.48Na0.52)Nb0.955Sb0.045O3-0.04(BixNa4-3x)0.5ZrO3-0.3%Fe2O3 material having phase boundary engineering and conducted the defect engineering via the high-energy sand-grinding. A high reaction rate constant k of 92.49 × 10−3 min−1 in the sand-grinding sample is obtained, which is 2.40 times than that of non-sand-grinding one and superior to those of other representative lead-free perovskite piezoelectric materials. Meanwhile, the sand-grinding sample has remarkable bactericidal properties against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Superior piezo-catalytic activities originate from the enhanced electron-hole pair separation and the increased carrier concentration. This study provides a novel method for improving the piezo-catalytic activities of lead-free piezoelectric materials and holds great promise for harnessing natural energy and disease treatment.  相似文献

Here, a near-infrared (NIR)-absorbing small-molecule acceptor (SMA) Y-SeNF with strong intermolecular interaction and crystallinity is developed by combining selenophene-fused core with naphthalene-containing end-group, and then as a custom-tailor guest acceptor is incorporated into the binary PM6:L8-BO host system. Y-SeNF shows a 65 nm red-shifted absorption compared to L8-BO. Thanks to the strong crystallinity and intermolecular interaction of Y-SeNF, the morphology of PM6:L8-BO:Y-SeNF can be precisely regulated by introducing Y-SeNF, achieving improved charge-transporting and suppressed non-radiative energy loss. Consequently, ternary polymer solar cells (PSCs) offer an impressive device efficiency of 19.28% with both high photovoltage (0.873 V) and photocurrent (27.88 mA cm−2), which is one of the highest efficiencies in reported single-junction PSCs. Notably, ternary PSC has excellent stability under maximum-power-point tracking for even over 200 h, which is better than its parental binary devices. The study provides a novel strategy to construct NIR-absorbing SMA for efficient and stable PSCs toward practical applications.  相似文献

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) with various topologies are typically synthesized by selecting and designing connecting units with rich shapes. However, this process is time-consuming and labour-intensive. Besides, the tight stacking of COFs layers greatly restrict their structural advantages. It is crucial to effectively exploit the high porosity and active sites of COFs by topological design. Herein, for the first time, inducing in situ topological changes in sub-chemometric COFs by adding graphene oxide (GO) without replacing the monomer, is proposed. Surprisingly, GO can slow down the intermolecular stacking and induce rearrangement of COFs nanosheets. The channels of D- [4+3] COFs are significantly altered while the stacking of periodically expanded framework is weakened. This not only maximizes the exposure of pore area and polar groups, but also shortens the channels and increases the redox activity, which enables high loading while enhancing host-guest interactions. This topological transformation to exhibit the structural features of COFs for efficient application is an innovative molecular design strategy.  相似文献

The detection of ultraviolet (UV) radiation with effective performance and robust stability is essential to practical applications. Metal halide single-crystal perovskites (ABX3) are promising next-generation materials for UV detection. The device performance of all-inorganic CsPbCl3 photodetectors (PDs) is still limited by inner imperfection of crystals grown in solution. Here wafer-scale single-crystal CsPbCl3 thin films are successfully grown by vapor-phase epitaxy method, and the as-constructed PDs under UV light illumination exhibit an ultralow dark current of 7.18 pA, ultrahigh ON/OFF ratio of ≈5.22 × 105, competitive responsivity of 32.8 A W−1, external quantum efficiency of 10867% and specific detectivity of 4.22 × 1012 Jones. More importantly, they feature superb long-term stability toward moisture and oxygen within twenty-one months, good temperature tolerances at low and high temperatures. The ability of the photodetector arrays for excellent UV light imaging is further demonstrated.  相似文献

The substrates of conventional flexible perovskite solar cells (FPSCs) are thermoplastic polymer material polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), which will deform during high temperature annealing process. In addition, lead iodide (PbI2) permanently formed and the substrate undergoes reversible deformation from 20 °C to 200 °C and back to 20 °C. Therefore, to balance the substrate supporting capacity and the crystalline quality of narrow band gap α-phase formamidinium lead iodide (α-FAPbI3), an annealing process of 120 °C for 30 minutes is determined. Additionally, there will also be a large number of gaps and lattice strain at the perovskite grain boundaries during the annealing process as the FAPbI3 phase transition is accompanied by much lattice shrinkage. As a result, 1,6-hexanediammonium diiodide (HADI) is chosen to passivate the defects and release the stress of perovskite film. Therefore, a recorded 1.4% extended stretch rate of the flexible film is attained. Finally, the champion PCE of 21.14% under AM 1.5G and 31.52% under 1062 lux is achieved after HADI treatment, accompanied by a better long-term and mechanical stability. This study provides annealing process optimization and stress relief strategies for the further development of narrow band gap FPSCs.  相似文献

Electrically integrable, high-sensitivity, and high-reliability magnetic sensors are not yet realized at high temperatures (500 °C). In this study, an integrated on-chip single-crystal diamond (SCD) micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) magnetic transducer is demonstrated by coupling SCD with a large magnetostrictive FeGa film. The FeGa film is multifunctionalized to actuate the resonator, self-sense the external magnetic field, and electrically readout the resonance signal. The on-chip SCD MEMS transducer shows a high sensitivity of 3.2 Hz mT−1 from room temperature to 500 °C and a low noise level of 9.45 nT Hz−1/2 up to 300 °C. The minimum fluctuation of the resonance frequency is 1.9 × 10−6 at room temperature and 2.3 × 10−6 at 300 °C. An SCD MEMS resonator array with parallel electric readout is subsequently achieved, thus providing a basis for the development of magnetic image sensors. The present study facilitates the development of highly integrated on-chip MEMS resonator transducers with high performance and high thermal stability.  相似文献
