An annular micro-stack array consisting of four fuel cells has been fabricated and operated successfully in single-chamber conditions using a nitrogen-diluted oxygen-methane mixture as the operating gas. The single cells consist of a state-of-the-art porous NiO/Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) anode support, a YSZ electrolyte membrane and a modified La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSM) cathode. The annular configuration of the array is favorable for utilizing the heating effect. The maximum power output of the annular stack decreases with increasingCH4/O2 ratio. Its performance increases with increasing CH4 flow rate and decreases with increasing N2 flow rate. The power output of the stack is ∼380 mW at CH4/O2 = 1 and an N2 flow rate of 100 sccm and the average maximum power density of each cell is ∼190 mW cm−2. The average performance of each cell in the annular micro-stack array is higher than that of an additional single cell placed next to the stack. 相似文献

现代加工技术的迅速发展,自动化程度、加工精度的不断提高,对检测设备提出了高精度,自动化,在线检测等等的新要求,为了解决大尺寸尤其是回转体轴盘类工件大直径尺寸的高精度测量技术难题,文章提出了用于解决大尺寸测量、高精度测量的通用测长仪的,该系统按照伽利略激光扩束原理设计了半导体激光器的扩束系统;在机械结构设计中,系统采用燕尾式导轨,为了提高激光器的定位精度,将燕尾滑块和光栅尺的动块固定在一起,这样燕尾滑块的滑动距离可以实时地显示在LED上;数据采集和处理部分采用高速的数字模拟混合处理器C8051F系列单片机作为处理器,利用其内部的丰富资源可以减少片外的扩展,节省电路设计。 相似文献

The main features of the internal oxidation in two-phase binary alloys are examined for insignificant and important diffusion of the most-reactive component and are compared with the behavior of corresponding single-phase systems. It is shown that two-phase alloys may have two different types of internal oxidation, one of which is similar to that of the single-phase alloys (classical type), producing a uniform distribution of small oxide particles in the zone of internal oxidation, while another is typical of two-phase systems and involves the in situ conversion of the most-reactive component into its oxide. It is also shown that, under the same values of all the relevant parameters, the classical internal oxidation of two-phase alloys involves faster kinetics and smaller degrees of enrichment of the most-reactive component in the zone of internal oxidation than for single-phase alloys. As a consequence of this, the transition to the external oxidation of the most-reactive component in these systems involves higher overall concentrations of the most-reactive component than in corresponding single-phase alloys. 相似文献

The corrosion inhibition of iron in 0.5 M sulfuric acid by N, N-dipropynoxy methyl amine trimethyl phosphonate has been investigated by means of the potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectrum (E.I.S) techniques. N,N-dipropynoxy methyl amine trimethyl phosphonate was studied in concentrations from 40 ppm to 320 ppm at a temperature of 298 K. The results show that the inhibition mechanism of N,N-dipropynoxy methyl amine trimethyl phosphonate is mixed controlled. It is also found that this inhibitor obeys the Frumkin adsorption isotherm and Flory-Huggins isotherm based on a substitutional adsorption process. 相似文献

An experimental study of the PbO-MgO-SiO2 system has been carried out using high-temperature equilibration and quenching techniques, followed by electron probe X-ray
microanalysis (EPMA). The phase equilibria were determined in the temperature range from 973 to 1673K. Nine primary phase
fields have been investigated in this system, including three monoxides (PbO, MgO, and SiO2), five binary compounds (MgSiO3, Mg2SiO4, PbSiO3, Pb2SiO4, and Pb4SiO6), and one ternary compound Pb8Mg(Si2O7)3. Two other ternary compounds, PbMgSiO4 and PbMgSi3O8, were observed in some experiments; however, further experiments indicated that these two compounds are unstable in the temperature
