基于传统的倒F型天线,设计了一种M构型的新型小型化星载自动识别系统(AIS)天线。该天线具有尺寸小、质量轻、便于星体安装等优点,天线外形尺寸仅为324 mm?60 mm?263.2 mm。采用CST MICROWAVE STUDIO电磁软件进行仿真设计,在球面近场进行实物单机测试和辐射模型星(Radiating Mockup,RM)测试。天线的仿真和实测结果一致性好,且天线方向图覆盖区域能够满足卫星AIS系统的应用需求,目前已在多颗小卫星上得到成功应用。  相似文献

刹车控制器是飞机刹车系统的核心部件,其功能是控制液压电磁阀和压力伺服阀输出刹车压力,为飞机着陆滑跑提供刹车制动和防滑控制,实现各种不同模式的刹车功能.刹车控制器的性能优劣将会直接影响到飞机的刹车性能乃至飞机的安全.文章介绍了一种刹车控制器的设计与实现.此刹车控制器选用DSP作为主控处理器,用来控制刹车控制器离散量和模拟量接口电路,选用FPGA作为总线和轮速采集控制.此产品已成功在飞机上应用,工作稳定可靠,因此具有较高的参考性.  相似文献

The application of graphene‐based membranes is hindered by their poor stability under practical hydrodynamic conditions. Here, nanocarbon architectures are designed by intercalating surface‐functionalized, small‐diameter, multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) into reduced graphene oxide (rGO) sheets to create highly stable membranes with improved water permeability and enhanced membrane selectivity. With the intercalation of 10 nm diameter MWCNTs, the water permeability reaches 52.7 L m?2 h?1 bar?1, which is 4.8 times that of pristine rGO membrane and five to ten times higher than most commercial nanofiltration membranes. The membrane also attains almost 100% rejection for three organic dyes of different charges. More importantly, the membrane can endure a turbulent hydrodynamic flow with cross‐flow rates up to 2000 mL min?1 and a Reynolds number of 4667. Physicochemical characterization reveals that the inner graphitic walls of the MWCNTs can serve as spacers, while nanoscale rGO foliates on the outer walls interconnect with the assimilated rGO sheets to instill superior membrane stability. In contrast, intercalating with single‐walled nanotubes fails to reproduce such stability. Overall, this nanoarchitectured design is highly versatile in creating both graphene‐rich and CNT‐rich all‐carbon membranes with engineered nanochannels, and is regarded as a general approach in obtaining stable membranes for realizing practical applications of graphene‐based membranes.  相似文献

近年来,片上光子集成技术备受关注并飞速发展,但在光纤与芯片、芯片与芯片上实现高效、高可靠性的光耦合仍是难题。光栅因其制作简单,位置灵活,对准容差大及可实现片上测试等一系列优点而备受研究者的关注。目前在绝缘体上硅(SOI)平台和绝缘体上铌酸锂(LNOI)平台上已开发出大量的光栅耦合器件,并获得较高的耦合效率和大带宽。该文主要介绍光栅耦合器的工作原理和主要性能指标,阐述了均匀光栅、倾斜光栅、闪耀光栅和切趾光栅耦合的特点及现阶段进展,并对具有代表性的一维光栅性能指标进行了比较。结果表明,分布式布喇格反射镜和金属反射镜可有效地提升光栅耦合效率。此外,该文还介绍了基于LNOI平台的几种光栅耦合器,其可帮助研究者们梳理光栅耦合器的发展历程、研究现状及各耦合器的特点,为未来研究提供一定的参考。  相似文献

As the portable device hardware has been increasing at a noticeable rate, ultrathin thermal conducting materials (TCMs) with the combination of high thermal conductivity and excellent electromagnetic interface (EMI) shielding performance, which are used to efficiently dissipate heat and minimize EMI problems generated from electronic components (such as high speed processors), are urgently needed. In this work, graphene oxide (GO) films are fabricated by direct evaporation of GO suspension under mild heating, and ultrathin graphite‐like graphene films are produced by graphitizing GO films. Further investigation demonstrates that the resulting graphene film with only ≈8.4 μm in thickness not only possesses excellent EMI shielding effectiveness of ≈20 dB and high in‐plane thermal conductivity of ≈1100 W m‐1 K‐1, but also shows excellent mechanical flexibility and structure integrity during bending, indicating that the graphitization of GO film could be considered as a new alternative way to produce excellent TCMs with efficient EMI shielding.  相似文献

Distributed denial of service (DDoS) is a special form of denial of service attack. In this paper, a DDoS detection model and defense system based on deep learning in Software‐Defined Network (SDN) environment are introduced. The model can learn patterns from sequences of network traffic and trace network attack activities in a historical manner. By using the defense system based on the model, the DDoS attack traffic can be effectively cleaned in Software‐Defined Network. The experimental results demonstrate the much better performance of our model compared with conventional machine learning ways. It also reduces the degree of dependence on environment, simplifies the real‐time update of detection system, and decreases the difficulty of upgrading or changing detection strategy.  相似文献

This paper studies an energy harvesting (EH) based cooperative relaying system, where two half-duplex relays operate with EH and alternately amplify and forward source data to the destination. When one relay joins in the cooperative data transmission, the other relay will harvest wireless energy by overhearing the transmissions from both the source and the transmitting relay. Both the time-switching and power-splitting architectures are considered for the EH and data reception at relays. Since the EH can be implicitly performed by each relay through listening the ongoing transmissions, more energy can be harvested for the cooperative data transmission. The outage probability and throughput of the proposed scheme are derived. Simulation results are provided to verify the correctness of our theoretical analysis and show that our scheme can significantly outperform the single-relay system in terms of throughput.  相似文献
