电子仪器发展趋势

本文在回顾了电子仪器近百年发展的历史的基础上,对国际电子仪器制造商、电子仪器行业及电子仪器本身的发展趋势,以及我国电子仪器的发展情况进行了分析归纳和总结.     

A parametric interpolator with confined chord errors, acceleration and deceleration for NC machining

Parametric interpolation has many advantages over linear interpolation in machining curves. Real time parametric interpolation research so far has addressed achieving a uniform feed rate, confined chord errors and jerk limited trajectory planning. However, simultaneous consideration of confined chord errors that respect the acceleration and deceleration capabilities of the machine has not been attempted. In this paper, the offline detection of feed rate sensitive corners is proposed. The velocity profile in these zones is planned so that chord errors are satisfied while simultaneously accommodating the machine's acceleration and deceleration limits. Outside the zone of the feed rate sensitive corners, the feed rate is planned using the Taylor approximation. Simulation results indicate that the offline detection of feed rate sensitive corners improves parametric interpolation. For real time interpolation, the parametric curve information can be augmented with the detected feed rate sensitive corners that are stored in 2×2 matrices.     

智能化原油及可燃气体泄漏监控系统

原有的可燃气体检测报警仪在技术上无法准确监控现场可能发生的原油或可燃气体的泄漏。为了保证油库的安全生产和科学管理，开发并应用适合油库的原油及可燃气体泄漏监控系统，具有重要意义。文章介绍了如何根据实际需要，应用工业控制计算机和仪表技术，开发智能化原油(可燃液体)及可燃气体泄漏监控系统。该监控系统已推广应用于大型油库及其它石化生产企业。实际应用证明，系统对各种可燃气体及液体泄漏均有很好的监控作用。     

Application of artificial neural networks to the analysis of two‐dimensional fluorescence spectra in recombinant E coli fermentation processes

A two‐dimensional (2D) spectrofluorometer was used to monitor various fermentation processes with recombinant E coli for the production of 5‐aminolevulinic acid (ALA). The whole fluorescence spectral data obtained during a process were analyzed using artificial neural networks, ie self‐organizing map (SOM) and feedforward backpropagation neural network (BPNN). The SOM‐based classification of the whole spectral data has made it possible to qualitatively associate some process parameters with the normalized weights and variances, and to select some useful combinations of excitation and emission wavelengths. Based on the classified fluorescence spectra a supervised BPNN algorithm was used to predict some of the process parameters. It was also shown that the BPNN models could elucidate some sections of the process's performance, eg forecasting the process's performance. Copyright © 2005 Society of Chemical Industry     

New approach to enhance adhesions between carbon nanotube emitters and substrate by the combination of electrophoresis and successive electroplating

Complementary electroplating combined with electrophoresis enhanced the field emission characteristics of emitters by improving the adhesions between CNT emitters and substrate. The emitting current of the CNT emitters prepared by our combined method increased nine times higher than that of CNT emitters prepared by electrophoresis only, since electroplating improved the adhesion of CNT emitters. During the life-time measurement for 10 h, the emitting current of CNT emitters fabricated by electrophoresis only was drastically decreased to 13% of the initial current, while that prepared by the combination of electrophoresis and successive electroplating decreased to 64% of the initial current. We suggest that our method is a promising approach for the efficient fabrication of reliable CNT emitters.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis of Magnesium Aluminate Platelets

Magnesium aluminate (MgAl₂O₄) platelets were first synthesized by hydrothermal treatment of γ-AlO(OH) in a magnesium nitrate aqueous solution at 400°C. The platelets are 100–200 nm in width and 25 nm in thickness. The influence of temperature, the anions of the magnesium salt, the amount of magnesium salt, and precursor pH on the formation of such structure was investigated. The experimental results indicated that the anions of the magnesium salt and precursor pH could have a significant influence on the growth of MgAl₂O₄. MgAl₂O₄ formation followed the in situ transformation mechanism, which was the reason why the MgAl₂O₄ crystallites had a platelet morphology.     

Effects of tube rupture modeling and the parameters on the analysis of multiple steam generator tube rupture event progression in APR1400

A multiple steam generator tube rupture (MSGTR) event in APR1400 has been investigated using the best estimate thermal hydraulic system code, MARS1.4. The effects of the parameters such as the number of ruptured tubes, rupture location, affected steam generator on the analysis of the MSGTR event in APR1400 are examined. In particular, tube rupture modeling methods, single tube modeling (STM) and double tube modeling (DTM), are compared. The APR1400 is found to have the capability of allowing more than 30 min to operators for the MSGTR event of five tubes. The effects of rupture location on the MSSV lift time is not significant in the case of STM, but the MSSV lift time for tube-top rupture is found to be 25.3% larger than that for rupture at the hot-leg side tube sheet in the case of DTM. The MSSV lift time for the cases that both steam generators are affected (4C5x, 4C23x) are found to be larger than that of the single steam generator cases (4A5x, 4B5x) due to a bifurcation of the primary leak flow. The discharge coefficient of Cd is found to affect the MSSV lift time only for a smaller value of 0.5. It is found that the most dominant parameter governing the MSSV lift time is the leak flow rate. Whether any modeling method is used, it gives the similar MSSV lift time if the leak flow rate is close, except in the case where both steam generators are affected. Therefore, the system performance and the MSSV lift time of the APR1400 are strongly dependent on the break flow model used in the best estimate system code.

Al2O3对唐钢高炉炉渣性能的影响

针对唐钢近2年提高进口矿配比后，Al2O3含量升高对炉渣流动性带来的不利影响，对唐钢高炉的炉渣性能进行了试验研究。并结合国内同行业的生产实践经验，从理论上分析了炉渣中Al2O3及MgO的适宜含量范围，着重论述了唐钢所处冀东矿区条件下降低Al2O3的主要途径及适应高Al2O3炉渣的具体措施。
