Highly (100)-oriented Ce1-x(Y0.2Zr0.8)xOδ (CYZO) films were prepared on biaxially textured NiW substrates by a chemical solution deposition approach using metal inorganic salts as starting materials. It has been found that both the preferential orientation and surface roughness of CYZO films decrease gradually with increasing of the doping percentage of Y3+ and Zr4+ ions. The epitaxial growth relationship of (220)CYZO//(200)NiW and [00?l]CYZO//[001]NiW was demonstrated by XRD texture measurement as well as atomic resolution STEM observation. XRD, Raman and XPS spectra results indicate that Y3+ and Zr4+ ions were indeed introduced into CeO2 lattice to substitute Ce4+ ions and form cubic fluorite CYZO solid solution. Moreover, CeO2 buffer layer can be endowed a strong enough capability to prevent element diffusion through co-doping of yttrium and zirconium, provided that an optimal doping ratio of them is adopted. This paper will introduce experimental studies and numerical calculation onturbulent boundary layer of water flow along curved surface in our country in recent years.Onthe basis of the experimental studies,the effects of curvature and roughness on velocitydistribution and pressure distribution and the change of turbulent flow boundary layer onoverflow bucket concave surface is discussed.We proposed the empirical formula of velocity,pressure and the change of turbulent flow boundary layer on outlet bucket concave.According tothe momentum principle,we have deduced the momentum integral equation full water depthboundary layer and using the element as control unit inside the boundary layer on concavesurface of bucket.Combining with continuity equation,we have computed the boundary layerdevelopment on the bucket of a spillway.Compared with the field experimental data,thecalculation results are available.Under polar coordinates,a mathematical model for simulatingtime-averaged flow characteristics in concave surface of bucket is established.The turbulent flowfield on concave surface of bucket is calculated by SIMPLE method and this mathematicalmodel.The flow velocity field,pressure field,distribution of turbulent kinetic energy,distribution of turbulent energy dissipating rate and distribution of shear stress are available.Thecalculation value is consistent with measured test data. 相似文献

将混凝土简化成由骨料、水泥砂浆及其二者之间的界面层所组成的三相复合材料,建立了混凝土骨料随机分布三维模型,用界面单元多次细分技术进行有限元网格划分,基于弹性损伤本构关系采用双折线损伤演化模型描述混凝土细观各相弹性损伤退化,用弹性模量的折减程度来反映混凝土试件在加载过程中的损伤程度。对混凝土圆柱体试件进行了数值模拟计算,并从混凝土破坏过程图和荷载-位移曲线图两方面比较了数值模拟的破坏过程与CT试验结果,发现试件破坏时裂纹的萌生、扩展过程与CT观测到的过程具有相似性,说明用本文建立的三维数值模型模拟混凝土材料的损伤破坏过程是基本可行的。 相似文献

为了解决普遍采用单方水资源价值计算河道生态基流价值的缺陷,以及探索河道生态基流价值定量化计算新方法,采用水力学方法将河道生态基流从径流量中分离出来,并确定河道生态基流对应水面面积,进而采用当量因子法计算河道生态基流价值和并探索分析了河道生态基流价值的时间变化特征。以渭河干流宝鸡段为例进行研究,结果表明:渭河干流宝鸡段的丰水年、平水年以及枯水年的年平均河道生态基流量分别为5.82 m~3/s、3.59 m~3/s和2.76 m~3/s。近21 a来,该段河道生态基流价值在时间上总体呈下降趋势,该价值多年平均值为5.61亿元,单方河道生态基流价值为6.27元/m~3,单方价值与价值总量变化趋势相反。河道生态基流价值年内变化具有明显的周期性,总体呈倒"V"字型,汛期河道生态基流价值比非汛期大,单方河道生态基流价值与之相反。通过相同区域以及相近区域的河道生态基流价值研究成果以及价值变化特征的对比分析,证明研究成果较为合理。该方法可为河道生态基流合理保障提供定量化依据。 相似文献

为了研究荷载对钢-混凝土连接栓钉锈蚀程度对其力学特性的影响,对不同锈蚀程度的栓钉连接件的进行荷载试验。根据钢筋的锈蚀原理,利用人工方法加速钢-混凝土的栓钉锈蚀,为荷载试验提供达到相应的锈蚀程度样品,并通过荷载试验分别对四组样品进行极限承载力和变形特性展开研究。由试验结果可知:若栓钉连接件的钉杆发生锈蚀,尤其当锈蚀出现在靠近结合面处,该栓钉连接件的承载力以及变形特性均会受到影响;而且栓钉的锈蚀程度越大,其承载力则越低;当栓钉锈蚀质量损失率达到20.8%时,其极限承载力降低了17%;栓钉连接件大头端部锈蚀质量损失率约20%时,极限承载力下降仅为3%。研究结果为钢-混凝土的试验设计、施工使用等提供参考。 相似文献

为了研究沿程水头损失与局部水头损失的变化规律,根据沿程水头损失的基本定义,推求矩形明渠消力池水跃区沿程水头损失与床面阻力系数、水跃共轭水深比、跃前断面宽高比及跃前断面水深的理论关系,提出了矩形明渠水跃区沿程水头损失及其系数和局部水头损失系数的理论公式,给出了沿程水头损失系数、局部水头损失系数和总水头损失系数的简单拟合公式。研究表明:沿程水头损失随着跃前断面水深和床面阻力系数的增大而增大,随着水跃共轭水深比和跃前断面宽高比的增大而减小;局部水头损失系数随着跃前断面弗劳德数的增大而增大;水跃区局部水头损失占比随着弗劳德数的增加而增加,弗劳德数为3时的局部水头损失占比达到90%,弗劳德数为6时的局部水头损失占比已达到95%以上。研究成果可进一步完善并丰富水跃理论体系。 相似文献

This paper presents Xilinx System Generator (XSG) model design for realization of reversible watermarking algorithm using Difference Expansion (DE) approach in System-On-Chip (SoC) Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) environment. The reversible watermarking is verified by taking a (4 × 4) sized test image and is applicable for larger sizes of cover images. The outcomes of the result demonstrate that the proposed structural design allows combining MATLAB-Simulink and XSG during graphical user interface for image processing applications. The superiority of the algorithm is justified by using comparative analysis with some well-known methods in both software and hardware environments. The method provides effectively higher PSNR at higher embedding capacity. It is also found that the method requires less time and hardware resources with throughput of 13.516 Mb/s at operational frequency of 80 MHz for real time implementation using FPGA. 相似文献
