Three kinds of carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres loaded with theophylline were prepared by spray drying intended for pulmonary delivery. Mucociliotoxicity, permeation rate, and drug release characteristics of the product were investigated. The microspheres obtained by spray drying were found to be spherical with smooth or wrinkled surfaces. The mean particle size was between 3.39 and 6.06 µm. The microspheres demonstrated high product yield (43.7-50.2%), high drug loading (13.7-38.1%), and high encapsulation efficiency (86.9-92.8%). FT-IR indicated that there were interactions of theophylline with carboxymethyl chitosan matrix. Further studies on mucociliotoxicity and permeation confirmed that microspheres had better adaptability and high permeation rate. In vitro drug release from the microspheres was not related to the drug/polymer ratios.  相似文献

以Al2O3为基体,SiC晶须和TiB2颗粒两种增韧剂,采用热压烧结工艺制备了Al2O3/TiB2/SiCw三元复合陶瓷材料。研究了热压工艺参数对材料致密度的影响和晶须含量对该复合材料的力学性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明;随晶须含量的增加,该复合材料的热压温度和保温时间需要相应的增加;晶须拔出、裂纹偏转和晶须的桥接为该复合材料的主要增韧机理;随晶须含量的增加,该材料的室温断裂韧性增加;该材料的断裂韧性随温度的升高而呈增大趋势,并且晶须含量越高,材料的高温断裂韧性增幅越大。  相似文献

The paper refers to a novel permanent magnet motor with composite-rotor, to solve the difficulties of extend speed by “flux weakening”. The rotor is composed of two rotor segments: one is made of AINiCo magnet and the other of NdFeB. Relying on high coercive force and high remnant magnetic flux density quality of NdFeB, permanent magnet motor could get enough air gap magnetic fields. On the other way, by making using of low coercive force characteristics of AINiCo magnet, die permanent motor could be changed the orientation and strength of magnetization when applying a pulse of magnetizing (demagnetizing) current, thus magnetic flux in air gap could be varied over wide range. To achieve the aim, the paper analyzes magnetization process of permanent magnet and transient magnetic circuit in the motor, and then computes the distribution of air gap magnetic field in different magnetization by using finite element method. The numeral results show the validity of the scheme.  相似文献

A feasibility study on the potential of the electrocardiogram (ECG) for biometrical applications is presented. A test set of 234 ECG recordings from 74 subjects was compiled emulating a realistic scenario for ECG biometrics by using short measurements of 10 s length in combination with a practicable choice of ECG leads. The long-term stability of the individual ECG was investigated during time periods up to several years. Verification and identification was done by utilizing the heart vector and a simple distance measure. As a result, encouraging error rates were obtained; for verification, for instance, the achieved equal error rate was smaller than 3%.  相似文献

Ejector-absorption heat transformers (EAHTs) are attractive for increasing a solar-pond's temperature and for recovering low-level waste-heat. Thermodynamic analysis of the performance of an EAHT is complicated due to the associated complex differential equations and simulation programs. This paper proposes the use of artificial neural-networks (ANNs) as a new approach to determine the performance parameters, as functions of only the working temperatures of the EAHT, which is used to increase the solar pond's temperature under various working conditions. Thus, this study is helpful in predicting the performance of an EAHT where the temperatures are known. Scaled conjugate gradient (SCG) and Levenberg–Marquardt (LM) learning algorithms and a logistic sigmoid transfer-function were used in the network. The best approach was investigated for performance parameters with developed software using various algorithms. The best statistical coefficients of multiple determinations (R2-values) equal 0.99995, 0.99997 and 0.99995 for the coefficient of performance (COP), exergetic coefficient of performance (ECOP) and circulation ratio (F), respectively obtained by the LM algorithm with seven neurons. In the comparison of performances, results obtained via analytic equations and by means of the ANN, the COP, ECOP and F for all working situations differ by less than 1.05%, 0.7% and 3.07%, respectively. These accuracies are acceptable in the design of the EAHT. The ANN approach greatly reduces the time required by design engineers to find the optimum solution. Apart from reducing the time required, it is possible to find solutions that make solar-energy applications more viable and thus more attractive to potential users. Also, this approach has the advantages of high computational speed, low cost for feasibility, rapid turn-around, which is especially important during iterative design phases, and ease of design by operators with little technical experience.  相似文献

This paper studies the input-output finite-time stabilization problem for time-varying linear singular systems. The output and the input refer to the controlled output and the disturbance input,respectively.Two classes of disturbance inputs are considered,which belong to L-two and L-infinity.Sufficient conditions are firstly provided which guarantee the input-output finite-time stability.Based on this,state feedback controllers are designed such that the resultant closed-loop systems are input-output finite-time stable.The conditions are presented in terms of differential linear matrix inequalities.Finally,an example is presented to show the validity of the proposed results.  相似文献

文中提出了一种基于视频灰度直方图形状的Hashing算法,能有效抵抗各种常见的几何失真和视频处理操作.算法的鲁棒性原理如下:1)由于直方图的形状与像素位置无关,故基于直方图的视频Hashing算法能有效抵抗各种常见的几何攻击;2)由于在计算Hashing前对视频帧进行了平滑预处理,故算法对加噪攻击、模糊滤波、有损压缩等处理操作有很好的鲁棒性;3)由于计算Hashing前在时间轴上进行了低通滤波预处理,故算法能抵抗帧率变化、帧丢失等时域同步攻击.实验结果表明,所提出的Hashing算法有良好的唯一性和鲁棒性能.  相似文献
