Customizing catalysts from the electronic structure, such as spin state, is an effective but challenging strategy for oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Herein, an ultrafine Co–Fe material highly dispersed on nitrogen carbide matrix is fabricated by coordination polymer and self-templating method to scrutinize the impact of spin state of Co on OER through Fe doping. The optimized catalyst shows boosted OER performance, which only requires overpotential of 333 mV at 10 mA cm?2, outperforming other control samples and commercial RuO2. The elevated local spin states of Co by Fe doping lead to charge transfer acceleration and fast generation of oxygenated intermediates, which is proved to account for the OER elevation. In addition, the long-term stability of Co–Fe material is guaranteed by the strong coordination of Co/Fe to the melamine-formaldehyde resin, which is used to adsorb metal ions, contributing to the high dispersion of active sites during the OER process.  相似文献

以取代芳烃和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为原料,采用傅克烷基化反应合成了四种含辣素衍生结构单体:4-羟基-2-甲基-5-甲硫基苄基丙烯酰胺(A)、2-羟基-4-丙烯酰胺甲基-5-甲硫基-6-甲基苄基丙烯酰胺(B)、3-丙烯酰胺甲基-2-羟基苯甲酰胺(C)和1-丙烯酰胺甲基-2-萘酚(D),并通过红外光谱(IR)和核磁氢谱(1 H NMR)对其结构进行了表征。抑菌实验结果表明化合物D对两种受试菌(金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌)的抑制活性最高,最小抑菌浓度均可达到0.187 5mg/mL,且D对两种受试藻(三角褐指藻和新月菱形藻)的抑制活性也最高。以四种化合物为功能单体合成出树脂,树脂对受试藻均具有较高的抑制活性,含化合物D的树脂的抑制活性最高,72h后抑制率均可达到50%以上。  相似文献

The hydrogen storage performances of MgH2 improved by the addition of Ni and SAPO-34 were studied in detail. The mixture of MgH2 with Ni and SAPO-34 was a physical reaction as shown by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) results. The SAPO-34 and Ni were uniformly distributed on the surface of MgH2. The thermodynamic and kinetic properties of 90MgH2/5Ni/5SAPO-34 were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and pressure-composition-isothermal (PCI) methods. The results showed that the dehydrogenation activation energy of 90MgH2/5Ni/5SAPO-34 decreased by 64.3 kJ/mol compared with that of MgH2. In addition, the relationship between the value of dehydrogenation heat and hydrogen content was also investigated by in-situ calorimetry. The enthalpy value of each sample in the dehydrogenation processes were calculated by in-situ calorimetry measurement. The dehydrogenation enthalpies of as-milled MgH2 and 90MgH2/5Ni/5SAPO-34 were 63.2 kJ/mol H2 and 53.6 kJ/mol H2, respectively. Thus, the co-doping of Ni and SAPO-34 contributed significantly to decrease the thermodynamic stability and improve the hydrogen sorption kinetic properties of MgH2.  相似文献

The small intestine is the primary site of nutrient digestion and absorption, which plays a key role in the survival of neonatal calves. A comprehensive assessment of the phosphoproteomic changes in the small intestine of neonatal calves is unavailable; therefore, we used phosphopeptide enrichment coupled with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to investigate the changes in the phosphoproteome profile in the bovine small intestine during the first 36 h of life. Twelve neonatal male calves were assigned to one of the following groups: (1) calves not fed colostrum and slaughtered approximately 2 h postpartum (n = 3), (2) calves fed colostrum at 1 to 2 h and slaughtered 8 h postpartum (n = 3), (3) calves fed 2 colostrum meals (at 1–2 and 10–12 h) and slaughtered 24 h postpartum (n = 3), (4) calves fed 3 colostrum meals (at 1–2, 10–12, and 22–24 h) and slaughtered 36 h postpartum (n = 3). Mid-duodenal, jejunal, and ileal samples of the calves were collected after slaughter. We identified 1,678 phosphoproteins with approximately 3,080 phosphosites, which were mainly Ser (89.9%), Thr (9.8%), and Tyr (0.3%) residues; they belonged to the prodirected (52.9%), basic (20.4%), acidic (16.6%), and Tyr-directed (1.7%) motif categories. The regional differentially expressed phosphoproteins included zonula occludens 2, sorting nexin 12, and protein kinase C, which are mainly associated with developmental processes, intracellular transport, vesicle-mediated transport, and immune system process. They are enriched in the endocytosis, tight junction, insulin signaling, and focal adhesion pathways. The temporal differentially expressed phosphoproteins included occludin, epsin 1, and bridging integrator 1, which were mainly associated with macromolecule metabolic process, cell adhesion, and growth. They were enriched in the spliceosomes, adherens junctions, and tight junctions. The observed changes in the phosphoproteins in the tissues of small intestine suggest the protein phosphorylation plays an important role in nutrient transport and immune response of calves during early life, which needs to be confirmed in a larger study.  相似文献

