Drug-coated balloons (DCB) intervention is an important approach for the treatment of atherosclerosis (AS). However, this therapeutic approach has the drawbacks of poor drug retention and penetration at the lesion site. Here, a lipophilic drug-loaded nanomotor as a modified balloon coating for the treatment of AS is reported. First, a lipophilic nanomotor PMA-TPP/PTX loaded with drug PTX and lipophilic triphenylphosphine (TPP) compounds is synthesized. The PMA-TPP/PTX nanomotors use nitric oxide (NO) as the driving force, which is produced from the reaction between arginine on the motor substrate and excess reactive oxygen species (ROS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in the AS microenvironment. The final in vitro and in vivo experimental results confirm that the introduction of the lipophilic drug-loaded nanomotor technology can greatly enhance the drug retention and permeability in atherosclerotic lesions. In particular, NO can also play an anti-AS role in improving endothelial cell function and reducing oxidative stress. The chemotherapeutic drug PTX loaded onto the nanomotors can inhibit cell division and proliferation, thereby exerting the effect of inhibiting vascular intimal hyperplasia, which is helpful for the multiple therapies of AS. C/ZnO composites with increased electromagnetic (EM) wave absorbing features have been synthesized through a simple one-pot hydrothermal process and subsequent high temperature carbonization under the protection of argon. The results depict that the maximum absorption of C/ZnO composites synthesized with the optimal molar ratio of zinc acetate to glucose is ?50.43?dB at 15.77?GHz. The 1.16-mm-thick coating shows a wide effective absorption bandwidth (3.52?GHz) of EM wave (RL≤?10?dB). The thin coating thickness of the C/ZnO composites is desirable for decreasing the absorber weight in EM wave absorption. And there are no other reagents used throughout the synthesis process except for the green glucose and zinc acetate. In this article, coherent energy projection is generalized to modulated signals, enabling the precise delivery of energy to a specific target area. The system and mathematical model are established to characterize the far‐field energy interference from a randomized sparse transmitting array. By using the method of transmitting delay pre‐compensation and spatial coherent combination, the coherent energy of the modulated signals increases significantly after demodulation at the receiving end. The coherent energy scape is presented to describe the spatial distribution of projected energy in the target area, rather than the commonly used performance metric of front‐end energy analysis. Then the simulations set out to examine the spatial grating lobes and potential for expanding the focal spot using multi‐foci accumulation. We also employ the particle swarm optimization to find the optimum distribution of foci to match the focal spot with the desired target area and energy level. Analysis and numerical results are provided to demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical results and effectiveness of the proposed coherent energy projection method. 相似文献
