Polysaccharide‐based artificial extracellular matrix: Preparation and characterization of three‐dimensional,macroporous chitosan,and heparin composite scaffold

Scaffold‐guided tissue engineering based on synthetic and natural occurring polymers has gained many interests in recent year. In this study, the development of a chitosan‐heparin artificial extracellular matrix (AECM) is reported. Three‐dimensional, macroporous composite AECMs composed of heparin (Hep) and chitosan (Chito) were prepared by an interpolyelectrolyte complex/lyophilization method. The Chito‐Hep composite AECMs were, respectively, crosslinked with glutaraldehyde, as well as cocrosslinked with N,N‐(3‐dimethylaminopropyl)‐N′‐ethyl carbodiimide (EDC/NHS) and N‐hydroxysuccinimide (NHS). The crosslinking reactions were examined by FT‐IR analysis. In physiological buffer solution (PBS), the EDC/NHS‐crosslinked Chito‐Hep composite AECM showed a relative lower water retention ratio than its glutaraldehyde‐crosslinked counterparts. The EDC/NHS‐crosslinked Chito‐Hep composite AECMs showed excellent biocompatibility, according to the results of the in vitro cytotoxic test. This result suggested that the EDC/NHS‐crosslinked Chito‐Hep composite AECMs might be a potential biomaterial for scaffold‐guided tissue engineering applications. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. CO毒化AB5型合金分形特征研究

研究了三种贮氢合金 L a Ni5、L a Ni4 .7Al0 .3、Ml Ni4 .5Al0 .5被 10 0× 10 - 6 CO毒化后的分形特征 ,求出这三种合金在含 10 0× 10 - 6 CO的氢中循环 ,分维分别为 0 .2 5 4 7、0 .170 9、0 .0 72 5。可以较好的解释合金被毒化的宏观现象。     

钢轨试验方法的研究

结合即将颁布的新国家标准GB2585<铁路用热轧钢轨>和国家标准TB/T2344-2003<43 Kg/m-75 Kg/m热轧钢轨订货技术条件>,通过对武钢生产的U71Mn重轨进行拉伸性能、布氏硬度、脱碳层分布情况、非金属夹杂物以及显微组织等试验方法的研究,分析了U71Mn重轨在新旧标准要求下的质量水平,为改善U71Mn的质量、符合新标准提供了重要的检验理论依据.

Flammability ranking of foliage species by factor analysis of physical and chemical pyric properties

In this paper, factor analysis is introduced to evaluate the flammability of 55 foliage species that may be used in China for construction of the fuel break network of forest strips with lower flammability. Six pyric parameters, i.e. air dry moisture content, absolute dry moisture content, ignition point, ash content, caloric value and extractive content, are measured and used as variables for factor analysis. The covariance analysis shows that four principal factors can be extracted to reflect the flammability in different physical and chemical senses. In terms of the contributions of the four factors to the variances and the physical significance of the relevant parameters, the four factors are, respectively, termed as ‘flaming factor,’ ‘air dry factor,’ ‘ash factor’ and ‘absolute dry factor.’ The stability of the factor analysis method is examined by a different number of samples considered, and the variation degrees of the orderings indicate that the method has high reliability to measure the total flammability of foliage species. Km高温抗蚀耐磨涂料在省煤器中的应用

锅炉省煤器磨损一直是困绕锅炉稳定运行的主要因素之一。本介绍了Km高温抗蚀耐磨涂料的性能、特点，以及在实际生产中的使用情况，通过实践充分肯定了Km高温抗蚀耐磨涂料的可行性、可靠性和经济性。     

胨冻样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilaginosus)对烟草灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)的抑制作用

本文首次报道胨冻样芽孢杆菌XDB1和D4B1对烟草灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)的抑制作用。实验表明,XDB1和D4B1的发酵原液和无细胞提取物具有相同的抑菌效果,而经121℃处理30分钟后,抑菌活性丧失。D481菌株的抑菌活性高于XDB1,钾长石作为基质时的活性高于土壤矿物。但是,XDB1和D481对立枯丝核病菌(R..solani)、西瓜尖孢镰刀菌(F.oxysporum)、腐霉(Pythium sp)、小麦全蚀病菌(G.graminis)、烟炭疽病菌(C.gloeosporides)、烟草赤星病菌(A.alternata)、烟草黑胫病菌(P.nicotianae、串珠镰刀病菌(F.moniliforme)和水稻稻瘟病菌(P.grisea)无抑制作用。     

Characteristic Investigation of Nano-Crystal Hydrogen Storage Alloys

A Ml (NiCoMnA1)5 hydrogen storage alloys was prepared by double-roller rapid quenching.Its microstructure, electrochemically and kinetic characteristic were studied.A uniform crystal phase with CaCu5 structure could be detected by XRD analyses, whose average grain size is 30 ～ 50 nm and the ratio of c/a of nano-crystal hydrogen storage alloy is larger.The hydrogen absorption/desertion p - C isotherms of alloy show that its fiat-performance is perfect and the magnetic stagnant effect is very little.An simulate cell is used for electrochemical measurement.Electrode is 10C, the capacity decreasing rate via the 450 cycles at 7C is less than 20%.
