Self-fermentation of cellulosic substrates to produce biohydrogen without inoculum addition nor pretreatments was investigated. Dark fermentation of two different substrates made of leaf-shaped vegetable refuses (V) and leaf-shaped vegetable refuses plus potato peels (VP), was taken in consideration. Batch experiments were carried out, under two mesophilic anaerobic conditions (28 and 37 °C), in order to isolate and to identify potential H2-producing bacterial strains contained in the vegetable extracts. The effect of initial glucose concentration (at 1, 5 and 10 g/L) on fermentative H2 production by the isolates was also evaluated.H2 production from self-fermentation of both biomasses was found to be feasible, without methane evolution, showing the highest yield for V biomass at 28 °C (24 L/kg VS). The pH control of the culture medium proved to be a critical parameter. The isolates had sequence similarities ≥98% with already known strains, belonging to the family Enterobacteriaceae (γ-proteobacteria) and Streptococcaceae (Firmicutes). Four genera found in the samples, namely Pectobacterium, Raoultella, Rahnella and Lactococcus have not been previously described for H2 production from glucose. The isolates showed higher yield (1.6–2.2 mol H2/mol glucoseadded) at low glucose concentration (1 g/L), while the maximum H2 production ranged from 410 to 1016 mL/L and was obtained at a substrate concentration of 10 g/L. The results suggested that vegetable waste can be effectively used as both, substrate and source of suitable microflora for bio-hydrogen production.  相似文献

The Hilbert–Huang transform (HHT) has proven to be a promising tool for the analysis of non-stationary signals commonly occurred in industrial machines. However, in practice, multi-frequency intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) and pseudo IMFs are likely generated and lead to grossly erroneous or even completely meaningless instantaneous frequencies, which raise difficulties in interpreting signal features by the HHT spectrum. To enhance the time–frequency resolution of the traditional HHT, an improved HHT is proposed in this study. By constructing a bank of partially overlapping bandpass filters, a series of filtered signals are obtained at first. Then a subset of filtered signals, each associated with certain energy-dominated components, are selected based on the maximal-spectral kurtosis–minimal-redundancy criterion and the information-related coefficient, and further decomposed by empirical mode decomposition to extract sets of IMFs. Furthermore, IMF selection scheme is applied to select the relevant IMFs on which the HHT spectrum is constructed. The novelty of this method is that the HHT spectrum is just constructed with the relevant, almost monochromatic IMFs rather than with the IMFs possibly with multiple frequency components or with pseudo components. The results on the simulated data, test rig data, and industrial gearbox data show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional HHT in feature extraction and can produce a more accurate time–frequency distribution for the inspected signal.  相似文献

In the present work, photoactive cation N, N′-Dimenthyl-9, 9’-bisacridinium nitrate (BNMA) was assembled with exfoliated layered α-zirconium phosphate (α-ZrP) via an electrostatic layer-by-layer (LBL) assembly method. As a result, the luminescent films which were well-aligned and periodical had been successfully fabricated. Surprisingly, the lifetimes of (BNMA/ZrP)n were found to be prolonged by 16-fold for the first time, due to the isolation effect of inorganic nanosheets and hydrogen ion migration between the interlayers. Therefore, it is testified that α-ZrP can be used as the laminate and has remarkable influences on enhancing the lifetimes of chromophores. We expect that this new discovered effect can enable α-ZrP a kind of new potential material to develop novel light-emitting materials and optical devices.  相似文献

Electric Vehicles (EVs) have been suggested as alternatives to conventional vehicles for reducing petrol consumption and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. When a large number of EVs connect to the grid, they can cause a large amount of power loss. Where to install multiple charge stations in the grid, so as to mitigate losses caused by EVs when providing energy to those EVs, is becoming vitally important. In this paper, a distribution test-network model is described. A new analytical method is proposed, using the stations’ cooperation in terms of optimal active and reactive power dispatch as well as power flow analysis for locating the optimal placement of charge stations, so as to reduce power losses. This method is compared with the previously developed current density method for single charge stations using system simulation results. It was demonstrated that the methods proposed in this paper are more accurate than the current density method, and that 17% of the average active power loss can be saved for three different types of load profile. In addition, 27% of the average active power loss was saved by installing two charge stations rather than no charge stations in the test-line. It is shown that this could represent a 2.6% annual yield above inflation for investing in installing and running such charge stations.  相似文献

