LiFePO4空心微球的合成及电化学性能

采用溶剂热法制备了LiFePO4空心微球。通过X射线衍射、红外、扫描电子显微镜、恒电流充放电测试等方法对样品进行结构表征和电化学性能测试。结果表明当n(C6H8O7):n(Fe2+)=1.5∶1,丙三醇-水溶剂(V/V=1∶2)中180℃反应48h时可以得到纳米片自组装成的空心微米球。室温下以0.1C倍率恒流充放电,第2次放电比容量为102.7mAh.g-1,30次循环后放电容量衰减很少。     

有机凹凸棒土处理乳化油废水实验的研究

对凹凸棒土进行了改性,针对有机改性后的凹凸棒土对模拟废水中油的吸附行为,研究了有机凹凸棒土用量、搅拌时间、反应温度等工艺条件对除油性能的影响。结果表明,有机凹凸棒土是一种优良的除油剂,对油浓度为400mg/L的乳化油废水,除油率可达97%以上。     

Doped ceria electrolyte rich in oxygen vacancies for boosting the fuel cell performance of LT-CFCs

Multifunctional semiconductor CeO₂ is used as an electrolyte for a fuel cell application, delivering meaningful power density and better OCV. Further, surface doping of Al was employed to attain the CeAlO₂ (ADC) electrolyte with enriched O-vacancies surface layer enabling high ionic conduction and excellent power density of 1020 mW/cm² at 520 °C. It is noticed that surface doping entailed the band alignment between CeO₂ and ADC due to the difference in Fermi level establishing space charge region, which further constitutes built-in field enhancing the charge transportation and minimizing the e-conduction. Furthermore, the theoretical calculation was performed to assist the formation of O-vacancies in the ADC structure. These findings suggest surface doping is the best approach to attain excellent performance and designing new electrolytes and electrodes for advanced low-temperature ceramic fuel cell technology.     

Preparation of Cu0.1-xNixCe0.9O2-y catalyst by ball milling and its CO catalytic oxidation performance

A series of Cu_0.1-xNi_xCe_0.9O_2-y catalysts with different Cu/Ni molar ratios were prepared by the ball milling method. The obtained catalytic materials were characterized by XRD, H₂-TPR, BET, XPS and Ramen and the effects of different Cu/Ni content on the structure, properties and CO catalytic oxidation performance of the catalysts were explored. The results evidenced the formation of Cu–Ni–Ce mixed oxide solid solution in all ternary catalysts. In addition, there is a synergistic interaction between Cu and Ni in ternary catalysts, resulting in more oxygen vacancies and improved reduction performance, and hence demonstrating better CO catalytic oxidation activity in the ternary catalysts than binary ones. Under a GHSV of 60000 mL·g_cat⁻¹·h⁻¹, the required reaction temperature for reaching less than 10 ppm CO is lowed from 160 °C with Cu_0·1Ce_0·9O_2-y to 130 °C with Cu_0·07Ni_0·03Ce_0·9O_2-y.     

新型手性大环多胺化合物的合成及表征

以2,5-二甲基吡嗪为原料合成吡嗪-2,5-甲醛,再通过与1R,2R-环己二胺合成一种新型的手性大环多胺类化合物L,通过1H NMR、FT-IR对所合成的物质的结构进行了表征。     

5-甲基靛红-3-缩氨基脲Ce(Ⅲ)的合成与表征

以5-甲基靛红和氨基脲为原料,进行缩合反应得到得到5-甲基靛红-3-缩氨基脲,以此为配体与Ce(NO3)3作用合成了其配位化合物,通过红外光谱、元素分析对该配合物进行了表征,推断了可能的结构。     

2,2′∶6′,2″-三联吡啶衍生物配体的合成

以对甲基苯甲醛和2-乙酰吡啶为主要原料,合成了三种2,2′：6′,2″-三联吡啶衍生物配体,并以IR和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征;对影响2-乙酰吡啶和对甲基苯甲醛反应的主要反应条件进行了优化,以20℃下反应24h最佳。
