针对澳门新葡京大酒店顶端标志性建筑结构工程制作中的大截面钢管及铝管弯曲后变形大的难点,阐述了制作技术中增加整型工艺,在圆弧弯曲钢管与直线钢管交叉节点中改变拼接方式,使之变形减小.     

Preparation and properties of polymer/LDH nanocomposite used for UV curing coatings

The thermal and mechanical properties of UV curing coatings consisted of urethane acrylates as an oligomer and a diacrylate monomer were reinforced by using layered double hydroxide (LDH). The LDH was organically modified by an ion-exchange process, in which the nitrate anions were replaced by long alkyl sulfate anions. With organic modification, the d-spacing of inorganic LDH layers was greatly enlarged to 2.75 from 0.78 nm, leading the LDH to be organophilic. During in situ photopolymerization process, the d-spacing of LDH layers was further enlarged to 4.29 nm, indicating the intercalation of polymer chains. For comparison, polymer/LDH nanocomposite filled with un-modified LDH was also prepared, and showed less enhancement in thermal and mechanical properties.     

国外战术导弹半实物仿真试验验证能力发展分析

半实物仿真是战术导弹等先进武器装备在研制试样、性能评估、作战演练中必不可少的主要仿真方法和手段。从多物理场/控制耦合、导航、多模/宽谱段制导、导引头抗干扰、靶场试验等五个方面,介绍了国外战术导弹半实物仿真试验设备、试验技术的具体情况,分析了其半实物仿真验证能力的发展现状及发展趋势,提出了战术导弹半实物仿真应重点关注在复杂战场环境、新型物理效应、多弹协同/多体飞行器协同等方面的能力建设,分析结果可对未来战术导弹半实物仿真能力建设发展具有借鉴意义。     

Emergency scheduling for forest fires subject to limited rescue team resources and priority disaster areas

To enable immediate and efficient emergency scheduling during forest fires, we propose a novel emergency scheduling model for such fires subject to priority disaster areas and limited rescue team resources to minimize the total travel distance for rescue teams. Moreover, a hybrid intelligent algorithm integrating genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) is adopted to solve the proposed model. A case study is presented to illustrate the proposed model and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The goal of this work is to analyze the emergency scheduling problem of forest fires subject to limited rescue teams and priority disaster areas. Both theoretical and simulation results demonstrate that the proposed model can perform effectively the quantitative analysis of an emergency involving forest fires. Such results can help decision makers to make better judgment when dealing with an emergency involving fires. © 2016 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. 城市测量中SHP制作方案优化

首先汇总天津城市测量SHP数据制作中存在的常见问题,然后依次分析问题产生的原因,最后提出一套优化之后的城市测量SHP数据制作方案,并在实际工作中进行验证。验证结果表明:优化之后的数据制作方案极大地提高了SHP制作效率。     

汽轮机叶片计算机集成自动测量系统研究

介绍了利用三坐标测量机对半成品、成品叶片测量的流程。为了提高叶片三坐标测量的效率,解决叶片三坐标测量能力不足的问题,提出基于计算机集成的汽轮机叶片测量自动化流程。通过参数化文件驱动自动生成叶片的三坐标测量程序。减少了测量过程中人机交互的环节,在现有的设备和技术人员不变的前提下,通过技术、管理、流程的改进,使测量效率提升,从而达到生产要求。     

光束偏移量对DD407/GH1140激光焊接头性能的影响

对航空发动机整体叶盘所采用的DD407和GH1140异种材料进行了激光对接试验,分析了光束偏移对接头力学性能的影响及典型接头横截面的组织特征,并分析了光束偏移对焊缝微观硬度影响。结果表明,该异种材料激光焊接头强度可达到466.3MPa,且光束偏移量对接头强度影响不大,主要取决于GH1140母材;焊缝横截面呈典型的"酒杯状",主要由焊缝两侧的枝状晶及中心的等轴晶组成;接头的显微硬度从GH1140侧经焊缝到DD407侧呈逐渐递增趋势,W和Co元素的固溶强化、γ'强化相的含量的增加、晶粒粗化是显微硬度上升的原因。
