提高模具制造水平 为建设制笔强国而奋斗

一、前言 笔作为一种小商品并不起眼,但是,由于其数量庞大,使用广泛而形成了一个大市场;笔的技术含量并不高,然而,要制造一支符合使用要求的笔,将涉及机械、化工、冶金、电子等等各个方面,因此,某种程度上说,一支小小的笔可以反映一个国家的工业化程度。     

中碱值硫化烷基水杨酸钙的制备及性能研究

介绍了一种碱值达170mgKOH／g以上、硫含量大于3．0％、钙含量大于6．0％的硫化烷基水杨酸钙盐润滑油添加剂的制备过程及其性能。实验中重点考察了促进剂及硫磺加入量对产品碱值及硫含量的影响；通过冷冻蚀刻电镜法观察了含碳酸盐的胶体粒子结构及粒度分布情况；应用凸轮挺校、四球试验机等考察了硫化烷基水杨酸钙盐产品的极压抗磨性能。结果表明，硫化烷基水杨酸钙产品不但具有良好的高温洁净性、抗氧化安定性、胶体稳定性，而且具有突出的极压抗磨性及热稳定性。     

硬地层定向井中几种侧钻方法的灵活应用

在川渝地区，钻定向井、水平井必然要面对地层岩性变化大、硬度高等复杂地质情况，常常会遇到因井下复杂、事故、修改地质目标等原因需要填井侧钻。侧钻的方法不同，侧钻的成功率和效率差异很大。文中分析了川渝地区近几年硬地层定向井、水平井侧钻效率不高、有时甚至失败的原因，归纳总结了近几年常用的几种侧钻方法的施工效果，提出要根据具体条件灵活应用这几种侧钻方法。     

Category Norms as a Function of Culture and Age: Comparisons of Item Responses to 105 Categories by American and Chinese Adults.

Understanding how aging influences cognition across different cultures has been hindered by a lack of standardized, cross-referenced verbal stimuli. This study introduces a database of such item-level stimuli for both younger and older adults, in China and the United States, and makes 3 distinct contributions. First, the authors specify which item categories generalize across age and/or cultural groups, rigorously quantifying differences among them. Second, they introduce novel, powerful methods to measure between-group differences in freely generated ranked data, the rank-ordered logit model and Hellinger Affinity. Finally, a broad archive of tested, cross-linguistic stimuli is now freely available to researchers: data, similarity measures, and all stimulus materials for 105 categories and 4 culture-by-age groups, comprising over 10,000 fully translated unique item responses. 苯乙烯与1-(2-叔丁基过氧异丙基)-3-异丙烯基苯共聚行为研究

苯乙烯与1－（2－叔丁基过氧异丙基）－3－异丙烯基苯（D120）能进行自由基共聚合反应，聚合后过氧基团以侧基的形成被保留在共聚物大分子链上，凝胶色谱分析发现，随原料单体中D120比例增加，共聚物的分子量减小，分子量分布变窄，DSC分析发现共聚物中过氧基团的分解温度随D120结构单元含量的增加而下降，但仍高于D120单体过氧基团的分解温度，苯乙烯与D120的竞聚率为：rD120=0.700,rSt=0.714。     

Polarity control of GaN epilayers grown on ZnO templates

We report the successful growth of Ga-polar GaN epilayers on O-polar ZnO templates pre-deposited on c-sapphire. Prior to GaN growth, NH₃ is exposed onto the ZnO template. The polarity of the GaN layers is confirmed by etching of the surface and by conversion beam electron diffraction (CBED), while the O-polar ZnO is confirmed by CBED. It is suggested that the NH₃ pre-exposure helps form a Zn₃N₂ layer, which possesses inversion symmetry and inverts the crystal from anion polar to cation polar.     

杭-宁输气管道工程定向钻穿越设计浅析

杭州-宁波天然气输气管道工程（简称杭-宁输气管道工程）是浙江省天然气长输管网主干线之一，根据工程河流穿越众多、渠塘穿越频繁的特点，对杭-宁输气管道工程水域穿越的特点和穿越方式作了总结；重点分析了水域定向钻穿越设计及需要注意的问题，为今后浙江省天然气管网建设的水域穿越设计作了探讨。     

Aroused problems in the deposition of diamond-like carbon films by using the liquid phase electrodeposition technique

Hydrogenated diamond-like carbon (DLC) films were prepared by using liquid phase electrodeposition technique. The effects of the applied potential and the carbon sources on the deposition process and film structures were studied. It has been found that the organic liquids with high dielectric constants, small viscosities and the methyl group bonding to the polar group are appropriate carbon sources. The increasing of potential improves the formation of sp³ carbon during the deposition process. In a high electric field, organic molecules are polarized and reacted on the surface of the electrode, turning out DLC and other products. It is believed that the reaction follows a polarization-reaction mechanism.     

LaNiO3薄膜热稳定性的研究

LaNiO3导电金属氧化物薄膜在现代应用科学研究中作为电极和过渡阻挡层倍受青睐，它具有很好的导电特性和稳定性。该文采用射频溅射法制备了具有(100)择优取向的赝立方结构LaNiO3-x薄膜，并进行了原位热处理。实验结果表明，在265℃的处理条件下，LaNiO3薄膜表现出不稳定性，晶格中的氧在2h内失去了2.7％。氧的损失对品格结构没有明显影响，但薄膜的导电性能明显下降，折射率和消光系数也具有相同幅度的下降。对薄膜的应用具有一定的影响。该文从LaNiO3薄膜的导电机理方面对实验现象给出了分析和解释。     

中国3G运营商的目标市场与业务模式初探

中国3G业务的市场需求有两个方面：一是迅猛增长、规模庞大的用户群对移动语音业务的需求；二是较高收入用户群对移动数据业务的需求。3G运营商的目标市场包括大众用户对移动语音的需求、大众用户对移动数据业务的需求、企业用户对移动数据业务的需求以及批发型用户的需求等。本结合国内外移动运营商的数据业务开展状况，初步探讨了中国3G运营商的移动数据业务模式和3G业务的收入模式。
