延期药粒度级配对延期精度的影响

基于粒度级配原理,制备了不同粒度的Si粉和CuO粉,混制了不同级配规格的Si-CuO延期药,进行了各规格延期药延期精度试验。结果表明:氧化剂或可燃剂粒度分布一致性越好越有利于提高延期精度;氧化剂与可燃剂3级级配不利于提高延期药延期精度。接近最佳级配的2级粒度级配,延期药的延期精度较高。     

海参酒中海参多肽的提取工艺研究

目的对酶法提取海参酒中海参多肽的工艺条件进行研究。方法采用正交试验法,以多肽得率为指标,分别对A.S1398精制中性蛋白酶提取海参多肽工艺中加水量、加酶量、温度、时间进行优化,并对海参多肽酒进行了初步调配。结果结合实际生产,确定海参多肽酶法提取最佳工艺条件为:5倍量,加酶量1.5%,温度55℃,时间3h。结论在此条件下,海参多肽得率为14.7%,其中多肽的含量可达到83.8%,其中海参多肽含量为0.5%的海参酒品质最好。

Failure Behavior of an Aluminide Coating on a Co-Base Superalloy during High-Temperature Oxidation in Air

A surface-morphology change has been observed for an aluminide coating on the Co-base superalloy DZ40M during oxidation at 1100°C in air. The oxide formed on the coating remained an even grayish-white color during the stable oxidation stage, whereas, dark-colored corrosion nodules were observed when oxidation of the coating accelerated. The number of nodules increased with time, along with growth of the nodules, eventually covering the entire surface which signified failure.

Effect of electron beam writing parameters for ferroelectric domain structuring LiNbO3:Nd3+

We have successfully applied the versatile technique of direct electron beam writing to produce column shaped 180° micro-domains on a solid state laser crystal: Nd³⁺ doped LiNbO₃. The effect of the different parameters used during the electron lithography process has been analyzed on the morphology and on the optical properties of the inverted domains. Namely, we have studied the effect of the value of the accelerating voltage of the electrons and the effect of the electronic charge deposited onto the sample. By means of optical micrography and computer simulation we show that the accelerating voltage has a major effect on the diameter of inverted domains. On the other hand, the value of the electronic charge not only affects the domain size but it has also an additional and interesting effect on the optical spectroscopy of Nd³⁺ ions. Using low temperature site selective optical spectroscopy we demonstrate the possibility of acting selectively on the crystal field of the optically active Nd³⁺ centers in LiNbO₃ by means of the different electronic doses used to reverse the polarization of the matrix. The work constitutes an approach towards the control of the properties of reversal ferroelectric domains structures prepared by direct electron beam lithography and towards understanding the role of optically active defects on the switching behaviour in ferroelectric crystals.
