面包酵母是面包生产过程中最重要的微生物,在面包生产中起着关键作用。面包酵母菌种改良的研究主要集中在耐高糖的机制、麦芽糖的利用、低温适应性、蜜二糖的利用和乳糖的利用等方面。商品面包酵母生产的主要原料是甜菜糖蜜或甘蔗糖蜜,其发酵过程要求用补料的方法添加培养基,并要求适当的通风。     

Insight into a concentration-sensitive red-emitting phosphor Li2Ca4Si4O13:Eu3+ for multifunctional applications: Crystal structure,electronic structure and luminescent properties

Lithium-containing silicate compounds have attracted so much attention in recent years for applications in energy storage and illumination source due to their rigid structure and good electrical conductivity. In this study, a Eu³⁺ doped lithium-containing silicate red phosphor, Li₂Ca₄Si₄O₁₃:Eu³⁺, was explored by using structural computational simulations and systematic experiments for multifunctional applications. As a result, due to the quite non-central symmetry of the Ca²⁺ sites (C₁ symmetry), the strong 4f-4f excitations in near ultraviolet region were observed. Under near ultraviolet and cathode ray light excitation, Li₂Ca₄Si₄O₁₃:Eu³⁺ phosphor has an efficient red emission with good thermal stability and ageing resistance. Furthermore, Li₂Ca₄Si₄O₁₃:Eu³⁺ phosphor exhibits a concentration-sensitive behavior induced by the change of site symmetry. The results show that it is feasible to develop near-ultraviolet and cathode ray light excited red phosphors in lithium-containing silicate compounds.

Network analysis of eigenvalue problem for multilayer dielectric waveguide consisting of arbitrary number of layers

In this paper, the eigenvalue problem of a multilayer dielectric waveguide consisting of arbitrary number of layers is solved by the microwave network method. A general program with the function of computer graphics has been developed for analyzing the dispersion characteristics and the electromagnetic field distributions of an N layer dielectric waveguide. As examples of practical applications of the program, first, the dispersions and field patterns for the planar waveguides with refractive index of parabolic and exponential profiles are analyzed. Secondly, the procedure of mode conversion and mode separation in dielectric branching waveguides is vividly demonstrated through analyzing the field distributions of asymmetric multilayer dielectric structures and the general rules of mode conversion are discussed. The examples show that the present method possesses the advantages of versatility, rapidity, simplicity and accuracy.
