In this paper, the variations of both subunitary polar factors and Hermitian positive semidefinite polar factors in the polar decomposition are studied. 边界剥离聚类算法(BP)是一种基于密度的聚类算法,它通过逐渐剥离边界点来揭示聚类的潜在核心,已经被证明是一种十分有效的聚类手段.然而, BP算法仍存在一些不足之处:一方面,数据点的局部密度仅考虑了距离特征,使得边界点的确定不够合理;另一方面, BP算法中的关联策略容易误判异常值,并且在分配边界点时容易产生连带错误.为此,本文提出了一种基于共享近邻和优化关联策略的边界剥离聚类算法(SOBP).该算法使用了基于共享近邻的局部密度函数来更好地探索数据点之间的相似性,同时优化了BP算法中的关联策略,使得每次迭代中边界点不再仅与一个非边界点进行关联,并进一步采用了边界点与非边界点、已剥离边界点之间的双重关联准则.在一些数据集上的测试表明,相较于其他6种经典算法,该算法在评估指标上表现更佳.  相似文献

本文针对受多源干扰影响的四旋翼无人机姿态系统,基于复合连续快速非奇异终端滑模算法,研究了姿态指令变化率未知情况下的连续有限时间姿态跟踪控制问题.首先,基于四旋翼无人机姿态回路动力学模型,通过引入虚拟控制量实现姿态跟踪误差动态的三通道解耦;其次,分别针对各通道跟踪误差动态设计高阶滑模观测器,实现跟踪误差变化率和集总干扰的有限时间估计;最后,结合姿态跟踪误差变化率的估计信息,构建动态快速非奇异终端滑模面,并在控制设计中用指数幂函数代替符号函数以保证控制量连续.并且基于Lyapunov分析方法给出了姿态跟踪误差有限时间收敛的严格证明,仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性.  相似文献

形状插值在计算机图形学和几何处理中是一个极其重要而基础的问题,在计算机动画等领域有 着广泛应用。注意到在平面三角网格和三维四面体网格插值问题中,对边长平方插值等价于对回拉度量进行插 值,因此具有等距扭曲和共形扭曲同时有界的良好性质。通过将其推广至曲面三角网格,提出了一种完全基于 边长的曲面三角网格插值算法。给定边长,在重建网格阶段,使用牛顿法对边长误差能量进行优化。并且给出 了其海森矩阵的解析正定化形式,从而避免了高代价的特征值分解步骤。注意到四面体网格的边长平方插值结 果具有极低曲率,意味着只需少许修改即可将其压平从而嵌入三维空间。因此提出先将曲面三角网格四面体化, 再从四面体网格的插值结果提取表面。然后将这表面作为初始化用于边长误差能量的牛顿迭代,从而使得收敛 结果更加接近全局最优。在一系列三角网格上进行了实验,结果说明了本文方法比之前方法的边长误差更小, 且得到的结果还是有界扭曲的。  相似文献

This paper presents a bicoprime factorization (BCF) approach to deal with various stability problems for linear discrete time-varying (LTV) systems within the framework of nest algebra. Based on the bicoprime factorization, we give necessary and sufficient conditions for (strongly) simultaneous stabilization of three systems, which generalize similar results for systems by coprime factorization (CF). Finally, when the bicoprime factorization for the plant and controller has additive perturbations, we derive sufficient conditions using the norm inequality for robust stability of the system.  相似文献

Responsive nanomaterials have emerged as promising candidates as drug delivery vehicles in order to address biomedical diseases such as cancer. In this work, polymer‐based responsive nanoparticles prepared by a supramolecular approach are loaded with doxorubicin (DOX) for the cancer therapy. The nanoparticles contain disulfide bonds within the polymer network, allowing the release of the DOX payload in a reducing environment within the endoplasm of cancer cells. In addition, the loaded drug can also be released under acidic environment. In vitro anticancer studies using redox and pH dual responsive nanoparticles show excellent performance in inducing cell death and apoptosis. Zebrafish larvae treated with DOX‐loaded nanoparticles exhibit an improved viability as compared with the cases treated with free DOX by the end of a 3 d treatment. Confocal imaging is utilized to provide the daily assessment of tumor size on zebrafish larva models treated with DOX‐loaded nanoparticles, presenting sustainable reduction of tumor. This work demonstrates the development of functional nanoparticles with dual responsive properties for both in vitro and in vivo drug delivery in the cancer therapy.  相似文献

Microfluidic systems have become a superior platform for explorations of fascinating fluidic physics at microscale as well as applications in biomedical devices, chemical reactions, drug delivery, etc. Exploitations of this platform are built upon the fundamental techniques of flow visualizations. However, the currently employed fluorescent materials for microfluidic visualization are far from satisfaction, which severely hinders their widespread applications. Here fluorescent carbon nanodots are documented as a game‐changer, applicable in versatile fluidic environment for the visualization in microfluidics with unprecedented advantages. One of the fastest fluorescent imaging speeds up to 2500 frames per second under a normal contionous wave (CW) laser line is achieved by adopting carbon nanodots in microfluidics. Besides better visualizations of the fluid or interface, fluorescent carbon nanodots‐based microparticles enable quantitative studies of high speed dynamics in fluids at microscale with a more than 90% lower cost, which is inaccessible by traditionally adopted fluorescent dye based seeding particles. The findings hold profound influences to microfluidic investigations and may even lead to revolutionary changes to the relevant industries.  相似文献

A closed-cycle helium recycler was developed for continuous uninterrupted operation for magnetometer-based whole-head magnetoencephalography (MEG) systems. The recycler consists of a two stage 4 K pulse-tube cryocooler and is mounted on the roof of a magnetically shielded room (MSR). A flexible liquid helium (LHe) return line on the recycler is inserted into the fill port of the MEG system in the MSR through a slotted opening in the ceiling. The helium vapor is captured through a line that returns the gas to the top of the recycler assembly. A high-purity helium gas cylinder connected to the recycler assembly supplies the gas, which, after it is liquefied, increases the level of LHe in the MEG system during the start-up phase. No storage tank for evaporated helium gas nor a helium gas purifier is used. The recycler is capable of liquefying helium with a rate of ∼17 L/d after precooling the MEG system. It has provided a fully maintenance-free operation under computer control for 7 months without refill of helium. Although the recycler is used for single-orientation operation at this initial testing site, it is designed to operate at ±20° orientations, allowing the MEG system to be tilted for supine and reclining positions. Vibration of the recycler is dampened to an ultra-low level by using several vibration isolation methods, which enables uninterrupted operation during MEG measurements. Recyclers similar to this system may be quite useful even for MEG systems with 100% magnetometers.  相似文献