Korea has designed a Helium-Cooled Ceramic Reflector (HCCR)-based Test Blanket System (TBS) for International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER). Among seven selected reference accidents in Korean TBS, in-box loss of coolant accident (LOCA) is one of them. This is initiated by a double-ended break of the coolant pipe in the Breeding Zone (BZ), pressurizing the BZ box structure, causing pressurization of the Tritium Extraction System (TES) and purging of pipelines. When the accident is detected, the Plant Safety System (PSS) isolates the Helium Cooling System (HCS) and TES, and requests plasma shutdown to Fusion Power Shutdown System (FPSS). To prevent aggravating failure of the system, the safety function is automatically activated when the accident is detected, the device being the isolation valve of HCS and TES. One important observation of this accident is that instant isolation is not a good measure to take. In terms of the possibility of aggravating failure, system isolation is an important safety procedure but isolated TES volume is exposed to high pressure and temperature conditions in the early move of the accident transient. The result of system safety analysis shows that delayed isolation keeps the system safe for a while. In this article, given the preliminary accident analysis results for the current HCCR TBS, case studies were performed regarding the delayed isolation timing effect. For this transient simulation, Korean nuclear fusion reactor safety analysis code (GAMMA-FR) was used.  相似文献

The non-differentiability of repeated eigenvalues is one of the key difficulties to obtain the optimal solution in the topology optimization of freely vibrating continuum structures. In this paper, the bundle method, which is a very promising one in the nonsmooth optimization algorithm family, is proposed and implemented to solve the problem of eigenfrequency optimization of continuum. The bundle method is well-known in the mathematical programming community, but has never been used to solve the problems of topology optimization of continuum structures with respect to simple or multiple eigenfrequencies. The advantage of this method is that the specified information of iteration history may be collected and utilized in a very efficient manner to ensure that the next stability center is closer to the optimal solution, so as to avoid the numerical oscillation in the iteration history. Moreover, in the present method, both the simple and multiple eigenfrequencies can be managed within a unified computational scheme. Several numerical examples are tested to validate the proposed method. Comparisons with nonlinear semidefinite programming method and 0–1 formulation based heuristic method show the advantages of the proposed method. It is showed that, the method can deal with the nonsmoothness of the repeated eigenvalues in topology optimization in a very effective and efficient manner without evaluating the multiplicity of the eigenvalues.  相似文献

为了试验研究含面型缺陷弯头的极限承载能力,设计并进行了8个无缝弯头试样在内压和张开模式的平面内弯矩试验,对其中的无缺陷和有缺陷弯头记录了相应的压力—体积变化曲线、压力—裂纹嘴张开位移曲线、力—加载点位移曲线或力—裂纹嘴张开位移曲线,并对弯头截面的椭圆度和弯矩载荷之间的关系进行了分析。根据测试得到的曲线确定了这8个弯头试件的试验塑性极限载荷,并将试验结果与有关理论进行了分析比较。  相似文献

Because of vehicle’s external disturbances and model uncertainties, robust control algorithms have obtained popularity in vehicle stability control. The robust control usually gives up performance in order to guarantee the robustness of the control algorithm, therefore an improved robust internal model control(IMC) algorithm blending model tracking and internal model control is put forward for active steering system in order to reach high performance of yaw rate tracking with certain robustness. The proposed algorithm inherits the good model tracking ability of the IMC control and guarantees robustness to model uncertainties. In order to separate the design process of model tracking from the robustness design process, the improved 2 degree of freedom(DOF) robust internal model controller structure is given from the standard Youla parameterization. Simulations of double lane change maneuver and those of crosswind disturbances are conducted for evaluating the robust control algorithm, on the basis of a nonlinear vehicle simulation model with a magic tyre model. Results show that the established 2-DOF robust IMC method has better model tracking ability and a guaranteed level of robustness and robust performance, which can enhance the vehicle stability and handling, regardless of variations of the vehicle model parameters and the external crosswind interferences. Contradiction between performance and robustness of active steering control algorithm is solved and higher control performance with certain robustness to model uncertainties is obtained.  相似文献

已15煤岩软底巷道底鼓一直是困扰平煤集团三环公司的重大问题.以该巷道大范围内的岩体为研究对象,通过对巷道底鼓影响因素的理论分析,得出围岩性质、地质构造和支护形式是产生底鼓的主要因素,提出了锚注加固底板控制巷道底鼓的方案,并对其支护加固机理进行了研究分析.采用数值模拟软件,对巷道使用普通锚网支护和锚注支护加固底板的围岩变形破坏规律进行了数值模拟,对锚注加固底板前后围岩的应力、位移及塑性区的变化情况进行了系统的分析.现场结果表明:锚注加固技术显著提高了底板岩体的强度和承载能力,极大的提高了巷道的支护效果,有效的控制了半煤岩软底巷道的底鼓变形.  相似文献
