介绍了Multisim8的仿真功能的特点，并通过实例说明了用Multisim8进行仿真分析的具体方法，简单介绍了如何设置参数和进行仿真操作。     

An experimental study of an optical burst switching network based on wavelength-selective optical switches

In this article we report the system structure and test results of an experimental optical burst switching network with three edge router's and one core node. Wavelength-selective switches developed for this system and their characteristics are depicted. The implementation and performance of our new scheme for the just-in-time protocol are described. We also report experimental results of FTP and VOD services on this system. Some parameters, including traffic rate, average burst data length, and assembly time, are studied.

2008年29届奥运会在北京举行，使得有关奥运的话题成为热门中的热门，与运动有关或无关的众多品牌、厂商对北京奥运年均寄予厚望，为赢取更大的收获和提升品牌知名度作最大的努力。其实早在几年前，国内外运动鞋品牌企业就已经大张旗鼓，在产品研发与广告宣传等多方面投入重金，为在这次北京奥运年带来的难得契机中处于市场制高点或明或隐地博杀着。     

氩等离子体辐照反相乳液接枝改性涤纶织物的研究

首次提出了在等离子体辐照后再用反相乳液接枝改性涤纶织物的新方法,探讨了接枝颗粒特征以及织物各项物理力学性能.接枝织物的结构及性能的测试结果表明:接枝物的尺寸远小于纤维的直径,在提高织物吸湿性的同时,对织物透气性能和强力等无明显影响;实验也证实了乳液中未接枝单体可以再次聚合.     

Protoplast from <Emphasis Type="Italic">β</Emphasis>-carotene-producing fungus <Emphasis Type="Italic">Blakeslea trispora</Emphasis>: Preparation,regeneration and validation

The effects of key parameters on the preparation and regeneration of protoplast from the β-carotene-producing fungus Blakeslea trispora were discussed in this paper, including the combination of various enzymes, mycelial age, digesting time and temperature, pH value, osmotic stabilizers, pretreatment, culture medium and culture method. Under the condition of mixed enzymes in osmotic stabilizer (0.6 M NaCl) combined with 2% lysozyme, 3% cellulase and 3% snailase, the highest protoplast yield, as high as 7.48×106 protoplasts/mL, was obtained when mycelial age was 60 h at pH 5.0–6.0 with digesting for 14–16 h at 28 °C. After purification of the obtained protoplasts, they were regenerated in PDA regenerative medium using bilayer plate culture method. To validate the usability of the protoplasts, a novel plasmid with green fluorescent protein (GFP) was used in transformation for easy visual observation. The results showed that the protoplasts prepared by the optimized method were active and applicable in further gene manipulation experiments. Passively Q -switched Ytterbium-Doped Double-Clad Fiber Laser With a Cr4+:YAG Saturable Absorber

A high-power and high-repetition-rate passively Q -switched ytterbium-doped single-mode double-clad fiber laser was built using a Cr⁴⁺:YAG saturable absorber (SA). Two different SAs with initial transmissions of T_omicron = 30% and T_omicron = 50% were studied. At the maximum coupled pump power of 9.8 W, an output power of 4.7 W, pulse duration of 143 ns, pulse repetition rate of 253 KHz, pulse energy of 18.5 muJ, and slope efficiency of 49% were obtained with the T_omicron = 30% SA.     

Synthesis of TiO<Subscript>2</Subscript> Hybrid Molecular Imprinted Polymer for Ethofumesate Linked by Silane Coupling Agent

TiO₂ hybrid molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) for ethofumesate using methacrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer and silane coupling agent 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propylmethacrylate (KH570) as organic–inorganic connective bridge was synthesized via photo-excitation method. Hydrogen bond was proved to act between MAA and ethofumesate for pre- and post-polymerization binding properties as testified by UV spectrometric method. KH570 modified TiO₂ nanoparticles were prepared via sonochemical reaction, which can accelerate hydrolysis, increase collision chance for the reactive system and improve the dispersion of the nanoparticles. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), binding and the adsorption kinetics experiments as well as thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were employed for characterization. The results indicated that the hybrid MIP revealed a larger surface area and more ordered imprinting cavities with improved thermal stability compared to organic-only MIP. Furthermore, faster adsorption kinetics and enhancive adsorption capacity were achieved, which made it promising in chemical sensor applications.     

Growth of highly orientated strontium barium niobate thin films on Si substrates through the sol–gel process using a K: SBN template layer

We report the growth of highly C-axis orientation of Sr _x Ba_1−x Nb₂O₆ (SBN) thin films on p-type (100) Si substrates by using a potassium-substituted SBN template layer with the sol–gel method. The crystallization of SBN thin films was found closely related to the potassium ion doping concentration and the postannealing temperature of the K-SBN template layer. Secondary ion mass spectrometry analysis showed that potassium elements were accumulated at the interface of the template layer and silicon substrate. SBN films postannealed at 750 °C with K-SBN template layer has a smaller full width at half maximum of X-ray rocking curve of 2.45° than that of 5.40° for the pure SBN films. By introducing a template layer, the surface morphologies of SBN films fabricated on silicon substrate were greatly improved.     

One-to-Many and Many-to-One Optical Chaos Communications Using Semiconductor Lasers

A theoretical construction of one-to-many (OTM) and many-to-one (MTO) chaos synchronization communications using semiconductor lasers is presented. One center laser provides strong injections (strong link) to other side lasers, and the side lasers also provide weak injections (weak link) to the center one. Simulation results show that the side lasers synchronize with the center laser through injection-locking. In addition, messages transmitted via the strong links or the weak links experience strong chaos pass filtering, enabling us to realize OTM and MTO communications.
