The effect of nitro-substituent on mononitrophenol (o-nitrophenol (ONP), m-nitrophenol (MNP) and p-nitrophenol (PNP)) reduction in a bioelectrochemical system (BES) was investigated in this study. The results show that the removal of all three nitrophenols was significantly enhanced with more negative cathode potential and shortened hydraulic retention time in the BESs. Moreover, the reduction of the three nitrophenols followed in the order of ONP > MNP > PNP in the BESs. Both quantum chemical calculation using density function theory and cyclic voltammetry analysis confirmed the reductive sequence of the three nitrophenols. In addition, the acute toxicity of nitrophenol effluent significantly decreased while its biodegradability was enhanced after treatment in the BES. Therefore, the BES technology offers bright prospects for efficient treatment of nitrophenol-containing wastewater.  相似文献

采用屈服强度倍数法和等效线性化法研究附加金属阻尼器的消能减震结构的设计方法,用这两种方法分别计算结构附加金属阻尼器的优化阻尼量,对附加阻尼消能减震结构进行定量分析。将两种方法计算的优化阻尼量附加于原结构上进行时程分析并研究其减震效果,消能减震结构的位移、速度、塑性率及主结构承受的剪力值都有一定的减小,说明所得的消能减震结构的减震效果优于原结构。两种计算优化阻尼量的方法都有可参考性,研究结果为消能减震技术的推广使用打下基础。  相似文献

Crystalline CaLa4(Zr0.05Ti0.95)4O15 thin films deposited on n-type Si substrates byRF magnetron sputtering at a fixed RF power of 100 W, an Ar/O2 ratio of 100/0, an operating pressure of 3 mTorr, and different substrate temperatures were investigated. The surface structural and morphological characteristics analyzed by X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy were sensitive to the deposition conditions, such as the substrate temperature. The diffraction pattern showed that the deposited films had a polycrystalline microstructure. As the substrate temperature increased, the quality of the CaLa4(Zr0.05Ti0.95)4O15 thin films improved, and the kinetic energies of the sputtered atoms increased, resulting in a structural improvement of the deposited CaLa4(Zr0.05Ti0.95)4O15 thin films. A high dielectric constant of 16.7 (f=1 MHz), a dissipation factor of 0.19 (f=1 MHz), and a low leakage current density of 3.18×10−7 A/cm2 at an electrical field of 50 kV/cm were obtained for the prepared films.  相似文献

In this work, SnS2 nanoplates entrapped graphene aerogel has been successfully prepared by simple self-assembly of reduced graphene oxide obtained through mild chemical reduction. Structural and morphological investigations demonstrated that SnS2 nanoplates are highly dispersed in the three dimensional (3D) porous graphene matrix. When served as anode material for lithium-ion batteries, the electrochemical properties of SnS2/graphene aerogel (SnS2/GA) were evaluated by galvanostatic discharge–charge tests, cyclic voltammetry and impedance spectroscopy measurement. Compared with pristine SnS2, the SnS2/GA nanocomposite achieved a much higher initial reversible capacity (1186 mAh g−1), superior cyclic stability (1004 mAh g−1 after 60 cycles, corresponding to 84.7% of the initial reversible capacity), as well as better rate capability (650 mAh g−1 at a current density of 1000 mA g−1). This significantly improved lithium storage performance can be attributed to the good integration of SnS2 nanoplates with 3D porous graphene network, which can not only provide much more active sites and easy access for Li ions intercalation, but also prevent the aggregation of SnS2 nanoplates and facilitate fast transportation of Li ions and surface electrons during the electrochemical process.  相似文献

Plasma nitriding and plasma-assisted PVD duplex treatment was adopted to improve the load-bearing capacity, fatigue resistance and adhesion of the AlTiN coating. Ion etch-cleaning was applied for better adhesion before plasma nitriding. After plasma nitriding Ti interlayer was in-situ deposited by high power impulse magnetron sputtering (HIPIMS), followed by the AlTiN coating through in-situ deposition by advanced plasma-assisted arc (APA-Arc). The microstructure and properties of the duplex-treated coating were carefully characterized and analyzed. The results show that the thicknesses of the nitriding zone, the γ′-Fe4N compound layer, the Ti interlayer and the AlTiN top layer with nanocrystalline microstructures are about 60 μm, 2–3 μm, 100 nm and 6.1 μm, respectively. The nitriding rate is about 30 μm/h and the AlTiN coating deposition rate reaches 6.1 μm/h. The interfacial adhesion of the Ti/AlTiN coating is well enhanced by ion etch-cleaning and a Ti interlayer, and the load-bearing capacity is also improved by duplex treatment. In addition, the instinct hardness of the Ti/AlTiN coating reaches 3368HV0.05 while the wear rate coefficient of 5.394×10−8 mm−3/Nm is sufficiently low. The Ti/AlTiN coating, which possesses a high corrosion potential (Ecorr=−104.6 mV) and a low corrosion current density (icorr=4.769 μA/cm2), shows highly protective efficiency to the substrate.  相似文献

