This paper reports the synthesis of nanocrystalline strontium doped manganites by a simple and instantaneous solution combustion method, which is a low temperature initiated route to prepare fine-grained oxide powders with good surface area. Rietveld refinement of X-ray data indicates that the as-formed manganites exhibit a cubic phase with space group Pm3m. However calcined (900 °C, 6 h) samples transform into rhombohedral phase with space group R-3c. The scanning electron micrographs of the powders reveal that the sizes of very fine primary particles which are in an agglomerated form, decrease as strontium content increases. The infrared spectra of lanthanum manganites show two active modes at 400 and 600 cm−1. From zero-field resistivity measurements, it is found that all the samples exhibit metal–insulator transition (TM–I) in the range of 219–252 K, which is low as compared to the samples prepared by ceramic route. The lower (TM–I) values might be due to smaller particle sizes in the range of 25–45 nm. 相似文献

Silver tantalate AgTaO3 (ATO) and silver niobate AgNbO3 (ANO) films have been grown on to the LaAlO3 (001) and sapphire Al2O3 (0112, r-cut) single crystals by pulsed laser deposition technique from stoichiometric ATO and ANO targets. X-ray diffraction study revealed epitaxial quality of ATO and ANO films on the LaAlO3 (001) whereas on the sapphire r-cut substrate they are preferential (110) and (001) oriented. To characterize microwave films properties in the range from 1 to 40 GHz, coplanar line interdigital capacitors were fabricated by photolithography and lift-off technique. ANO film capacitors show superior properties: frequency dispersion was as low as 13%, voltage tunability (40 V, 200 kV/cm) was about 4.6% at 20 GHz, loss tangent ∼0.106 at 20 GHz, K-factor = tunability / tanδ from 49% @ 10 GHz to 33% at 40 GHz. 相似文献

In this paper, the contact effects at the electrode/sample interfaces on the dielectric properties of the CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) ceramic were studied. The experimental results provide clear evidence that the colossal dielectric constant in CCTO is related to the ceramic itself; however, it may also partly originated from the electrode/sample contact effects which depends on the surface resistivity of the sample. When the surface resistivity of the ceramic is as high as 1.2 × 108 Ω cm, no obvious mobile space charges can be observed, and the dielectric properties of the sample is inert to the different metal electrodes and various sample thicknesses, indicating the colossal dielectric constant (near 2000 at 10 kHz) at room temperature is due to the true properties of the ceramic itself. However, after the surface resistivity is lowered to 3.1 × 107 Ω cm through post-annealing the sample in N2 atmosphere at 750 °C, obvious mobile space charges can be observed, and the dielectric properties of the sample become sensitive to the different types of contacts. The dielectric constant of the sample with Pt electrode shows a significant enhancement (up to 5000 at 10 kHz), comparing with that of the sample with Ag electrode. 换挡摇臂是换挡执行机构的关键零件之一,其变形与疲劳寿命对于换挡执行机构的正常工作具有重要影响。文中以某型电控电动式换挡机构的换挡摇臂为研究对象,首先通过多体动力学仿真计算获取载荷谱,基于有限元仿真计算换挡摇臂的应力分布,从而计算出换挡摇臂的变形与疲劳寿命;然后基于变形和疲劳寿命分析结果,选取换挡摇臂关键几何参数为设计变量,以换挡摇臂质量和换挡摇臂变形为目标,以换挡摇臂疲劳寿命为约束条件,通过响应面法对换挡摇臂结构进行多目标设计优化。结果显示,在换挡摇臂质量减轻的同时,变形不增反减。这充分说明文中建立的模型和优化方法具有一定的工程应用价值,为换挡摇臂的设计提供了重要的理论支撑。 相似文献