The construction of a bifunctional electrocatalyst with excellent performance and low cost plays a key role in the application prospect of renewable energy. Herein, nickel sulfide/CoFe layered double hydroxide heterostructures on nickel foam (NiS/LDH/NF) have been constructed by using hydrothermal and electro-deposition methods. The amorphous nickel sulfide is deposited on the surface of crystalline LDH mesh-like nanosheets to form a hierarchical flower-like structure. The deposition of amorphous NiS can control the morphology and modulate the electronic structure of NiS/LDH/NF. The obtained NiS/LDH/NF is employed as a bifunctional catalyst for overall water splitting, which can achieve a current density of 10 mA cm?2 at a low voltage of 1.51 V in 1 M KOH. The results show that the high electrocatalytic activity is ascribed to the formation of amorphous NiS/crystalline LDH heterostructure with abundant surface defects and active sites. The synthetic strategy holds a great promise for accelerating the development of hydrogen energy by highly efficient electrocatalytic production of hydrogen.  相似文献

Hybrid-power gas engine heat pump (HPGHP) combines hybrid power technology with gas engine heat pump, which can keep the gas engine working in the economical zone. In this paper, a steady-state model of the HPGHP in heating condition has been established, the optimal torque curve control strategy is proposed to distribute power between the gas engine and battery pack. The main operating parameters of the HPGHP system are simulated on Matlab/Simulink and validated by experimental data, such as operating temperature, coefficient of performance (COP), fuel-consumed rate, etc. Heating capacity and COP of the heating pump system are validated under different ambient temperatures and water flow rates. The simulation and experiment results shows acceptable agreement, the maximum difference is respectively 8.9%, 5.9%, 9.5% and 8.2% for engine torque, motor torque, reclaimed heat and fuel-consumed rate. Based on the simulation results, HPGHP has the lowest fuel-consumed rate of 283 g (kWh)−1 at engine speed of 3000 rpm; the PER of HPGHP system is about 15.9% and 11.4% higher than the GHP under the same load in Mode C and D.  相似文献

A numerical procedure involving the dense discrete phase model (DDPM) is used to calculate solid particle erosion. DDPM works in two mechanisms. First, the discrete particles are treated as a pseudofluid, and the interaction among particles is evaluated by solving the governing equations of the pseudofluid. Second, the equivalent pressure of the pseudofluid is applied to a single particle to reflect the blocking effect of high-concentration particles. The numerical procedure is well verified by comparison with the experimental data picked from a direct impact test. In addition, the DDPM predictions are compared with the discrete element model (DEM) predictions in detail. Both methods show that the predicted mass loss caused by sand per unit mass decreases with an increase in sand concentration. DDPM indirectly considers the influence of particle interactions on solid particle erosion, and the predicted erosion contours are more uniform and smoother than the DEM-predicted contours.  相似文献

In this study, an excellent hydrogen gas sensor based on the WO3–CoO nanohybrids (WCNHs) heterojunction structure has been successfully fabricated. The WCNHs device showed superior sensitivity, admirable selectivity as well as excellent long-term stability for target gas. In particular, the considerable gas sensing response of WCNHs (5:4) towards 100 ppm hydrogen gas (H2) concentration was reached 39, which is superior to that of the outstanding candidates. Especially, the detection limit capability was as low as 311 ppb. The remarkable response of WCNHs (5:4) can mainly be ascribed to appropriate morphology characteristics and the promising p-n heterojunction architecture, resulting in efficient absorbing behavior and beneficial charge carrier transportation. As a Result, the aims of improving Ra (intrinsic resistance) and decreasing Rg (test resistance) have been simultaneously achieved ultimately leading to an impressive response value of WCNHs sensing materials. The present results verified that WCNHs heterojunction structure was an outstanding design to enhance the H2 sensing performance for WO3-based gas sensors.  相似文献