Commercial Y2O3 nanopowder was used to fabricate transparent Y2O3 ceramics by spark plasma sintering under the pressure of 100 MPa for 20 min with the heating rate of 100 °C/min. The microstructures, mechanical and optical properties of the Y2O3 ceramics sintered at different temperatures were investigated in detail. Densification occurred up to a sintering temperature of 1500 °C, and above 1500 °C, rapid grain growth and pore growth occurred. The highest relative density of 99.58% and the minimum average grain size of 0.58±0.11 µm were obtained at 1500 °C. The flexural strength, hardness and fracture toughness of the optimal spark plasma sintered Y2O3 ceramic were 122 MPa, 7.60 GPa and 2.06 MPa.m1/2, respectively. The Y2O3 ceramic sintered at 1500 °C had the in-line transmission of about 11–54% and 80% in the wavelength range of 400–800 nm and 3–5 µm, respectively.  相似文献

Human milk fat substitutes (HMFS) having similarity in (TAG) composition to human milk fat (HMF) were prepared by Lipozyme RM IM‐catalyzed interesterification of lard blending with selected oils in a packed bed reactor. Four oil blends with high similarity in fatty acid profiles to HMF were first obtained based on the blending model and then the blending ratios were screened based on TAG composition similarity by enzymatic interesterification in a batch reactor. The optimal ratio was determined as lard:sunflower oil:canola oil:palm kernel oil:palm oil:algal oil:microbial oil = 1.00:0.10:0.50:0.13:0.12:0.02:0.02. This blending ratio was used for a packed bed reactor and the conditions were then optimized as residence time, 1.5 h; reaction temperature, 50 °C. Under these conditions, the obtained product showed high degrees of similarity in fatty acid profile with 39.2 % palmitic acid at the sn‐2 position, 0.5 % arachidonic acid (n‐6) and 0.3 % docosahexaenoic acid (n‐3) and the scores for the degree of similarity in TAG composition was increased from 58.4 (the oil blend) to 72.3 (the final product). The packed bed reactor could be operated for 7 days without significant decrease in activity. The final product presented similar melting and crystallization profiles to those of HMF. However, due to the loss of tocopherols during deacidification process, the oxidative stability was lower than that of the oil blend. This process for the preparation of HMFS from lard with high similarity in TAG composition by physical blending and enzymatic interesterification, as optimized by mathematical models in a packed bed reactor, has a great potential for industrialization.  相似文献

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, 20:5n‐3), docosapentaenoic acid (DPA) isomers (22:5n‐6 and 22:5n‐3) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 22:6n‐3) derived from tuna oil were concentrated by three stages of urea fractionation at various crystallization temperatures and different fatty acid/urea ratios. Thereafter, polyunsaturated fatty acids concentrate containing comparatively enriched DPA levels was purified by argentated silica gel column chromatography. A product containing 22.2 ± 0.6 % EPA, 4.6 ± 0.0 % DPAn‐6, 5.9 ± 0.1 % DPAn‐3 and 42.3 ± 1.2 % DHA was obtained at 1:1.6 fatty acid/urea ratio (w/w) by crystallization at ?8 °C for 16 h, ?20 °C for 8 h, and ?8 °C for 16 h. A DPA isomer concentrate containing 26.1 ± 0.5 % DPAn‐6 and 22.3 ± 0.4 % DPAn‐3 was achieved by argentated silica gel chromatography in the 6 % acetone/n‐hexane solvent fraction (v/v), and the recovery of both fatty acids was 66.1 ± 3.2 and 70.7 ± 2.2 %, respectively. Furthermore, 91.9 ± 2.5 % EPA and 99.5 ± 2.1 % DHA with recoveries of 47.8 ± 2.0 and 56.7 ± 3.3 %, respectively, were obtained in various fractions.  相似文献

The mechanical blending of polypropylene (PP) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) is an economical and simple method for producing new polymeric materials for specific applications. However, the reduction in strain‐at‐break of the blend is one of its main shortcomings. In this study, PP/LDPE foamed parts were fabricated by conventional injection molding (CIM) with azodicarbonamide as a chemical blowing agent (CBA) and tested for tensile properties at two test speeds. Also, the fracture surfaces of the parts were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In addition, to investigate the underlying mechanism of the super‐ductility, the tested samples were carefully analyzed and compared, and further characterized by differential scanning calorimetry and SEM. The results suggest that fabricating PP/LDPE super‐ductile parts using CIM with a CBA is feasible. The results also indicate that there is a close relationship between the mechanical properties and morphological structures, which are deeply influenced by the dosage of CBA, the PP/LDPE ratio, and the packing parameters. Furthermore, compared to conventional injection molded solid parts, the ductility of the foamed parts can be dramatically improved by the formation of microfibrils in the PP phase, which come into being under certain processing conditions. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
