The morphology and degradation behavior of electrospun poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate)/Magnetite and poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate‐co‐3‐hydroxyvalerate)/Magnetite composites 下载免费PDF全文
Electrospinning of biodegradable poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate) (PHB)/magnetite and poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate‐co‐3‐hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV)/magnetite composites in 2,2,2‐trifluoroethanol (TFE) and chloroform are investigated to develop nonwoven nanofibrous structure. Ultrafine PHB/magnetite fibers are obtained and the resulting fiber diameters are in the range of 690–710 nm and 8.0–8.4 µm for the polymer dissolved in TFE and chloroform. The surface of PHB composites fiber fabricated in chloroform contains porous structures, which are not observed for the sample of PHB composites fiber dissolved in TFE. The fiber diameters for PHBV5/magnetite composites are in the range of 500–540 nm and 2.3–2.5 µm, depending on the use of TFE and chloroform. The average diameters of PHBV5/magnetite composite fibers are smaller than those of PHB/magnetite composites fiber. All electrospun PHB/magnetite and composite fibers are superparamagnetic. The degradation behaviors of PHB/magnetite and PHBV5/magnetite composite fibers were investigated using Caldimonas manganoxidans. Site‐specific accumulation of flavonoids in Apocyni Veneti Folium was determined by laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM) and the localization of catechins also was observed via vanillin‐HCl staining under the conventional optical microscope. The contents of five flavonoids in Apocyni Veneti Folium from different harvest times and growth parts were measured using HPLC method. LSCM observation showed that flavonoids are accumulated in cuticle of epidermal cells and vessel walls, especially in protoplasts and nucleolus of the collenchyma cells and the epidermal cells. Catechins are localized in the palisade parenchyma cells and vessel walls, particularly in the laticifers found in the phloem. On the basis of the difference of the maximal emission wavelength between quercetin and kaempferol derivatives which have fluorescence behavior by appropriate treatment, kaempferol and its derivatives are localized exclusively in the cuticle. Results showed that the content of astragalin in Apocyni Veneti Folium from different parts revealed the decreasing trend, while hyperin and isoquercitrin were higher in June and July analyzed by HPLC. In summary, the site‐specific accumulation of flavonoids in Apocyni Veneti Folium can be determined by LSCM and vanillin‐HCl staining. Poly(p‐dioxanone)–poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(p‐dioxanone) ABA triblock copolymers (PEDO) were synthesized by ring‐opening polymerization from p‐dioxanone using poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) with different molecular weights as macroinitiators in N2 atmosphere. The copolymer was characterized by 1H NMR spectroscope. The thermal behavior, crystallization, and thermal stability of these copolymers were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric measurements. The water absorption of these copolymers was also measured. The results indicated that the content and length of PEG chain have a greater effect on the properties of copolymers.
