高喷煤比操作对焦炭劣化的影响

为考查提高喷煤量对焦炭在炉内劣化的影响,在宝钢高炉上进行了风口取样研究.结果表明,喷煤量达到200 kg/t以上时焦炭劣化严重.高炉生产实绩回归显示,焦炭的热性能对高炉透气性的影响比冷强度显著.分析认为焦炭热性能指标CRI、CSR对高炉高煤比操作更重要.借此还提出了提高喷煤量和改善焦炭质量需加强研究的课题.     

High concentration erbium doping of silicon-rich SiO2 thin films on silicon

In this work, high concentration erbium doping in silicon-rich SiO₂ thin films is demonstrated. Si plus Er dual-implanted thermal SiO₂ thin films on Si substrates have been fabricated by using a new method, the metal vapor vacuum arc ion source implantation with relatively low ion energy, strong flux and very high dose. X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurement shows that very high Er concentrations on the surfaces of the samples, corresponding to 10 at.% or the doping level of 10²¹ atoms cm⁻³, are achieved. This value is much higher than that obtained by using other fabrication methods such as the high-energy ion implantation and molecular beam epitaxy. Reflective high-energy electron diffraction, atomic force microscopy and cross-section high-resolution transmission electron microscopy observations show that the excess Si atoms in SiO₂ matrix accumulate to form Si clusters and then crystallize gradually into Si nanoparticles embedded in SiO₂ films during dual-ion implantation followed by rapid thermal annealing. Er segregation and precipitates are not formed. Photoluminescence at the wavelength of 1.54 μm exhibits very weak temperature dependence due to the introduction of Si nanocrystals into the SiO₂ matrix. The 1.54-μm light emission signals from annealed samples decrease by less than a factor of 2 when the measuring temperature increases from 77 K to room temperature.     

固体碱催化戊醛缩合的研究

自制了固体碱催化剂用于催化戊醛缩合反应 ,考察了碱金属、载体、反应温度、反应压力、空速等条件对反应的影响。研究表明 ,以介孔分子筛为载体的催化剂活性尤其是低温活性明显高于以硅胶为载体的催化剂。自制的固体碱催化剂性能稳定 ,在 2 0MPa ,2 60℃ ,1 0h-1条件下连续运转 2 7d,仍能保持转化率高于 90 %、选择性约 80 %的良好效果。     

35CrMoCe稀土钢离子硫氮碳复合渗特性研究

采用金相显微镜，Ｘ射线衍射仪，透明电子显微镜，扫描电子显微镜等仪器分析对比３５ＣｒＭｏ钢和３５ＣｒＭｏＣｅ钢离子硫氮碳复合渗特性，探讨了稀土铈和加速离子硫氮碳复合渗的原因，研究结果表明，两种钢的复合渗层均由硫化物层，氮碳化物层的扩展层构成；稀土铈显著地提高了渗层深度，铈具有细化组织的作用，提供了更多可供氮碳原子扩散的通道。     

同步辐射X射线光刻掩模镀金工艺的研究

介绍了利用北京正负对撞机(BEPC)同步辐射X射线光刻装置,进行LIGA工艺技术深结构光刻实验研究,详细论述了X射线光刻使用的掩模制备过程及掩模镀金工艺,在国内最早曝光出直径为400μm、厚为27～45μm的三维立体齿轮胶图形。     

Nuclear proteins from liver and kidney bind a 37 bp sequence in the 5' upstream region of the mGAT1 gene

The mouse GABA transporter (mGAT1) gene has been shown to be exclusively expressed in brain by Northern and Western blot analyses. The interactions between the 5' flanking region of the mGAT1 gene and nuclear proteins from different mouse tissues were studied by means of gel-shift assay. Our results show that nuclear protein factors from non-nervous tissues can specifically recognize a 37 bp sequence that is conserved in the 5' flanking region between the human and mouse GAT1 genes. Similar nuclear protein factors were also found to exist in rat, rabbit and pig.

信息管理系统中的工作流技术研究与设计

介绍了工作流的应用背景,分析了某校教务系统中采用的工作流技术的原理和设计思想。提出可编辑、管理和监控的工作流模型,并重点介绍了工作流程运行机制。工作流技术使单位内部业务流程自动化,信息流转逐步实现无纸化。利用其图形化定义流程的功能,在办公流程越来越严谨的前提下,办公效率也大幅提高。某校在教务系统中运用了工作流技术,取得了良好的效果。     

基于图像处理的金相分析系统研究

在图像研究的基础上,以数学形态学算法为关键步骤,研究开发金相图像分析系统,从噪声较为复杂的金相图像中有效地分割出目标图像,较好地处理晶粒粘连以及重叠问题,从而得到较高准确度的晶粒度。实践结果表明,本系统具有一定的准确度,界面友好,易于操作。
